Match Abbreviations, Strip Punctuation and Excess White Space in Addresses When Validating
When validating student addresses, the difference between St. Maria and St Maria can cause it to fail. The same with the difference between Av, Ave, and Avenue. All mean the same thing, but if the street table only contains one variation then only that one variation will pass validation. The street address parser could be much more intelligent, checking if the final 'word' in the student and street table addresses match any of a set of known street type variations and then validating true if both are in the same class of street type

Rename Sem to Term in Master Schedule
Master Schedule Sem should be renamed to Term as Sem is misleading as it implies Semester and not Terms such as Quarters or Year.

Please make the STU.IBC field visible and allow the field to be editable
An import for International Baccalaureate (IB) tests was added to Aeries. This included a new field of STU.IBC. Please make the STU.IBC field visible, include a description of the 3 values, and allow the field to be editable with either hard-coded drop down values or automatically update the COD for STU.IBC with the 3 values if they don't already exist.

TX Final Year Mark: Enhance Final Grade Calculation for Credit Recovery Courses with the Same Service ID for Multiple Courses
When calculating average marks, the system currently only considers one prior and one current GRD record per Service ID. It does not calculate for scenarios where multiple GRD records exist for the same Service ID—either multiple current or multiple past marks, including credit recovery scenarios.

School of Choice - When approved, do not allow parents to create a new pending choice
Add a portal setting to allow districts to block parents the ability to add a new pending request once their request has been approved. Some districts would prefer to talk with parents who change their mind directly as it can become more work changing things back and forth in the system and the possibility of errors in placement as parents bounce around school requests increases. Parents are also confused on what their last requested school actually was. By having a setting, those who want to give parents the ability to change their choice will still have access to this feature…

Immunization Exemption and Vaccination Date Data Audit
Create an audit to analyze student immunization information where vaccine dose dates and exemption dates are both present to help audit if an exemption date was not removed or if vaccination doses exist when an exemption date also exists. This would also help in scenarios where a student has the same date populated for multiple doses of the same vaccine.

Description: When a user selects the Graduation/College Readiness Dashboard from the District Level they encounter a YSOD error. Display a descriptive message explaining the issue instead of a generic YSOD.

Master Schedule page - Add Flex Period/Class Calendar Association
On the Master Schedule (MST) page, add functionality for Class Calendar/Flex Period Association. This would provide users the ability to change a period on the MST page and have the associated class calendar automatically change with it so they stay in sync according to the Flex Period/Class Calendar Association flag in FTF table.

Enhance LOG to include individual student changes
Currently when running the Recompute Cumulative GPAs and Class Rank process, the individual student changes to GPA and Rank are not logged (but the process itself is).
Please add enhancement to include the individual changes in the LOG table.

Add an option in Service Learning that allows staff members to enter hours
Add an option in Service Learning that allows staff members to enter hours instead of having to enter start and end times. In terms of efficiency when counselors for example are in charge of entering logs it would be great if they could enter numerical hours for logs instead of needing to type start and end times. It would save a lot of time and make the process smoother for them.

Online Enrollment - Race Section
We use the customizable version of Online Enrollment to reverse the order and text of the race and Hispanic questions on the General Student Information page. We would like Aeries to consider making this change permanent. We have received much less pushback from Hispanic parents about the questions due to this simple change--race first, Hispanic origin second. Thanks!

Academic Plan
After clicking to "Send Parent Approval" on the Academic Plan, we wait to get an alert from parent. On the "Review Alerts" it would be nice to be able to click that we have seen/addressed the parent notification. Otherwise, we will have 500+ parent notifications and would have to scroll through them all. I've added a picture where a new tab could go to show that we have read the approvals.

GPA Summary report by Term
GPA Summary report by Term and Add-On GPA logic needs to look at the TDF Term codes for the State Term codes instead of the Header descriptions. If the full word "Summer" is not at the beginning of the TDF Term Heading description.
