Lockers - Allow Additional Set of PE Lockers
We would like the ability to have a second set of locker assignments for the PE lockers.

GPA Forecasting
For our senior students that are below a 2.0 at the end of the fall semester, I have to hand calculate their GPA with their current spring semester grades to see if a student's GPA will rise to the 2.0 minimum for our graduation requirement. Is there a way to forecast their GPA with their current grades, take into account a repeat code, etc? This would save me a lot of time for graduation calculations for our students. Thank you!

Create stronger definition or integration between School of Choice and Online Enrollment
Right now, external School of Choice requires the creation of a "stub" record in STU, then the parent has to go through Online Enrollment (if they can due to address issues), then get imported to the incorrect school and transferred to the correct school
This is not a good user experience. Parents should be able to seamlessly use online enrollment and school of choice without the creation of stub records.

Is there a way to email the course request letters instead of printing them and mailing them?

Have Some Form of EM2 Available for Teachers
EM2 is currently only available for users with user accounts. If there is an actual emergency onsite with loss of power, we would really love for our teachers to have access to contact and medical information about their students. It would be wonderful if there could be a way to either allow a version of EM2 to be available to people with teacher accounts, or to allow a portion of the information in the teacher app to be available offline.

Allow the Golden State Seal (GSS) Merit Diploma page to update the Activities (ACT) records prior to graduation. Add a date field that can be populated with the graduation date.

Though secondary teachers can be listed within a section, the secondary teacher's schedule does not show these courses.

Allow dashboards to be created for Custom Tables
Now that we're moving toward the idea of distance learning through next school year, it could be really helpful to have a Dashboard for the Wellness page which was created using a custom table (once we start using it!) that would work like the Assertive Discipline and Interventions dashboards to quickly drill down into the various categories of Wellness.

Online Enrollment on the Aeries app, to include document upload
Online Enrollment should be completed as easily as possible using the Aeries mobile app. If the parent doesn't have a device, schools can provide ipads for parents to use to take pictures of items like address verification, birth certificates, immunizations, etc.

District Asset Report - Add More Fields
Can the District Asset report include more fields. We use the DRI.CD to track broken devices. Or could the Locked field of DRI.ST have additional code to be added?

IEP Accommodations on SPED Tab
At this time, the only place accommodations are given a spot is in 504s and the Testing Accommodations for IEPs. However, the accommodations that teachers need to be able to see also include those on the IEP at-a-glance. Being able to provide teachers with an at-a-glance set of information for students would be highly helpful. Teachers do not need to know the testing accommodations in the same way that the school would for state testing reasons. Gradebook to SBG - Add button to select just the current teacher's gradebooks
The Load Grades from Gradebook feature for elementary schools with a master schedule displays all teachers in the list and limits the number of gradebooks being displayed. This is causing some teachers to not be able to import all of their gradebooks. Would like to add a button that limits the gradebooks displayed for importing into Standard Based Grades to only show the current teacher's gradebook(s).

Add field-level API security control for Student Health Problems (STU.HP)
STU.HP is returned by the Aeries API v5 Student GET endpoints with no way to restrict vendor access. Add a "Student Health Notes (STU.HP)" option to Third-Party Authorization security areas so districts can explicitly grant or revoke vendor access, and withhold the field by default until granted.

Aeries REST API: paginated retrieval on the Contacts endpoint for high-volume districts
The Aeries REST API returns correct data, but the Contacts endpoint returns every contact record for a school in a single response. Because the API works as designed, this is an enhancement request rather than a defect.
What is happening now: At high-volume districts, a single large school can return tens of thousands of contact records in one response, which strains memory and slows third-party synchronization.
What would help: Allow the Contacts endpoint to accept StartingRecord and EndingRecord parameters, the same way the Students endpoint already does, so callers can retrieve contacts in bounded ranges instead of one oversized response.…
