    Can the District Asset report include more fields. We use the DRI.CD to track broken devices. Or could the Locked field of DRI.ST have additional code to be added?

  3. Letters - long parent/guardian names are wrapping to a 2nd line. The entire name needs to fit on one line.

    We are pdfing the Course Request letter to parents and sending it as a secure document through School Messenger and ParentSquare. In order to do this we have to have the Student ID in the same place on the form for OCR. We added the ID number in the portion we can edit, but the problem arises when the Parent Guardian name is long and pushes into a second line in the header which then pushes the ID number down and our OCR can't find it. We need the full parent guardian name on one line to match the templates…

  4. IEP Accommodations on SPED Tab

    At this time, the only place accommodations are given a spot is in 504s and the Testing Accommodations for IEPs. However, the accommodations that teachers need to be able to see also include those on the IEP at-a-glance. Being able to provide teachers with an at-a-glance set of information for students would be highly helpful. Teachers do not need to know the testing accommodations in the same way that the school would for state testing reasons.   7. Gradebook to SBG - Add button to select just the current teacher's gradebooks

    The Load Grades from Gradebook feature for elementary schools with a master schedule displays all teachers in the list and limits the number of gradebooks being displayed. This is causing some teachers to not be able to import all of their gradebooks. Would like to add a button that limits the gradebooks displayed for importing into Standard Based Grades to only show the current teacher's gradebook(s).

Currently, results can vary depending on how a name is entered and where special characters appear, which may make it harder for users to locate students.   12. Support New 2024–2025 AP Course Pathways in CCI Student Summary

    For the 2024–2025 California School Dashboard, CDE introduced new AP pathways for the College/Career Indicator (CCI), including AP course‑based and combined course/exam options. The CCI Student Summary currently evaluates AP readiness using AP exam results only. This request is to support the updated AP pathways so student CCI status is accurately reflected.

  13. TREx Student Record Export Omitting Special Education Indicator for Non-SPED Students

    The TREx Student Record export file is omitting the Special Education indicator of '0' for students that are NOT receiving SPED services. Aeries documentation for the TREx export file indicates that the SPED indicator is sent as '0' when the student is non-SPED.

  15. Analytics (LCAP Dashboard): Support new SBAC/CAST Achievement Level Descriptors for 25/26+ without altering prior-year labels

    In Aeries Analytics (LCAP Dashboard), SBAC charts currently display legacy achievement level wording (Exceeded/Met/Nearly Met/Not Met). With CDE changing the terminology for 25/26+ results to Advanced/Proficient/Developing/Minimal, Aeries should update Analytics so the displayed descriptors match the correct testing administration year.

    To avoid confusing or misrepresenting historical data, Analytics should support year-aware descriptors (e.g., legacy descriptors for prior-year administrations and new descriptors for 25/26+). This may require introducing a new or versioned Analytics metric/label layout for 25/26+ while keeping the existing one for historical reporting.

  16. CAASPP 25/26+: Update SBAC (ELA/Math) & CAST Achievement Level Descriptors to Advanced/Proficient/Developing/Minimal

    CDE has updated the Achievement Level Descriptor wording for SBAC (ELA/Math) and CAST beginning with 25/26 results. Aeries should display the new descriptor wording wherever CAASPP achievement levels are shown (ex: Test Scores performance levels and Test Details), and ensure supporting code tables reflect the updated terminology.

    Old descriptors: Standard Exceeded / Standard Met / Standard Nearly Met / Standard Not Met
    New descriptors (25/26+): Advanced / Proficient / Developing / Minimal

    Graduation/College Readiness Dashboard Error with link when Filter By Counselor is selected in Flex schools Staff ID based Counselor enabled -
    On the Graduation/College Readiness Dashboard, when a user selects a counselor using the "Filter by Counselor" dropdown, the hyperlinks in the Graduation Status Summary return "Your query does not return any data" instead of displaying the filtered student list.

  19. Support CSU Direct Admissions (SB 640) – Data Export / Eligibility Classification

    California Senate Bill 640 establishes the California State University (CSU) Direct Admissions Program, which will require districts to provide student academic data to support CSU admission determinations. CSU and CCGI have not yet released technical or logistical guidance (e.g., data specifications, eligibility calculations, or submission process) for SIS vendors or districts.

  20. Graduation Status Letter: Enable Multi-Language Translation for Subject Areas on Graduation Status Letter

    Subject Area names on the Graduation Status Letter are currently pulled directly from REQ.SA as raw text, which does not support translations. To fully support non-English Correspondence Languages, an enhancement is required to store and retrieve translations for Subject Areas.
