Attendance Audit Report should consider attendance enrollment to flag student not of age
The audit attendance report in Aeries should flag errors if a student is not of age. This verification should not solely rely on demographic data but should also consider attendance enrollment to detect instances where a student was underage at the beginning of the school year. If the student doesn’t meet the minimum age requirement in a specific grade, it should be reflected on the attendance audit list. This is crucial to our district as it will minimize attendance errors and avoid claiming ADA for a student is not eligible.

Add Quarter Terms Totals to the Student Data - Attendance Screen
Currently, the Student Data > Attendance Screen only allows term totals for Semesters Fall and Spring. We would like the option to show totals by quarter since we do not have semester terms at all of our schools.

Add filter option to Gradebook Details page
Please add a filter option to the Gradebook Details page, that would allow teachers to filter/hide inactive gradebooks attached to a student's record.

Data Audit for Immunizations
Create a data audit that looks for conditional statuses versus the number of doses by vaccine. We currently have many students that show they have met all requirements but they truly don't. These student's end up slipping through the cracks. It would also help in scenarios where a student has the same date populated for multiple doses of the same vaccine.

Please add option to sync Alias or Preferred name to Google Sync instead of name if applicable.

Save PDF of Suspension Letter within Aeries Letter Log
Similar to how report cards can be pushed to Report Card History and District Attendance letters push PDFs of generated Attendance Letters to Letter Log, we'd like to see printed Suspension Letters be stored as PDFs in Aeries.

Course History institutions (CHI) - Add a method to "move" CHI referenced records to new CHI number
Course History institutions (CHI) is a "mess" in our installation, as historically users entered data with misspellings or not checking to see if it was already there. It's tedious and "dangerous" to consolidate and realign these CHI records and the referenced records. Please provide a way to combine and/or move referenced records to a new CHI number?

School of Choice Requests - Current Grade Level
Student's current grade level does not show on the School of Choice Request page. Please enhance School of Choice requests to include a student's current grade level.

School of Choice Management Details
School of Choice Management, when clicking on Details, if you're not logged into the School the student is currently enrolled in you get a redirect error This is an issue because Current School is not populated until a decision email is sent. Provide a better navigation for user.

Graduation Status - Graduation Track is not green highlighted for state reporting in Texas
Graduation Track (STU.GRT) is not state reporting green highlighted on the Graduation Status page, but is green highlighted on the Transcripts page. I think they should both be green, for FHSP-PARTICIPANT-CODE.

Add User ID + User Name to CPE & CPO Tables
The Career Pathway Experience (CPE) and Career Pathway Outcomes (CPO) tables are essential to work based learning reporting. The addition of user ID and user name to both CPE & CPO tables would help better track which teachers are imputing WBL data.
These fields already exist in the Internship (ISP) table (ISP.IUI & ISP.IUN) and are extremally helpful for WBL data analytics.

Inconsistent rounding for Positive Attendance
Inconsistent rounding between the Hourly Attendance Report and the Continuation Monthly/Summary Report. Creating mathematical inconsistency in both Reports.

Program alerts - imported students
When a new student is enrolled (and upon importing), if the family has indicated (through supplemental questions) that the student is homeless, foster, tribal youth, EL, special ed, etc...., we would like a place to enter an email address to receive email "alerts" similar to discipline. For example, if the student is homeless, then our social worker would receive an alert a new homeless student has entered the district, etc.... Thank you.

Courses College Articulation tab - If a duplicate record is being added, provide a warning that two articulation entries cannot be saved that have the exact same information in the Primary Key fields (SC, ID, CN, FSY, LSY) Ex: Same Active Years

CON.NP COD Descriptions
Contacts page - Display the CON.NP = 0 Code Description from the COD table. A previous modification added the ability to display the hard-coded CON.NP = 0 description of "Do Not Contact" but the COD description should also be able to be displayed for districts changing the default wording.

Differences between the Language Assessment Screen and Query
Differences between the Language Assessment Screen - Home Language Survey titles and the Titles on the Query output are confusing.
Query says Primary is L2 but on the LAC page the 3rd field is labeled Primary. L3 is the 2nd field on the LAC page but is L3 on the query3 votes -
A-G Status Letter Text Editor
Create an A-G Status Letter Text Editor similiar to that of the Graudation Status Letter Text Editor. This will allow us to provide a customized A-G letter for students and parents that provides a more personalized message/report to increase results!

Print Withdrawal Form in Student's Correspondence Language
Currently, a withdrawal form cannot be printed in the student's correspondence language. We had a parent ask for the Spanish version, but it is not available in Spanish.

Allow Users in Section Staff Schools Access to the Grade Report Mark Analysis
After switching to Section Staff we took away rights to the teacher (TCH) table so teachers are not updated in that table any longer. Our users lost the ability to pull the Grade Report Mark Analysis report.
