Data Validation Results Page Visual Display in Dark Mode
When Dark mode is enabled, a visual issue occurs where some of the results dropdown menus and windows are not properly aligned or highlighted in correct color. Refreshing the page can be used to correct the visual issues.

Clarify Online Enrollment Confirmation Pages
Currently there are two confirmation pages in online enrollment.
The first confirmation page is for the parent to review/edit, then finish and submit.The second is the actual confirmation page with the print, log out, and enroll another student options.
A small helpful change would be to just rename the first confirmation page "Finish and Submit" rather than what it currently is "Confirm"

ParentSquare Staff Dynamic Groups
Please add a feature to dynamically sync Staff into specific ParentSquare groups (example: District Office staff group) . Currently this can only be accomplished with a static group and manual management of the group members.

Independent Study - Manually Activated Agreements
Currently, an Independent Study Contract can be activated with no or incomplete signatories. Please add a warning upon clicking activate to ensure the user knows they are going to activate an IS contract with no or incomplete signatories.

Staff table
The Staff table search is defaulted to only show active records first then to check the box to include inactive records after which then would refresh the page again.
Could we default to include the inactive records and when checking the option to exclude inactive records, instead of "refreshing" the page, just hide the inactive records?3 votes -
Google Classroom Modify Display
Modify the display to show the description instead of the descriptionHeading. This will allow users to change the value that's displayed here in google classroom directly.

Attendance by Photo Creation Prior to New Term
Be able to create Attendance by Photo for each period before the term starts. This would help teachers to organize their seating charts for the first day of school, or a new term.

Flex - "Print student with N or more absences" report options. Add grid back.
Our staff at our schools sites found it more helpful to view the grid of the absences when their admin asked for the information for attendance meetings. Can we add back another report for the N or more absences with the grid view only?
the new ways is not as helpful to them.

CCI Beta Student Reports
Can you make the CCI Beta page able to run student reports so staff can identify students that meet or need to meet CCI? The student reports will help counselors and admin assist students meeting the CCI to improve our CA dashboards. Currently, we have to scroll through each student a report would help us become more efficient.

Allow Users to Add End Dates in the Special Programs when withdrawing a student
Allow the users to include any open Special Programs to be closed when they are dropping/withdrawing the student from the Database as an option.
Adding all active special programs as an option just like the Course Requests.
Populate the Leave Date in the End Date for both Eligible & Participate.

One-Column Transcript - Replicate Headers on Each Page
Have transcript
1) headers print on each page of the transcript. Header must include student name, birthday, grade, student ID#, campus & district name, campus address,2) Include credit total counts on transcripts like: total credit earned each semester & total credits attempted, cumulative attempted credit, the cumulative state earned credit and cumulative local earned credit.

Supplemental Attendance: Electronic Signature
The ASES grants has a requirement where students need to be signed in and out. At sign out, either the student, parent or staff member must sign/initial. We would like a feature that allows for electronic signatures so we can go completely paperless.
Other 3rd party vendors have such features with parents having a code at check out specific to the adult picking up the child, but these systems do not integrate well with Aeries, specifically supplemental attendance.

Allow NON-ADMIN users the ability to query LOG
We have school office staff who we'd like to be able to query the LOG table, but only ADMIN users can access it. Please move LOG to a separate security access level.

Need more Analytics levels/categories
Analytics needs more than 5 levels or categories. For example, when trying to create a dashboard for grade levels I have to group the grades so it's all included but then the data becomes irrelevant because I need it by grade and not grade group.
Another example is Race/Ethnicity. There are not enough levels to list every race separately. I know there is the Race/Ethnicity dashboard under LCAP but I am trying to make things easier for our staff by having one dashboard (Enrollment and Subgroup) they can navigate to since so many already find analytics not user-friendly.

Letter in Aeries for Intra/Inters
I would like to create a letter in Aeries for our Inter/Intra parents. I would like it to be custom to populate the following, pulling these numbers from Aereis according to the student under an intra/inter district transfer.
number of absences
number of tardies
% of attendance
number of discipline incidentsIt would be similar to the absence / attendance letters that we mail weekly.
Would we be able to set this up?
Here is what I am working with at the moment, but I feel there is more of an efficient way to input this information if we already…
