Provide the option to add an image in SBG report card anywhere in the body.
Allow customization of SBG report card layout build by allowing (1) portrait with three columns with the left-hand side column being English (correspondence language) and the other right-hand side column be in another language (e.g. home language). The middle column would be the grade that the student received. This would allow for families to read/view the report card, as well as the student.

Attendance by Month (Starting 1st day of each Month) Report?
If there was an ability to have a report that could be ran that would report attendance by Month (Starting on the 1st day vs how all the other reports are now) that would be extremely helpful in certain scenarios.

Add DB Suffix and Year to import result reports email subject line
I get several emails daily as a result of automated, overnight imports and extracts. It would be helpful to know for sure which database generated the results report -- as I have 3 separate Aeries databases. It would also be very helpful after rollover to be sure that the imports/extracts are coming out of the new year database.

Assign TAs only to certain Flex Periods
When assigning Teachers' Aides (TAs), we only allow teachers to have a certain number of TAs, usually the first couple of periods.
Can Aeries give us an option to choose which periods to assign TAs to and if possible which teachers to have which periods.

Enhance student scheduling to randomly schedule when Course Requests have Duplicate Course Ideas
Create a way to truly randomize the scheduling of students when Course Requests are identical and the Course ID's are duplicate.

Section fields in HIS table for Dual Enrollment Courses
For CC courses taken by students, often the school does not know until after the end of semester (and often after all other grades are in). The course/grade can be added manually into the HIS table. However, for CTE credit courses, the CTE fields on the MST screen do not get filled in. They must be put in manually into the SCSC extract file.
Add the MST.TEP, MST.HQT, and MST.ISI, MST.DLI, as well as the MST.OIT fields to the HIS screen.3 votes -

We want to have them be able to enter their own records, but it becomes a privacy question if they have access to all records.

SBG - Dual Immersion Program Needs Two Marks for Each Standard
For the Dual Immersion program, SBG standards need to have two marks for each standard, one mark is for the English ELA and the other mark is for the other language ELA (Spanish/Chinese/etc..). This allows teachers to submit the standar marks for each language where application per grading window.

Separate current Data Confirmation setup from the setup for the upcoming school year before NYR
Separate current Data Confirmation settings from the setup for the upcoming school year. For districts that the NYR is only days before Data Confirmation for the new year starts - there isn't a lot of time to configure changes for all of the schools for the new year, and if we make the changes to text and AUT in the year that is ending - it may change / override important factors.

Would like to be able to make schedules visible by grade level
Our counselors would like to allow current students to see their schedules for next year, but not our pre-enrolled 8th graders who will be 9th graders next year. They don't want to make schedule changes for those students until just before school starts.

For district that use User Field and Student Programs fields more robustly - this is an easier way to change data than using Query

Require a District Calendar be Set
Require having a district calendar set up since not having one can affect certain extracts/functions in some instances such as CRDC, certain attendance reports, the profile page showing zero enrollments while logged in to the district, CALPADS extracts, etc.

Lockdown taking Attendance in an Emergency
We read a question on CITE regarding how to track where students are in the event of a lockdown. Attendance is not sufficient as students may have left the classroom to go to the bathroom, office, etc., or perhaps the lockdown occurred during a passing period/recess. In talking with my team, we feel we could build a lockdown attendance system within the confines of Aeries.
In the event of a lockdown, you could press a button in Aeries that would create a Supplemental Attendance program for Lockdown-DATE. The process would then create sessions for every teacher and add students that…

Send Staff Race in StaffEducationOrganizationAssociation Ed-Fi endpoint
The Ed-Fi 3x mappings document shows that Aeries sends HispanicLatino Ethnicity for staff as a required field, but does not send race. School districts typically want both ethnicity and race for students and staff; currently, race data is only sent for students.
