TX - Allow Incomplete on Grading Snapshot
Allow teachers to issue grade of "Incomplete" on grading snapshot. Right now, an incomplete mark cannot be issued. Only the numeric gradebook average.

Make Print Legal Name an Option for Critical Student Data Reports
add the "Print Legal Name" option to other screens like, for example, Attendance, Immunization, Test scores, Discipline and Grad status. These items are what we send out to other districts/schools when they request records.

For Apple School Manager (ASM) pull staff who don't have an active TCH or SSE record (SSE if using Flex).

We've noticed that staff accounts that have Primary School: La Mesa Spring Valley School District-0 on their staff screen are not in the staff.csv file and hence are not pushed to ASM sftp.

Master Schedule Report
When running the MS Report, the teacher name is cut off due to the Staff ID's appearing before the name. Remove the Staff ID's and show only the staff name. Or add an option to show or hide the staff ID.

We would like to request the ability to upload work products in the Independent Studies Agreement table, which can be linked back to the Student Documents table, similar to how documents can be added to the 504 and Intervention tables.

Force Red Flags as Pop-Up Message
Add option to force a pop-up that shows custom red flag information that is applied to a student demographics page or student contacts page or student's medical page. Pop-up should function similarly to session expiration message, pausing all page functions until pop-up is acknowledged or closed. Pop-up should display red flag information data, such as parent/contact restraining orders, medical or food allergy warnings, or other critical messages that could otherwise be ignored. Some red flag information may not need to be displayed as a pop-up for every student. Allow for a checkbox function to enable or disable pop-up from appearing…

Select ID type on Mass Add Data Student Search box
On the Mass Update Student Related Data page, there is an option to paste a list of student numbers or student ID numbers into the Student Search, but returns matches to either of those fields. This can cause more students than intended to be loaded because some of the students ID numbers match other students' "Student Numbers." Please add an option to select which field should be searched, either ID OR SN

View All Students in School - Allow the permission to be set in Groups, and function without user needing at least one section
The Special Permission of "View All Students in Current School" should work when added as a permission in "Group", not just "Portal Groups" and "User". It only works if the Teacher record has at least one student/section attached to their Teacher record.

Give districts the ability to set/modify the date new school year data is available to teachers
Currently, the date that new school school year data is made available in the Teacher Portal is a "back end" setting that district's choose during New Year Rollover. It cannot be changed, however, without intervention by Aeries support. Unfortunately, pointing the Teacher Portal to the new year is also a manual rather than automated process, which means there is a higher risk that it does not get done properly early on the specified date (as happened this year to us). Lots of extra, unnecessary work for many people!

Copy Letter text (suspension, discipline, attendance, Illness etc.) to multiple schools
As an Administrator, I would like to be able to copy letter text to other schools without having to cut and paste to each school. We often update letters district wide or by school level and being able to update in one file and copy to other schools with the same Letter ID would be helpful.

Absence Code Color Options - Show assigned colors when Printing the Absence Code Table
After assigning the colors to the Update Absence Code Page, it would be nice if we could both print to Excel the codes as well as Show the colors of each code when selecting print.
It would also be very helpful if the color was assigned to the Type of attendance field and populated to all codes that fit the type?

Add logic when setting term dates to not allow a date before the start date
When setting terms dates I ran into an issue where I was able to set a term end date that started before the start date. Example Start: 1/10/2024 and End: 1/05/2024. Programming to stop this conflict should be a standard.

Query - Ability for Descriptions on STU.CNS
Description on STU.CNS would give users without STF permissions the ability to query by teacher/counselor. Flex uses STF.ID for primary teacher and makes it very difficult when they just get an ID number from STU.CNS. We don't want to give out STF permissions to all these people that have access to STU.
