Since the 9/30 update with enhanced error handling, the error that occurs when a teacher accesses their Gradebook in a School with No DAY records is no longer bypassed gracefully. The Teacher's Gradebook pages are no longer formatted correctly

Discipline Distribution Report – Prevent Duplicate Counts for Concurrently Enrolled Students
The report currently counts a student’s ADS record multiple times if they have more than one STU record due to concurrent enrollment. Joining ADS to STU only on ID inflates totals. Adding STU.SC = ADS.SCL resolves the issue by ensuring each incident is counted only once per school.

Sort Schools Drop-down in Specific Order or by Categories
Allow for the School sites to be sorted in a specific order or by categories. For example, regular schools would be at the top and summer schools would be in a separate category below or have the ability to sort the Schools drop-down in a specific order. At the current moment, schools sites are sorted in alphabetical order. If this is not possible, give Districts the ability to hide visibility of summer school databases until they are ready to be used.

Add features to Online Enrollment
Under the Contact area: add a field for birthday and CorrLang
When parents complete the student information they should be mandated to add where student was born, city, state and country.
Medical area: Make is mandatory to fill out and make is easier for families to complete, they completely bypass this area, maybe make the No health issues a button and if they select other they can get a drop down menu of choices.3 votes -
Online enrollment homeless - Inconsistent process from Parent Data Confirmation
As we are implementing more of the digital enrollment processes, Online Enrollment and Parent Data Confirmation we are STUGGLING with process inconsistencies.
It is very hard to have the Online Enrollment process function differently than the Parent Data Confirmation process. HOW can we have a consistent procedure / process to accurately process submitted data from parents.
For example the Online Enrollment - AUTOMATICALLY adds a PGM record based upon the Residence Survey.
Where as the Parent Data Confirmation creates a Residence Survey Audit record for staff to review and approve.THIS needs to be a consistent process. Please change the…

CALPADS EOY CRSC/SCSC Academic Term not pulling the correct Semester when virtualized
For transcript records that include college courses (Course type 23 or 24), when the course is virtualized, the Academic Term needs to honor the semester that the course was added to.

Parent Portal New Account - Add First Student
Provide an "Add Student" button or link in the Parent Portal when the Parent Portal Account does NOT have an associated student.
Currently, if a Parent Account does not have a student associated, it is not obvious how to add one (it is buried under the user information drop down)3 votes -

Please make the STU.IBC field visible and allow the field to be editable
An import for International Baccalaureate (IB) tests was added to Aeries. This included a new field of STU.IBC. Please make the STU.IBC field visible, include a description of the 3 values, and allow the field to be editable with either hard-coded drop down values or automatically update the COD for STU.IBC with the 3 values if they don't already exist.

Automatic inactivate user accounts and staff accounts based on employment end date
Hello,
When the end of the year comes around each year we have to manually end inactivate
all staff member accounts who are exiting. We enter end dates and then have to manually one by one inactivate user accounts. It would be great if their was a process that could be run to automatically do this or a process that would do this by end or exit date.3 votes -

Course Credits Change Rollover Function
At this time when course credits are changed, this change will not roll over to SMS/MST/GRD/HIS because these are point-in-time data fields from when they are created. Course credits are housed in all of these tables which would require mass changes to each. A tool to find credits differences between tables/references and to execute changes from would be helpful in expediting this process.

Enhance LOG to include individual student changes
Currently when running the Recompute Cumulative GPAs and Class Rank process, the individual student changes to GPA and Rank are not logged (but the process itself is).
Please add enhancement to include the individual changes in the LOG table.

Add an option in Service Learning that allows staff members to enter hours
Add an option in Service Learning that allows staff members to enter hours instead of having to enter start and end times. In terms of efficiency when counselors for example are in charge of entering logs it would be great if they could enter numerical hours for logs instead of needing to type start and end times. It would save a lot of time and make the process smoother for them.

Student Data Sheet: Provide Additional Fields to Include/Remove
This screen should include the ability to remove/prevent student fields from being printed/included in the report similar to Class Rosters where we can include/exclude phone numbers, etc.
If the schools no longer need a copy of the birth certificate to be part of the cume and the sites only request it as part of the paperwork to only verify, the ability to exclude birth city/state/country (and language fluency) information would be awesome way to control what is printed on the student data sheet.
