For CC courses taken by students, often the school does not know until after the end of semester (and often after all other grades are in). The course/grade can be added manually into the HIS table. However, for CTE credit courses, the CTE fields on the MST screen do not get filled in. They must be put in manually into the SCSC extract file.

Add the MST.TEP, MST.HQT, and MST.ISI, MST.DLI, as well as the MST.OIT fields to the HIS screen.
