Student Tardy Slip
It would be nice if there were a button for tardy slips much like the Readmit Slip. It could print the student name, date and time and print 2 copies; one for the office and one for the student.

Add a 'Create a Copy' action to top of 504 page
The 'Create a Copy' action needs to be more obvious on the 504 page and not hidden under 'More actions' in the lower right corner. Staff would be more likely to copy a current 504 plan rather than overwriting existing plan dates.

Students Absent or Tardy Today and Inactive Students
Students Absent or Tardy Today report does not show students who are currently Inactive but were enrolled on the date the report is being run for. Students Absent or Tardy Today report should be enhanced to honor Attendance Enrollment and Course Attendance.

CRDC Extract - Refine 0s and Blanks Fill Logic for Various Elements
Refine logic for CRDC extract with regard to filling fields with either 0's or blanks.
For example, if there are any Preschool student counts, then the fields for Preschool EL counts, Preschool Student in EL Programs, Preschool IDEA, Preschool 504 counts should be filled with 0's rather than blanks when there are no Preschool students in these counts.2 votes -
Attendance Audit Report should consider attendance enrollment to flag student not of age
The audit attendance report in Aeries should flag errors if a student is not of age. This verification should not solely rely on demographic data but should also consider attendance enrollment to detect instances where a student was underage at the beginning of the school year. If the student doesn’t meet the minimum age requirement in a specific grade, it should be reflected on the attendance audit list. This is crucial to our district as it will minimize attendance errors and avoid claiming ADA for a student is not eligible.

Online Enrollment - Pop-up Window for pre-enrollment
Can a pop-up window be configured to show up when pre-enrollment is open and a parent chooses to enroll or pre-enroll their child? The window would say something along the lines of "You have selected to enroll your student for the current school year. Is this correct?" and "You have selected to enroll your student for next school year. Is this correct?"

Add filter option to Gradebook Details page
Please add a filter option to the Gradebook Details page, that would allow teachers to filter/hide inactive gradebooks attached to a student's record.

Enhancements for Add-On Graduation Requirement
We are looking for an enhancement to Add-on Graduation Requirements. Currently, only students in 11th and 12th grade can opt out of this. We would like the functionality to allow any student to opt out of the add-On graduation requirements.
In addition, Add a Mass update so add on grad requirements that have not been selected for students can be updated in mass. Ex: By Grade Level

Save PDF of Suspension Letter within Aeries Letter Log
Similar to how report cards can be pushed to Report Card History and District Attendance letters push PDFs of generated Attendance Letters to Letter Log, we'd like to see printed Suspension Letters be stored as PDFs in Aeries.

Set date and time for pre-enrollment window
We would like to be able to schedule a time outside of work hours for Online Enrollment to allow Pre-Enrollments. By 0750 this morning, we'd had several calls from parents impatient to begin Kindergarten round-up. This would also be helpful for opening Portal access to view schedules at the start of school.

Ability to select multiple codes in Medical Log
When a child arrives with nausea however we note that hey are coughing and experiencing asthma symptoms, I would like to be able to select both an option for both reasons for the visit.

Parents should be able to see content on Enrollment History page in the Parent Portal
When parents have the permission to read the Enrollment History page, they should be able to see the content but currently, they can only see that there is an Enrollment History page but nothing shows up on that page!

Letters ability to have custom logo/letterhead on top and footer
Letters should have the ability to have the custom logos, and leaderhead at the top and bottom of letters. Make it so that you can load up your custom logo/letterhead and footer images. These should be available for District letters and School letter.

School of Choice Requests - Current Grade Level
Student's current grade level does not show on the School of Choice Request page. Please enhance School of Choice requests to include a student's current grade level.

Be able to upload photos under the Medical section. The reasoning behind the need would be for the Safety aand Securtiy of the Health Technicians and students; Potential and future litigations.

Update the report to include all Students who owe money, rather than just those who have a Payment Schedule setup.
