Allow Aeries online enrollment to send notification emails to parents, similar to what you have already configured with the school of choice platform. When you set a student as incomplete, there should be a notification sent to the parent to let them know their application is incomplete.
For example, if you included a window box popup for staff to type a personal message to the parent regarding the details of why the application is incomplete.
That email will help speed up the level of communication between parent and office.4 votes -
Attendance Submission Log - District Level
With Electronic Attendance approved with CDE, it would be beneficial and more efficient to be able to run the Attendance Submission Log at the District Level. This should also include the ability to select all or specific schools to run the report to confirm teacher attendance has been submitted.

Google Assignments in Aeries should link to the Assignment in Google.
This will allow students to simply click on the assignment link to get to a missing assignment rather than have to search for the assignment in another program.

Create MST record from Teacher page
Have a quick way to create a new section from the Teachers page > MST Classes tab (instead of having to do it through the Master Schedule page when you are on the Teacher you want to create it for).

In the District Student Lookup, also add a print student demographics or student data page from year selected. When processing paperwork from previous graduates many ask for picture/basic demographic information.

Behavioral Emergency Report (BER) - New Counts Report
In reviewing how the CDE is planning on publishing the data on restraints and seclusion, a report that mirrors the counts would be a helpful way to audit the data.

Weekly Attendance Report - Honor Student Groups
Would it be possible to allow filtering with student groups to differentiate cohorts when attendance is being taken on the weekly attendance report. It is hard to differentiate between the student attendance dates and what codes should be used. This is also going to cause some confusion for the auditors.

Waitlist Opening Notification
Could Aeries send and email to the person who added a student to a wait list when that section falls below full? Or some other sort of alert to counselors when sections with waitlists have openings?

Teacher App Attendance Page - Add additional STU fields to display from Portal Options
Teacher App Attendance page: Would like an option to show the additional STU fields identified from the Portal Option settings and have them display in the app on the Attendance Page to match how it displays on the Teacher Portal. Additionally, the teacher would like to have the option to sort by the additional STU fields, just like in the desktop version of the portal.

Allow to add additional Requirement tabs for planning to meet Academy requirements
Similar to the UC/CSU Tabs, allow for creating Academy requirements which would show progress towards meeting the Academy requirements. We have 5 Academies presently.

Gradebook Progress Report - Display School Name
Add an option to print the school name on the Gradebook Progress reports in the same manner as it is available to print on the gradebook summary report.

Display the Student Local ID more prominently when the student information bar is collapsed
Can the student's local ID be added to the Tool Tip or the gray bar behind the student's name so it is always easily visible? Rhonda Dominguez - 123456 or Rhonda Dominguez (123456).
Right now the Tool Tip repeats the student's name. The local id could replace the student's name in the tool tip...after all, we had to hover over the student's name to see the tip.

Job Assignments
Update current staff assignment codes to current CALPADS codes and delete codes that have been retired. Once a job class is selected for Admin, Pupil Services or itinerant, only allow CALPADS valid codes in drop down of non-classroom based job codes. It would also be great to have a report to identify staff records with incomplete CALPADS records.

Analytics - Add Resources/Assets tables (DRT, DRI, and DRA)
it would be phenomenal to be able to have dashboards of staff/students who have checked out assets like chromebooks, hotspots, laptops, etc. Also be able to have the opposite; for example dashboards of students that don't have assets checked out. The dashboard options would be by site, school, teacher, and class.
