Secondary Standards Based Gradebooks - Adjust to Display only Secondary SBG Marks
Adjust the Secondary Standards Based Gradebooks to be based on standards rather than assignments.
Some feature enhancements would include:
- only allow teachers to enter the standard marks for the assignment grades
- only display standard grades to parents, not overall assignment ore overall gradebook grades
- only display standard mark assignment scores to admin/teachers/parents/students (i.e., no numeric scores)"7 votes -
Add School Year to Online Enrollment Email to Staff
Our staff would like to have the school year added to the online enrollment notification emails they receive. The email currently only lists name and grade level, and now that we are accepting pre-enrollments, the sites want to know if the enrollment is for the current year or the next year so they can priortize them correctly.

Allow calculating of GPA mid trimester
Add the ability to calculate a student's cumulative GPA mid-trimester.
During 3rd trimester, our counselors send home letters to 8th-grade students who are not meeting the 2.0 gpa. It is quite a task to hand calculate the GPAs for the number of students we have.7 votes -
Student Enrollment - Auto-fill grade level based on birthdate
We have secretaries who enroll students in the wrong grade-level from time-to-time. It would be great if, upon entering a DOB, Aeries would auto-populate the Grade Level.

CDE requires we break down the seals earned by our students by language qualified in. It would be really helpful if column 3(demonstrating proficiency) of the SSB report would indicate the language courses/test to qualify the student.7 votes -

Notification
Create capability for notification. When a referral is generated notification is also generated. As admin, we go back into entry and enter our notes/interventions/actions, but this isn't known unless teacher goes back to the log. We would like the ability for automatic notification after going back in to add our notes/interventions/actions to the person that originally created the referral/entry.

Add Grade Level Option to Auto Create/Mass Create Portal Accounts
Please add grade levels so that districts can introduce portal accounts by grade levels. For example at an elementary school, allow the ability to create accounts for the upper grade levels only.

For a continuation Flex high school, can we get a Monthly Attendance Summary / Continuation Report that is formatted like the Monthly Attendance Summary Totals and calculates the

Automatically assign high and low grades in teacher record
When adding the teacher record from the staff page, automatically assign the high and low grade levels based on what is set in School Options. It is not logical for grade level kinder to automatically populate for a teacher record being added at a middle school or high school.

A queue showing discipline referrals sent from teacher discipline to admin active discipline.
A queue showing discipline referrals submitted by teachers to administrators and the progress that admins have made in the active discipline . Admins want to see what teachers have submitted without copying and pasting into active discipline. teachers want to see that the admins have processed the discipline- even if the details are not completely visible.

Attendance - Update Notes when you use Update ATT Data
We are able to update attendance with attendance code for a date range using the Update ATT Data.
Can we also update the attendance notes for same date range. So that we don't have to add the note date day by day. (not the same as Mass Update)7 votes -

Add a system to notify a school email address or email addresses (for example, attendance clerk and/or teachers) when a student crosses attendance thresholds to assist in identifying chronic absence.

Staff ID to Auto populate for Discipline Table, Visitation Table, and the Intervention Table any table that is asking for staff user or Staff ID should just auto-populate when staff logs into Aeries.

Discipline (DIS) - The Student Discipline Record Report should only print the Staff member's first and last name.
The Student Discipline Record Report prints the staff member's full name, including middle name. Requesting that it not include the staff member's middle name, similar to how the Student Assertive Discipline Record Report (ADS) prints only first and last name of staff member.

Enhance the functionality of Aeries Query to align better when querying the ICL table to provide same results that the Military Survey Audit page displays. Currently results can differ as Aeries query looks to a different ICL field than the Military Survey Audit page

Student Attendance Quick Print Report in Flex Daily Schools
In a Flex / daily schools the Quick Print report on the Student Attendance page displays 0 - Unassigned under the Enrollment Information Teacher column. Enhance to display Primary Teacher name.

Independent Study Attendance Letters
We have a site that would like the ability to create an Independent Study Attendance letter in Aeries based on a KEEP statement with an area for the letter's content to be pre-filled in with field from Aeries such as name, address, etc.) Regular attendance letters don't work because they aren't sending these letters typically based on actual absence codes because it's based on work completion and quality of work.
