Allow the English Learner Percentage report to be run as of a specific date.
Currently, the EL Percentage report runs as of the current date. We'd like the option to select the As Of date., i.e, Census Day

Security - Show Inherited Permissions
If a security group has inherited permissions, it would be really helpful to have those indicated on that group screen so we'll know if we need to add or deny permission. Maybe a highlighted yellow box to show it's already been checked via inheritance?

Records Access Log - Make Reason field a dropdown
Please enhance the RAL to where the Reason field can be in the code table & specific codes be given for a drop down list for the user to choose from. It would make it easier to be able to have entries consistent with the same types of reasons without different spellings.
For example, my district uses it extensively for tracking student movement in & out of the district, when IDT's have been given, when a student has been promoted mid year, among other things.
When I query the RAL to compile an Enter/Leave report for the board, I get…

Freeze Column Headers on Test Scores Page
It would be nice to have the column header labels visible to the user when they are adding new records in this table. Currently the add new record fields are at the bottom of the page and the column header labels are not visible so the user has to scroll up and down to read the labels. Another suggestion might be to have the add new record fields at the top of the page versus the bottom and then the header labels would most likely be visible to the user.

Online Enrollment Import Page - Add a "Verified" field
A "verified" check box and/or comment field on Online Enrollment Import Page (before importing) would be useful to keep track of enrollments who have completed the document uploads and the enrollment information correctly and the student is ready to be imported to Aeries.

Google Classroom - Option to Hide Access Code
We would like to request for a way to hide the google classroom access code on Aeries parent/student portal. This is to prevent parents and non-students from accessing a teacher's Google Classroom without their permission.

Query Letter Text Editor - Add ability for letter translations
In Query Letter Text Editor we are hoping that you could set up the letter like Attendance or Suspension letters, where you can add the translation letter to the English letter so that when they print a letter to all students in the school, they can have all of them in alphabetical order, regardless of whether they are English or Spanish. As of now, they have to run the English letter they created, then run the Spanish letter. Two separate letters.
In addition allow other languages and their writing systems to be used like Punjabi.7 votes -

Mass Add Attendance Note - Add Comment
When mass updating the attendance notes, it would be helpful if the comment field could also be mass updated to capture any specific notes for the day. Currently, I can select a note to mass update and even type in the comment field, but the comment does not populate to all of the student records.

CALPADS - School Selection by User instead of District-Wide
When you have an Aeries district with multiple CDS codes, there are multiple people running the CALPADS extracts. The "Save" button changes the default selection for everyone! Every time an extract is run it changes the default schools for everyone else, and our CALPADS administrator has to deal with errors when they accidently leave a school checked that isn't theirs in the first place.

Records Release DNR viewing for Teachers
Allow Teachers to be able to see Contact information in the portal and to email students and parents for students that have a DNR (Records Release) tagged on Demographics. Currently with the STU.DNR flag in place, both parents, students, and teachers are restricted from viewing this information. Teachers should be able to see this information.

The letter doesn't seem to be holding onto English and Spanish. When you change the language to 01 it overwrites the English letter.7 votes -

Pre-Rollover Audit Report - Add Sort Options
The pre-rollover audit report would be more user friendly if you had the option to sort by Error, School, or Grade Level. (Right now it just sorts by student name).

Medications - Add Inventory Information
We would like to add a system for documenting medication inventory at the schools.
At a minimum it should add the following fields to the medication screen: Doses Provided, Remaining Doses and Expiration Date.7 votes -
Scheduling - Add "Keep Together" Process
We can currently enter "exclusions" into the scheduling module. Until now we've had few enough students to "keep together" that we just hand-scheduled those. Now, though, if we move to a restricted cohort model onsite in the fall, we would LOVE to have a way to keep siblings and ride sharers in the same cohorts if possible without having to hand check each set. Thank you!
