Color Coding for Attendance Notes
With distance learning and teachers writing notes for student attendance, the attendance office notes are getting lost. We would like the ability to have a specific color assigned for attendance notes by the attendance office only and teachers to have their own color. This way if we need to locate a note immediately, we only have to look at specific notes. Right now, we can't distinguish them since they are all the same color. For example, attendance office notes could stay red and teacher note be blue.

I agree with a diff color for the teacher notes - I thought of that, too. If you click on Print Attendance Notes you can find the Att notes quicker.

I agree with keeping the red color and giving teachers a new color. Also i have noticed that if we need to put in a note we have to go all the way down, it would be great if as you are putting in a note it would be on the top of the notes teachers notes.

If possible I would like attendance notes to override any other note put into the "Attendance envelope"

Yes I agree we should stay red and they could change color.

Schools are requesting if it is a possibility to add color codes to attendance notes (similar to the color border on students with status tags)? They would like the ability to have a specific color assigned to one or more codes. The reason is they can quickly glance at the students attendance screen without having to open the note to review each one or print the notes for each student to review.
