Fee Letters - add an option to not send letters if the student already received one based on LTL and FEE.LT records. This will prevent letters generating for students who have already received one but the fee is still outstanding.

Online Enrollment Import - Implement Auto-Scroll To Top of Page for "Find Matches" Button
When clicking on the "Find Matches" button on a very long list of "Pending Import" records, the "Find Matches" window that appears in the foreground always appears at the top of the page, with the pending import records grayed out in the background, HOWEVER, the window remains at the bottom of the page where the record is listed.
This has been confusing for our users who do not realize they have to scroll back up to the top of the page to see the "Find Matches" window with some users thinking the application is broken since they do not immediately…

I wish that I could click a student's icon on the take attendance screen, then click the back button and return to the SAME class period.
Here is my typical workflow: I'm finished taking attendance for 1st period and I want to check attendance totals for each student who was absent. I click the attendance icon next to their name, review the information, then click the Back button in the browser to return to the class list. However, this returns me to the currently scheduled period and not the period I was just viewing (frequently sixth period after the end of the instructional day). This makes it super painful to go through a list of students and review each ones profile or attendance info. I have…

Add a Column / Feature for "Recommended Fields"

- Add a column (or multiple columns ) and option for "Recommended Fields"
- Add a optional box-color option(s).

Allow Students to edit their personal email address
With CTE students we need to reach out to our graduates for reporting purposes and we only have their old school email. It would be great to be able to capture their personal email. The personal email address field on the Demographics page is not currently editable by parents or students.

Attendance Enrollment Page - Do not prompt to delete attendance during a 440 program change entry
In the Attendance Enrollment, if a user enters an "L" (leave) record using the "440 - program change" reason Aeries may prompt about "student has attendance after this date."
Since this is simply a program change entry and NOT really a withdrawal action, there is no reason to remove the ATT records. The user is expected (required) to follow a 440 entry with an "E" (enter) record for the subsequent day [or they get the error/warning "Student does not have an Attendance Enter after a 440 Leave on [date]"

Filter Attendance Notes (view option)
Now that teachers enter engagement notes for every period, the data is getting hard to read. It would be helpful to be able to select certain attendance code notes to see or skip when viewing for a student when selecting View all notes without having to print the report and/or scan multiple pages.
