Online Enrollment allow admin to manage certain fields and Authorizations by school site
Allow site based fields and Authorizations to be shown or hidden. For example: Student Mobile Phone we only want to collect at the high school level. Most of our Elementary students' parents enter their own cell phone since the student doesn't have one and then registrars have to delete it. Same for Authorizations...all parents registering have to answer questions that only apply to the high school.

Language Assessment Report - Allow Teachers to Access Report from View All Reports
My admin would like teachers to have access to the Language Assessment report so that they can see the information on their English Learners- how they scores on the ELPAC, how long they have been EL, etc. She feels it will provide valuable info for them to assist them in class.

View All Reports "Students with Absences" should be available at the district level
Students with Absences can only be run at the school level. Make the report available at the district level.
- Aeries > School > Reports > View All Reports > Filter for Students with Absences > Run the report
Make this report available to the district level.

Print Student Schedule or course requests, please add option add message for students in SMS Sections with Course Fee
Please add an area for message that student is scheduled into class or course request in a section linked to Course with Fees.

Online Enrollment - Allow Customers to Translate Grade Levels and Race
The Grade Levels and Race choices are hard-coded in Online Enrollment. There is no translation available and we don't have the ability to provide translation for these choices.
The Grade Levels are written out instead of using numbers. For example, First Grade, rather than 1st Grade or Grade 1. We would like the ability to translate these ourselves1 vote -
Intervention Dashboard: Add additional options to select from in the Intervention Codes dropdown
Adding "Intervention by Provider" is critical as the person who makes the referral is usually not the provider. We would like to use the provider dropdown to view case loads. Currently we are using the INV.CD as the provider just to be able to use the dashboard but the district would prefer to INV.CD as it's true meaning.

** Vital Field - Instructional Status is missing from Adult Ed Form
Hello!
We are interested in converting from using a Custom form we developed in-house for Riverside County Office of Education Adult Education programs to the Adult Eduction form which was implemented in AERIES.
However, it appears that a vital field is missing from the form called Instructional Status. We really need to store this information to provide teachers with information such as EST and literacy levels of the student for instruction.

Allow User Code(s) descriptions to show on Contacts pop up list
When you click on the Contacts button to open the list, it would be faster for office and parents if there was a YES in a Right to Transport (our U1) column right there.

Aeries to sync SBG to the Canvas Learning Mastery Gradebook
This may be more applicable under a different category. In order for HSD teachers to be successful in fully transitioning to Standards Based Grading, the ability for successful syncing to Canvas is needed. Canvas has reported they have the tools and ability but Aeries does not have the integration yet.

Flex Attendance Reports
Improve the current reports Students with absences and students with excused absences to be condensed and user friendly. Also improving the students with absence today to include an assortment of attendance codes.

Student Asset check-in - Additional viewable information
After checking in an Asset, you need to be able to quickly view more information on the checked in DRA record. We code and update condition to “Fee assessed” and need to be alerted if we have to go to clear Financial Transaction too

District Assets - Increased functionality on Mass Add Checked-Out Items to Financials
Add increased filters and variables for use when Mass Adding checked-out items to Financials.
Currently, you can only apply by DRI Title, but it would be helpful to be able to filter by DRT.TY for grouping.
Example of why this is helpful: Chromebooks remain checked out to students for multiple years, but books are not. Currently, I have to scroll through entire list and one-by-one click all Chromebook models instead of being able to exclude all DRT.TY = TCB.
Additionally, having other variables to filter by like DRA.CC, DRA.CD or DRA.DD for selection would be helpful to only push certain…

Flex SMS Board - Import a CSV with times and classes to establish sections
Principals were able to use AI to establish class sections of PE and Music. They are able to export the information into a CSV file.
To make this process perfect, we need to be able to import the CSV file into the SMS Board so that they do not have to go through the manual process of creating each section.

Language - ELAS Date display format
It would be nice if the ELAS Date used the MM/DD/YYYY (two digit month, day / four digit year) display format.
This would make copy pasting from the ELAS (CALPADS) date value into the EL Start Date edit date box just a little bit nicer.
Currently, if the month or day is a single digit, when pasting into the editable date field, we have add the "0" to the front of the value to make the pasted value work/save correctly.1 vote -
Intervention Notifications and Counselor Email
Please provide an option to link referral to Intervention notifications to student counselors STU.CU so only that counselor is notified when a referral is made rather than a designated email set up on the School options page.

Portal Options - Allow Finalizing Grade Posting by grade level
At end of year we often finalize grades with graduating students grades being due first. Because we have different deadlines we often aren't able to finalize grades for seniors and are only able to do this in the transcripts. There is no way for us to copy grade history without copying it for all students. There should be a way to do this by grade level to support year end activities.

Transcripts - TX - Modify Pass/Fail Logic
Update pass/fail logic to better meet PEIMS reporting definitions and reduce manual data entry/updates; specifically,
When attendance-based grade reporting is set to "Yes" and a class is failed, the failing grade should take reporting precedence for reporting purposes. Texas schools need to be able to see that had the student passed the course, they would have had course credit denied.
Build logic for grade of incomplete. If the student's semester average is "I," the reporting code should be 09 - Coursework Incomplete/No Credit Awarded.
