Could Aeries provide a page or process for collecting the data and a report for reporting SCOHR (System for California Oral Health Reporting) data?

Users (Security) - Add More Columns to Display on Search
We have recently migrated to Aeries Cloud Hosted. We would like to be able to see other columns such as IDP, XD. Or the ability to view or hide columns.

Put list of teachers' classes on their page under "Teachers"
A list of teacher's classes used to appear on the Teacher page. Now it's only accessible through the staff page, and there are many more clicks required to access it.

Honor Save for Auto-close Enrollment (E155 & E156) 14 Days Before the End of the School Year and ignore option after school year ends
Now that there is a message notifying us that the Auto-close is on/off. Can it honor the save functionality rather than always having to go back and check it before we extract SENR every time?
If we could Uncheck and Save, Check and Save, and it be honored until we are ready to either check or uncheck again that would be amazing.

Change how Aeries handles PDFs for ChromeOS compatibility
Aeries serves pdfs with the "Content-Disposition: attachment" header parameter instead of "Content-Disposition: inline".
Windows is able mitigate this at the OS level and open the pdf in a new browser tab anyway. ChromeOS doesn't let you override the behavior. This forces ChromeOS to download every PDF our office staff tries to open and view. In order to better allow our office staff on ChromeOS devices to assist with enrollment and PDC, we would ask that this small change be made. Thank you!

Allow non-admin users access to mass update/administer Student Graduation Endorsements table
Allow admin users to grant non-admin power users with Query Change access the ability to mass update and administer the GES table.

Medical Pages - Field Automation & Validation Enhancements
In the Medical Log can we auto-populate the fields of Billing Code and Initials based on User Sign-in credentials?
If we cannot auto-populate, can we make it a "hard stop" so that the user cannot proceed with saving the record without entering the appropriate info in these fields?
Can we auto-populate the Start Date/End Date to be the date that the Medical Log Record was added?
Can we lock the time frames for the Medical Log record to school hours? (i.e. 07:00-18:00)1 vote -
Increase the number of contacts entered during the Online Enrollment process
Increase the number of contacts entered during the Online Enrollment process.
Currently, the limit is four (4), which forces us to collect additional contacts on a separate form.1 vote -
GPA/Class Rank- Automatic Update
GPA and class rank reports should automatically update to ensure accuracy. Often, our district prints these reports without updating the GPAs and class ranks, which leads to discrepancies in the data. It would be much more convenient if they were updated automatically, eliminating any inconsistencies when reports are generated.

Mass Add for the Records Access Log
If possible, there should be a mass add function for the Records Access Log (RAL) in Aeries. Here in my school district, we have one major comprehensive high school for students. Most, if not all of our students go this high school. The process to enter in the information when we receive the student's cumulative folders can be a lengthy process, even for our elementary school sites when they have to mark it into their Aeries RAL. This would also benefit our elementary sites when first creating a cumulative folder for a student and then updating the RAL stating that…

School of Choice - When approved, do not allow parents to create a new pending choice
Add a portal setting to allow districts to block parents the ability to add a new pending request once their request has been approved. Some districts would prefer to talk with parents who change their mind directly as it can become more work changing things back and forth in the system and the possibility of errors in placement as parents bounce around school requests increases. Parents are also confused on what their last requested school actually was. By having a setting, those who want to give parents the ability to change their choice will still have access to this feature…

Retentions: Ability to add additional Academic Years
Currently the retentions page only retains data going back six years, including the current school year. Future years become available as the database rolls over annually, so they’ll appear once we transition into each new school year. This means all retentions can only be added AFTER the rollover takes place.
It would be helpful if we are able to add additional years to the academic year dropdown in order to make it easier to identify retentions PRIOR to the rollover.

Independent Study Complete
Add option for Independent Study Agreement "Complete" . The current options does not allow the attendance clerk to mark what student they have completed and updated in aeries in attendance/signatures, etc. Any students with a contract stay in a "activated" or "pending" status.
Also would like the ability to delete an agreement if added to an incorrect student in error

Give teachers access to the Interventions Dashboard
Teacher with read only can see interventions but not the Intervention Dashboard. We would like teachers to see the dashboard.

Report to track total number of period tardies by teacher
I'm looking to see if a report can be created to give the total number of tardies, or any attendance code, broken down by teacher and by period. The current report shows students who have tardies for the day, but not for the specific class.

Disabling Two-Factor Authentication for All Substitutes
Please provide an option to disable Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) specifically for substitutes. Since substitute codes expire after one day, substitutes are required to scan a new QR code each time they log in with a new sub code in order to set up MFA for that account. If teacher accounts are set to use Aeries MFA, there should be an option to disable MFA for substitutes to simplify the process.

Create a Query or Report for Student Academic Plan Course Sequences
Currently, there is not a way to query which Academic Course Sequence is assigned to a student. Create a report or query to identify this information.

Allow Summer Withdrawal Form Report for Matriculating Students
We have a school that would like to print out the Student Withdrawal Form report for all seniors. Currently, the report will fail with no data to print if the students do not have an exit code in STU.LD, but we would like an option to print this report for active students in a specific grade level.

Add the ATN table for Attendance Notes to the Aeries API interface
This change would allow these types of data to be shared with additional vendors (such as DeansList) via the Aeries API.
