We are interested in converting from using a Custom form we developed in-house for Riverside County Office of Education Adult Education programs to the Adult Eduction form which was implemented in AERIES.

However, it appears that a vital field is missing from the form called Instructional Status. We really need to store this information to provide teachers with information such as EST and literacy levels of the student for instruction.

We have been Instructional Level with the following information: (Table/Field DES.INS): {01: ESL Beginning Literacy; 02: ESL Beginning Low; 03: ESL Beginning High; 04: ESL Intermediate Low; 05: ESL Intermediate; 06: ESL Advanced; 07: BS Beginning Literacy; 08: BS Beginning; 09: BS Intermediate Low; 10: BS Intermediate High; 11: BS ASE Low; 12: BS ASE High; 13: BS Completed ASE High}
