Counselors want to be able to easily add multiple sections to a student's schedule by Section number

State Seal of Biliteracy Report needs to sort by Student Last Name instead of by Student ID
Please change “View Data” portion the State Seal of Bilteracy Screen to sort the students by Student Last Name instead of sorting by Student ID. When we print the “potential and qualifying students” and send the PDFs to the schools to verify it is very hard for all of us to work with a PDF file that is sorted by a student number instead of alphabetically. By the way, the Golden State Seal Screen sorts the potential and qualifying students by student last name. Thank you.

Print Standards Based Report Cards - Option to Sort by Grade and Student
Currently, the Print Standards Based Report Cards report prints alphabetically - by teacher. Like many districts, we print by grade and would like to be able to have the grade print alphabetically by student so we can just file the lot, instead of having to file each class separately.

Courses - Sort SMS courses by period
When you are on the courses page and click on the SMS tab to see the sections for that course it is sorting by teacher and section number. It would be nice if it sorted by teacher and period or just by period.

Teacher Gradebook - Add Ability to Easily Recalculate GRD Grades
We need the ability for teachers and admin users to be able to recalculate quarter or semester GRD grades after the grades have been initially posted by the teacher. For example, if a student turns in missing work and the teacher needs to adjust the grade, we'd like them to be able to make the changes to the assignment grades as usual but then just hit a button to recalculate and update the GRD grades instead of going through a multi-step/multi-screen process.

Attendance reports need to honor the Block Schedule Calendar and MST days of the week
The Weekly Attendance report needs to honor the Block Schedule Calendar and print "Not Enrolled" on the days the period does not meet.
Also, the Weekly Engagement report needs to honor the Block Schedule Calendar/MST Days of the Week

Import Data to Aeries - Match Staff ID on Human Resources ID
Many of us have a separate HR program that has it's own unique employee ID number Aeries recognizes as the HRID. It would be awesome if we could use the import process to make mass changes in Aeries for the Staff table matching STF.ID on STF.HRID, similar to the STU table.

Hide Current Info from Students and Parents during Grading Window- Extended!
Hi!
I think the feature in Portal Options- "Hide Current Info from Students and Parents during Grading Window" should have the option to be extended and not only be during the window but also have a manual date option. The rationale is so that we can close the teachers grading window and then finalize the reporting process. We always have changes that are submitted after the window closes, before we upload the report cards into RCH and the way it is now, parents/students can view the grades before we finalize. Add a field for staff to document interactions with stakeholders
As a Registrar/Sr. Secretary I have a lot of contact with parents and students via phone, email, or in-person. I would like a place in Aerires to have ongoing documentation of the contact. Currently, there is a place for Counseling to document interactions but not for secretaries, etc.

Query results for the HSG table
Query Results - When running a query on the Graduation Status (HSG) table, the TOTAL shows before the Z Subject Area Code. Could the sort be fixed so that TOTAL comes after Z or the last Subject Area Code?

in v3 of Ed-Fi: would like the ability to sync one student at a time. This helps when trying to resolve errors or if you want to test an entity.
