Address changes in Demographics should cascade to Contacts tagged as "Lives With" the student automatically
Address changes in STU should cascade to Contacts tagged as "Lives With" the student. If a contact is marked Y for Lives With, please have the contact address update automatically if there's a residence address change on the student's demographic screen.

Inactivation Options
Create a setup for Inactivation Options (like the No-Show Setup) that would allow certain STU.TG codes not to trigger it. Or, allow a STU.TG code to have an amount value that would not trigger the dialog. A code with this amount value code could then be used as a temporary inactivation (for example, to allow another school to add a concurrent enrollment when the District Setting "Students must be inactive at last school before enrollment at another school" is active) that would not remove classes from (or change the course attendance in) the original enrollment.

Include Database Group Name at the top of the screen
We have to use a separate database for summer school and are constantly toggling between the two. It would be nice to know which database you are currently logged into to make sure you aren't doing work in the wrong database.

Import Gradebook Assignment Comments from Spreadsheet
When we import grades from a spreadsheet, can you please allow for comment imports! We spend so much time adding comments to student work that it would be great to have the option to import comments along with the student ID number and total score.

Allow more than one SSL certificate to be used for SAML configuration
Allow for 2 or more different SSL certificates in the SAML configuration page. This would allow for internal and external URLs that are network segregated. This may also work for specific summer school instances where a separate summer URL is setup as well as other potential testing environment configurations.

quickly add staff to multiple sections
It would be really really great if there was some way to quickly add a staff member to multiple sections at a time, or to add multiple teachers in the SMS Builder.
Maybe on the staff page the MST section could function similar to how the classes page works for students?
Use case 1: our special ed department team teaches, so all of those teachers need to be listed on all of those sections.

Online Enrollment - Questions and Codes Tab
We would like to be able to edit the response text for Online Enrollment as we do for Online Data Confirmation. Right now we have currently enrolled families filling out the online data confirmation and answering authorization questions with responses as "Granted" or "Denied". Then we have new families enrolling and answering the same questions through the online enrollment process but their responses are being recorded as "Yes" or "No".

Timeout - Start counting by how long user is Inactive on a page
Hello can the timeout go off of how many minutes you are inactive on a page, versus how long you have been on a page? I could be clicking away adding data and editing and the timeout popup comes on when the whole time I was very active on the page.

Academic Plan Counselor summary limited to the Current Year
The other thing that Counselors have commented to me is that the Summary would be more useful if the numbers in each column could apply to a time period (e.g. one year). Our Counselors would like our student/Families to review/revise their Academic Plan EACH YEAR before scheduling. It would be helpful for them if the Columns Approved, Pending Submission, Pending Approval, & No Action could be limited to a certain time period (like the current Academic Year). Assertive Discipline - Add Incident ID to Display When Selecting Record
Please add the Incident ID so that it displays next to the date of the record when you are looking at the list of all of a students incidents. CALPADS no longer shows the date of the incident and instead shows the Incident ID when they show errors. This can make it very difficult to find where an error might be for student, especially when some students have quite a few incidents. Without the Incident ID you might have to open multiple records in order find which record has a problem.

Missing Attendance - Add Different time stamps for Attendance Submission
Our elementary schools are set up with AM and PM sessions. Each teacher has two teacher records, one for AM and one for PM. When taking attendance, both sessions are time-stamped with the same AM time-stamp. For security issues, our office staff needs to know when the teacher has taken attendance for the PM session.

Add the semesters 1 or 2 into the course completed section. This should display the semester the course was taken when viewing the course details.

Online Enrollment Pre-Enroll Uses Next Year's School Hi - Lo Grade to assign school
Selecting pre enrollment during online enrollment assigns a school based on current hi-lo values. My idea is to add fields to LOC for next year's hi-lo grade for online enrollment to use when parent select pre-enrollment for the upcoming school year.
