Allow Aeries online enrollment to send notification emails to parents, similar to what you have already configured with the school of choice platform. When you set a student as incomplete, there should be a notification sent to the parent to let them know their application is incomplete.
For example, if you included a window box popup for staff to type a personal message to the parent regarding the details of why the application is incomplete.
That email will help speed up the level of communication between parent and office.

This would be a welcomed addition, as typically our enrollment staff is unable to send notifications or call families to follow up during high enrollment!
