Lunch Count report - Add by Grade option
Need the option to print the lunch count by grade or add the teachers low and high grade range to the report. With four different lunch times it would be extremely helpful for the cafeteria staff to know the count by grade instead of the school as a whole as lunch times are set by grade level.

Perfect Attendance Report - Add an option to Include Attendance Makeup days
Please add an option to Include Attendance Makeup days to nullify absences on the Perfect Attendance Report and the Students with Good Attendance Report.

Rosters using student groups
Would like the ability to print rosters for a Student Group (not by teacher). This would be helpful for itnerant music teachers or others that do not have a class of students assigned to them, but can access them as a group. Would just need an alpha roster for teh group.

Allow dashboards to be created for Custom Tables
Now that we're moving toward the idea of distance learning through next school year, it could be really helpful to have a Dashboard for the Wellness page which was created using a custom table (once we start using it!) that would work like the Assertive Discipline and Interventions dashboards to quickly drill down into the various categories of Wellness.

Don't include absences made up with an ADA Make Up code in reports
Elementary sites give student, class, and grade awards for attendance. Absence Reports don't take ADA Make Up codes into account. We'd like a checkbox on all Absence Reports, namely Students with Absences, to not count records with an ADA make up code.

Add option to disable the Elective? Field on Courses
Add an option to disable the Electives? dropdown on the Courses page under the California Specific tab, CSU/UC Entrance fields when a user enters an Elective in the Subject Area field. We feel this would prevent users from putting the Elective in both the Subject Area field and Elective field which causes CALPADS errors during reporting.

View assignment scores from all students in linked gradebook
Please allow more integrating between linked gradebooks, so that teachers can see scores from ALL students on a particular assignment.
This helps with gauging understanding on a particular assignment, and entering late work from multiple class periods, and would allow uploading all grades for an assignment at once.

Teacher Attendance Notifications - Add ability to disable or change the frequency of alerts
The "Attendance has been updated" notifications that display while teachers take attendance may cover the attendance check boxes and while scrolling the page. This may commonly affect touch screen devices while being used in a positive attendance school. Adding the ability to either disable the notifications or display one alert over each other would help.

Visual Separation of "Next" Fields
I would like to see the "Next Fields" at the bottom of the Demographics screen have some form of visual separation from the rest of the Demographics fields so the office staff clearly knows whether they are updating information for the current database or for next year's database.

Add User fields to security (U1,U2,U3,etc.)
Add user fields to security to label user's work tittles to distinguish their positions and be able to query them much easier. This would be for user codes on the UGN table.

Display Attendance Totals for Teachers
My teachers are asking if it is possible to include totals at the bottom of their attendance screens for each column (absent, tardy, late truant) for the given period they are teaching for the day. Right now they have to scroll up and down the class list and tally the numbers of students absent or tardy or ill.

Add a Total for Sections to the Master Schedule report
The Master Schedule report can be run in a variety of ways, like by course/period, or by teacher/period, etc. At each break, there is a totals line that includes total number of seats, students scheduled, class average, boys, girls, other gender, and percentages for each. It would be nice to include a total number of sections as well so you can see it at a glance instead of having to count. I've included an example here for reference. It would be nice to have Sections: 3

Increase the field size for Grade Reporting Citizenship and Work Habit codes
Grade Reporting Codes & Descriptions allows users to add two characters in
GRD CI and GRD WH but the fields will not accept two characters3 votes -
Make Health Problems Field (Medical pages) Longer
The Health Problems field is displayed on Medical History, Medical Notes, Medical Log, etc. The field only displays 30 characters, but can also be printed on some reports. The customer would like the field to be longer. If the field were displayed on reports with less space available, the displayed contents would possibly have to be truncated.

Add visual indicator for month on Attendance calendar
We have had several requests to add some sort of visual indication of the attendance month when looking at the Attendance Calendar area of Demographics. The predominant request is to add a colored line in between the rows when an attendance month changes.

Schools would like an option on the discipline dashboard to display (or filter) by grade level.
