Language Assessment - Allow Additional Tests in the State Test Tab
Add a District Setting to allow districts to configure additional Test IDs ( for example the VCCALPS) that can be viewed/added on the Language Assessment State Test tab.

Import Data to Aeries - allow importing into the PGS - Program Services table
Need to allow for Mass Adding Programs Services to the PGS Table.
Previously this was possible with a change query, however since Program Services is now a separate table this needs to be refined.

Display Work in Progress by Semesters
When viewing Work In Progress for Fall term - there is no distinction for the which courses are current and which courses are planned for the Spring term.

Link Supplemental Attendance Sessions to the Bell Scheduler
If a supplemental Attendance session is linked to a specific period, the start and end times should be reflected by the bell scheduler rather than having to update the times on the bell scheduler AND the session.

Add an option to select SST in School Locator Cards for Summer School
Allow an option to select terms in Student Locator Cards when Summer School Course Request scheduling is enabled. SST table is used when students have not been copied over to Summer School yet. Currently, this report only looks at TRM.

Master Schedule and Scheduling Master pages: make Track field display COD values for STU.TR
On the Scheduling Master page (SchedulingMaster.aspx) and the Master Schedule page, the Track field will allow any single character to be saved. Instead, the field should display a dropdown with the school's codes and descriptions for the STU.TR field from COD, and save the STU.TR codes.

Add more Granular Permissions - Update Own and Delete Own for certain tables.
It would be nice if we could grant users permission to update or delete records that they enter without giving them access to update or delete records that someone else entered.
This would be very helpful for staff that we don't want to give update access to everything but we want them to be able to fix / update records they created.
For example, suppose we give a staff member insert permission to interventions, but not update. The staff member then creates a new intervention record. A short time later they may be given updated or more complete information, or…

Discipline Dashboard - Add Mass Create Intervention Records
Like mass creating intervention records from the analytics dashboard, it would be great to be able to mass add and intervention from the assertive discipline dashboard.

Display reason for error in Online Enrollment document upload
It would be nice if the reason the upload document failed in Online Enrollment displayed when hovering over the Exclamation Mark, similar to Student Backpack. One example of an error is when the file is too large.

Print Multiple Reports at once
Allow the ability to print multiple reports as a "report packet" or "report group". Even further to combine reports into a single PDF as an option.
Example, withdrawal packet report: withdrawal form, fees and fines, assets, grades (GBS/GRD), and absence totals.
A similar feature called Report Printing Packets used to exist in the Aeries Client.

Add Color Coding to Flex Periods
Similar to the ABS table, add color coding to the Flex Periods. District with various program supporting Flex Periods need an easy way to identify the periods when viewing the table.

Schedule reports to Run Automatically
Have the ability to run reports on an automatically schedule for teachers and staff. Similar to when parents sign up for Gradebook Summary, which is emailed on the day of the week they set up. Possibly have the staff members reports emailed daily, weekly, or monthly, etc.

Legend to include what that counts for Excluding Assignments (NA and TX)
It would be great to include in the legend on the Scores by Class page,what teachers can input in order to exclude an assignment. It's not noted in the legend and unless you just "guess" you don't know that you can input NA and TX in the score field to exclude a assignment.

CSU Eligibility Report - Add Appropriate Message for Graduated Seniors that are Eligible
The "Student Qualifies for CSU if current classes are passed with a C or higher" message still appears at the bottom of the report for graduated seniors that have all of their last term GRD records in HIS and are CSU Eligible. Please add an appropriate message that reflects that the students have met the CSU eligibility.
