Allow Notification Preference from Contacts to be available in Aeries Online Enrollment.

As a Parentsquare customer this is very critical for us. AIR imports data without this value so we have parents expecting communication from us that are not getting into ParentSquare. This should automatically place all parents placed as a contact as General and Emergency Contacts and let th eparents opt out. As of now we have to do a mass change to take care of this.

As the notification preference will affect the Parent Square notification. This is very critical function for us.

It would be nice to have every student auto populate with NOTIFICATIONS PREFERENCES set as GENERAL AND EMERGENCY ANNOUNCEMENTS and then let parent switch if they don't want it once they've logged into their portal. Not give them the option to opt out until they are completely enrolled and have a portal.

Online enrollment doesn't even ask about Notification Preference (CON.NP), but Aeries proper treats it as a required field when modifying/updating a record.... please add a field in Online enrollment that maps to CON.NP, and make it required just like it is within Aeries.

Lodi Unified would also like Parent/guardian Date of Birth to be a required field

There is no place for the guardian completing the registration nor the staff member importing the registration record to set this value.
Guardians are not receiving notifications until the value is populated.

Thank you for adding Parent Ed Level to online enrollment. Please make if a required field. Parent Ed Level should also be required during Data Confirmation to help with Calpads reporting. I agree with Heather that Correspondence Language would be helpful during OL enrollment.

I would prefer to have my staff update Ed Rights.
Parents can add parent educational level and corresponding language. -

We would prefer staff update Ed Rights Holder info. If this is added as additional fields for Online Registration, then please have the ability to not display that field.

And parents educational level as well. The other thing which will be super helpful is to give us the ability to make some fields on the contacts page on OE and data confirmation to be required.

The Correspondence Language would be SUPER helpful considering Parent Square pulls from that field in Contacts rather than the one on Demographics.

We have the ability to restrict update capability to Ed Rights Holders but no way for a parent to indicate in OE or ODC which contacts actually are Ed Rights Holders.

Would like the option to add additional contact fields to the Online Enrollment process. Specifically: Aeries Communications Notification Preference, Attendance Notifications, Correspondence Language, and Ed Rights Holder.
