Yes please, many staff are involved in the enrollment process that would benefit from viewing pending enrollments prior to being imported.

This Idea was submitted 3 1/2 YEARS ago and it's something that is urgently needed. We need to be able to have staff just view and not be able to import or add students.

It would be nice to have some users like principals or other district Admin types to have permission to the student Import page with giving them access to add students.

We have staff that will not be Importing students from Online Enrollment to Aeries. They only need to see if the parents have finished the Online Enrollment process. A VIEW ONLY or LIST ONLY option would be great for them.
Currently we have to train these specific staff to click on the Import button just to view the Pending and Partials, and we have to explain to them that this specific step isn't actually "importing" yet.
This is confusing for the staff who are only checking if parents have finished Online Enrollment.
Could the Import button be renamed to something like "View Online Enrollments" or "View/List Enrollments"?

There is currently NO way to make the AIR Imports a View Only Page. (User must be given security permission to also ADD/INSERT students in STU). Please make an option to have the AIR imports visible for users WITHOUT the ability to Insert new STU records.
