With Flex scheduling when entering attendance for an activities, trips or doctor appointments. Our school has many clubs that give our attendance clerk that she enters ahead of time. Especially when there is 30-50 students going. Or if a family is traveling during school time. In Flex if there is class changes the attendance put in doesn't follow the period but it stays with the original class. Then there are errors and you have to go back to every student and delete the code in the original class and re enter in the new class. Not only is this time consuming but I see potential errors. All of my secretaries are really disappointed with the new look and ease of clearing classes. This needs to be looked at also. I tried uploading visuals but it wouldn't let me.
