Add code table number to drop down menu-Early Childhood Development program type
The current menu for Early Childhood Development (Texas) has the code table description but not the actual code. Data entry would be easier if the number were in the menu.

Hello, this work item has been completed and was released on 7/21/26. Here are the relevant revision notes:
- Early Childhood Development: The Program Type, Instruction Type, Curriculum, Primary Funding Type, Secondary Funding Type, and PK School Type dropdown fields now display both the descriptor code and description for improved selection accuracy.
