Allow Mass Delivery Type for pending District Attendance Letters

The district person GENERATES the letters and defaults the delivery for DIGITAL.

The school site attendance secretaries REVIEW the pending letters and modifies the delivery type. If the school site has a sizeable population, it would be great to have a MASS change to whatever the delivery method the school site selects and then changes certain students to a different delivery method.

This would be the similar concept for Mass Add values for attendance and report card grades/comments.

Can we have this feature within District Attendance Letters that are PENDING status on the REVIEW side of the attendance secretaries since this would be of great help?

This would save so much time for the sites. Having this would be consistent with the methods in place with mass add grade values/attendance.
