Online Enrollment - Questions and Codes Tab
We would like to be able to edit the response text for Online Enrollment as we do for Online Data Confirmation. Right now we have currently enrolled families filling out the online data confirmation and answering authorization questions with responses as "Granted" or "Denied". Then we have new families enrolling and answering the same questions through the online enrollment process but their responses are being recorded as "Yes" or "No".

Reports - Add Option to Print by STU.SG ( Schedule Group )
Our Teachers and Staff are trying to run various reports and would like to have an option to select the specific STU.SG ( Schedule Group ) for the report.
Office staff has the ability to run a keep command, but optimally all of our staff would like to be able to limit results / options to just a specific sub-group ( Schedule Group ).

Google Import/Gradebook Import Assignment based on Term Date
It would be so great if Aeries had a way of "Import from Google" only those assignment dates that have been assigned based on a specific Date. We are just starting the Term and there are already 51 assignments but only 1 is for this term.
Add additional filters to determine what assignments are imported.4 votes -
Emails to Parents Do Not Display Well on a Phone
The Gradebook Assignment by Student and Gradebook Missing Assignments emails to parents do not format well when viewed on a phone - column headers wrap and columns run together.

Aeries Financials - allow mass deleting of fees
Mass delete fees that are not paid by certain dates OR fees with expiration dates. The ability to mass add a fee, such as chromebook insurance is great, but we need a way to limit the window for purchase so students only have 3 weeks to buy then have it be self deleted or marked inactive. WHY? become some fees do have limited windows to purchase and would help sites maintain a clean fee list and not frighten parents who see "oh no i owe money for X" when they log into pay a book late fee.

Scheduling Letter to Parents - Add Alternate Courses
Add the ability for the Alternate Courses (ACR) to print on the Scheduling Letters to Parents. Currently, only the primary Courses (SSS) print on the Scheduling Letter.

Add do not print on reports option to Assignments
Please add to the assignment the option to not print on reports.
Just like the Not Visible to Parent or Student Portal, add the ability to Not Print on Reports option to the assignments.

Allow Aeries online enrollment to send notification emails to parents, similar to what you have already configured with school of choice
Allow Aeries online enrollment to send notification emails to parents, similar to what you have already configured with the school of choice platform. When you set a student as incomplete, there should be a notification sent to the parent to let them know their application is incomplete.
For example, if you included a window box popup for staff to type a personal message to the parent regarding the details of why the application is incomplete.
That email will help speed up the level of communication between parent and office.4 votes -
Attendance Submission Log - District Level
With Electronic Attendance approved with CDE, it would be beneficial and more efficient to be able to run the Attendance Submission Log at the District Level. This should also include the ability to select all or specific schools to run the report to confirm teacher attendance has been submitted.

Google Assignments in Aeries should link to the Assignment in Google.
This will allow students to simply click on the assignment link to get to a missing assignment rather than have to search for the assignment in another program.

Create MST record from Teacher page
Have a quick way to create a new section from the Teachers page > MST Classes tab (instead of having to do it through the Master Schedule page when you are on the Teacher you want to create it for).

District Student Lookup - Ability to Print Student Data Printout
In the District Student Lookup, also add a print student demographics or student data page from year selected. When processing paperwork from previous graduates many ask for picture/basic demographic information.

Gradebook Option for Minimum % (floor) for overall gradebook mark. This would be similar to the gradebook assignment Min/Max % options, but would apply to the overall gradebook score.
EX: Aeries gradebooks allow for each assignment grade to be based on what was earned but have the final mark grade reflected show as a minimum of 50%4 votes -
Behavioral Emergency Report (BER) - New Counts Report
In reviewing how the CDE is planning on publishing the data on restraints and seclusion, a report that mirrors the counts would be a helpful way to audit the data.

Would like to be able to modify language under "Certification for:" to align with district procedures.

Weekly Attendance Report - Honor Student Groups
Would it be possible to allow filtering with student groups to differentiate cohorts when attendance is being taken on the weekly attendance report. It is hard to differentiate between the student attendance dates and what codes should be used. This is also going to cause some confusion for the auditors.
