Student Data Audit Report- Add the Discipline Incident ID
It would be good to add the Incident # for any CALPADS discipline errors that show up on the Student Data Report. That way we can go directly to the incident that needs correction instead of having to look through multiple reports. Some of these students will have multiple reports.

Remove attendance by Photo - OLD for all Flex schools
The Attendance by Photo - OLD module does not function when using Flex scheduling. Please make it possible to remove from the teacher portal via Security/portal permissions or when Flex is utilized, automatically disable Attendance by Photo - OLD as it does not work and does not need to appear on the navigation pane.

PS, TK & Kinder Information Report for age turning 5, next grade, & next school based on age.
I am looking for a report for PS and TK Students for the date that they will turn 5, And what school they are attending, next school and next grade based on their age.
It needs to say the year of TK enrollment and Kinder enrollment based on the state age requirements. We need this a lot for reporting right now.

Student Transcript Report in Flex Schools - When printed with Sort by Teacher/Period option it prints Name as Unassigned. Report should be enhanced in Flex to print Teacher name

Enrollment notification in Classroom Attendance
Have a notifcation on top of webpage, "Classroom Attendance", when a student enrolls or disenrolls from a class. eg. " [StudentName] start this class on 1/1/2023" or "[StudentName] is no longer in this class as of 1/1/2023"..

Google Integration-option to choose whether to overwrite existing scores where "Include Assignments When Grading Complete" is enabled
In google Integrations, we would like to turn on the feature to Include Assignments Already Marked as Grading Completed, however we would like an option to choose whether we want to to overwrite existing scores or not. This is necessary so that scores changed in Aeries manually by the teacher would not get automatically overwritten by the google nightly sync, unless we had chosen the option to do so.

Auto create 113 CA Partnership Academy special program records based on Course Attendance
Currently, we have a SQL script that generates a 113 CA Partnership Academy special program record for all students with Course Attendance in specified courses. It would be nice to be able to do this within Aeries rather than relying on a SQL script.

Pre-Referral Interventions - Refer button for teachers
From Support Ticket: 333302
Apparently for Teachers, in order for the "Refer to Intervention" button to appear, in addition to the Read and Insert permission.... something needs to be entered on all four tabs: Details, Interventions, Reasons, Parent Meetings and Contacts.
This requirement is NOT called out in the documentation page:
https://support.aeries.com/support/solutions/articles/14000071035-referrals-to-interventionAlso, this is not a requirement for Admin users (making this extra confusing).
Suggestions:
1) If all that is required to create a referral is Read and Insert on the RFI table (as is suggested by the documentation), then enable the button if the user has those privileges…5 votes -

Update automatically Actual Start Date when last signature has been submitted by signatory. Update the date with the date of the last signature.

SBG - Dual Immersion Program Needs Two Marks for Each Standard
For the Dual Immersion program, SBG standards need to have two marks for each standard, one mark is for the English ELA and the other mark is for the other language ELA (Spanish/Chinese/etc..). This allows teachers to submit the standar marks for each language where application per grading window.
