Aeries Analytics Export to Excel Missing "Student" Column Header
Fix Aeries Analytics Export to Excel to include the missing "Student" column header. Exporting the list of students into an Excel spreadsheet is missing the Student name column header.
How to replicate this issue:
Logo onto Aeries using the district module
Filter for "Analytics"
Select Attendance % (Chronic) > Select only the Chronic (red)
Item Filters > Schools = a high school, Grades = 9-12, SubGroups = All Students
Students > Note total and click on the Excel export

CALPADS Enrollment Update Extract File date timestamp should be visible once process completes and page refreshes
On CALPADS > Enrollment Update tab, when an SENR or SPRG file is uploaded, the file date timestamp information is not displaying until after the user reloads the page. The date timestamp of the last file uploaded should display once the process has completed, without the need for the user to manually refresh the page.

Allow for Preschool Grade Levels Other Than -2. Some districts use grades > 13 to identify Preschool students. In Texas both grades -1 and -2 may include preschool students as defined by CRDC guidelines.

Sometimes an accidental click in the gradebook happens. If there was data there,
it is immediately deleted upon the accidental click in the cell.
If we could escape out of that cell and retain the original data, that would be amazing.
Without it, I need to track down the original paper that had the score on it....that's

Online Enrollment Application Status - change Completed titled to Submitted or Pending
"When an enrollment application is submitted, it is listed as a ""Completed"" enrollment in the Parent's AIR account. This should be titled ""Submitted Enrollments or Pending Enrollments""
Partial Enrollments should be re-titled to ""Incomplete"" enrollments. This way when we set them as Incomplete, they would be labeled as such.Once a record is Imported by the school site, the enrollment disappears from the AIR portal, and then under Completed Enrollments, it reads ""You have no completed enrollments""
Even though we send email confirmations, parents still log into their AIR portal and panic because it says they have No Completed Enrollments.…3 votes -
Transcripts and Long Descriptions for ACT codes
Enhance the spacing on the one column transcript after the Date and before Hours columns so longer descriptions of Events for ACT.CD and ACT.RS combined will display in full.

CRDC ENRL-2B for Civil Rights should pull from PGM.CD instead of LAC.SR
ENR2B for Civil Rights should pull from PGM.CD instead of LAC.SR. LAC.SR is not state reported but PGM.CD is and this will prevent people from having to put the same information in two separate spots.

Auto calculate US enrollment < 3 years Indicator
Have the "US Schl < 3 Yrs" indicator auto-calculate based on the "US School K-12" field.
3 votesAccording to CALPADS, the US School Enrollment < 3 years indicator calculates as a cumulative time, not consecutive. Therefore we cannot calculate this value from the Initial US School Enter Date.

School of Choice Management - Allow Deletions
Currently, there is not a way to delete a School of Choice request. Please enhance Aeries to include a delete button.

School of Choice - Residence School (SCR.HS)
Currently the Residence School (SCR.HS) field codes pull from the School of Choice #1 (SCR.SC1) field codes. Districts need to be able to list all residence schools as choices, but have them not all be available as schools of choice. With the current code design for SCR.HS to pull from SCR.SC1, this is not possible. Please consider making SCR.HS pull from its own code value.
