  1. Allow Use of CON.NM in Attendance/District Letters

    Allow the Letters to pull from CON table and not use the STU.PG field if contact is Ed Rights Holder or Primary Contact.

  2. Make Health Problems Field (Medical pages) Longer

    The Health Problems field is displayed on Medical History, Medical Notes, Medical Log, etc. The field only displays 30 characters, but can also be printed on some reports. The customer would like the field to be longer. If the field were displayed on reports with less space available, the displayed contents would possibly have to be truncated.

  4. Online Referral for Counselor

    We would like to have a section in Aeries that allows for teachers to send digital referrals to counselors. Counselors would receive an email that a student has been referred to them. When the counselors put in the action, send an email back to the teacher to let them know the resolution.

  5. Add Sort Options for Custom Navigation Pages/Links

    Custom pages/links created by adding NAV table entries always appear at the bottom of the folder. Can sorting options be added so that these new pages/links can be sorted alphabetically within existing entries, placed at the top, etc.?

  6. Analytics Dashboard Scroll Bar

    Add a horizontal scroll bar to allow easier viewing of more records. Currently dashboards only show limited records limited to the default size.

  7. API to include Aeries Analytics DAI and DAQ tables

    Please add the ability to have permissions in the API Security for Aeries Analytics DAI and DAQ fields. We have some partners asking for this info. DAI is District Analytics Indicators.

  8. Email Log by Student

    Within School Info - Send emails - it would be great to see a log or copy of emails that are sent to students. Once an email is sent, unless the user copies themselves, there is no record of that email being sent.

    It would be great to have a better way to document values for medical procedures such as blood sugar levels for students with diabetes or height/weight/BMI with an associated chart or graph.

  10. Option to hide teacher names on "locator cards" in Mobile App

    Before opening day of school we print locator cards w/out teacher names and room numbers. However, we discovered kids can see teacher names and room numbers on the app. Can we hide this information from students till opening day?

  11. Add User fields to security (U1,U2,U3,etc.)

    Add user fields to security to label user's work tittles to distinguish their positions and be able to query them much easier. This would be for user codes on the UGN table.

  13. Teachers enter standards in standards based grading.

    I would like the ability to enter my own standards or learning targets in standards based grading just like I can create my own assignments. Currently it is set up that I would need to convince someone at my district office to turn on standards based grading and set up all the standards/learning targets for my classes.

  14. Printing Transcripts Using a Different School Name for Virtualized Schools

    Enhance the Transcript Definitions page so that users have the option to select what school name is printed when student transcripts are printed individually or in bulk.

  15. Allow Teachers to Print Student Emergency Cards and Emergency Student List

    At this time, Emergency Cards and Emergency Student List are only printable by Users with permissions and Admin type accounts. Allow for teachers to run the Emergency Card report Emergency Student List .

    Alternative solution: Teachers may run the Student Directory, in Landscape, which will have some but not all of the same information.

    For the Insurance module, add Tricare - Military Insurance. All Military Families have Tricare and this is not on the list of national carriers.

  17. TX: Middle School Advanced Mathematics Course Codes 2025/2026 School Year

    The following course codes will be added to TSDS PEIMS data standards for school systems to report instruction using the middle school advanced mathematics TEKS. Enhance CRS.SVC to include these new codes so they are available to add for students as needed for the 2025/2026 school year.

    • 03103210 Grade 6, Middle School Advanced Mathematics
    • 03103220 Grade 7, Middle School Advanced Mathematics
    • 03103230 Grade 8, Middle School Advanced Mathematics, Algebra I

  19. Assertive Discipline Referrer dropdown list

    Currently the dropdown list for the Assertive Discipline Referrer field (ADS.SRF) displays Staff (STF) records that are tagged as Inactive. Add an option or filter to not display Inactive Staff records in the dropdown list.

  20. Attendance Management Page Unverified Absence Option

    When the 'unverified absence' option is selected, display all codes in all periods and All Day code instead of just absence codes. Selecting the option "unverified absences' should be a filter to limit to students with at least 1 unverified absence code but not displaying only absence codes
