  1. Remove Leave Dates when Re-enrolling Students

    From trainers: When a student is being re-enrolled and copied from the Inactive School, clear the Leave Date values (STU.LD, STU.SWR, STU.SLD, STU.SNS, STU.EOY, STU.ENS, STU.HSG, STU.DG) from the inactive record during the copy over process.

  3. Allow Custom Standards (Learning Targets) at Elementary Schools in the Gradebook

    Currently, Custom Standards are only allowed at Secondary Schools. Our elementary teachers develop learning targets for every standard, and would like the ability to record them in the gradebook.

  4. Allow teachers to make actual comments on grades instead of the limited choices

    Many times the 3 options allowed does not even begin to describe what I really want to convey to parents or what really should be on the report card.

    Create a new option called Manual and when chosen allows a teacher to enter a freeform textbox up to 1000 characters to enter whatever they want. Disk space is cheap. To put it in perspective:

    If every teacher in the district, writes a comment for every student for every grading period (6 teachers x 11500 Students x 8 grading periods x 1000 characters ) this would equate to 552 Megabyts or…

  7. Asset Letter to Parents: provide option to sort by student's name

    The Asset Letter to Parents prints in order alphabetically by the parent/contacts's first name, then last name. Please add the option to sort alphabetically by the student's name (last name, then first name).

  11. Online Enrollment - Limit Selection of Schools on "Other District Enrollment"

    It would help to limit Online Enrollment - "Other District Enrollment" page to a selection in the setup instead of all schools in our district. i.e., exclude the Inactive school, summer schools, and schools the public does not need to choose from.

  12. Add option to disable the Elective? Field on Courses

    Add an option to disable the Electives? dropdown on the Courses page under the California Specific tab, CSU/UC Entrance fields when a user enters an Elective in the Subject Area field. We feel this would prevent users from putting the Elective in both the Subject Area field and Elective field which causes CALPADS errors during reporting.

  14. Military Survey at District Level

    Military Survey at the district level would be beneficial for large and small districts. At this time, you would have to log into each school site one by one and confirm or reject a military survey record for large school districts, who may have one or two people checking 30 to 50 schools one by one can be very time-consuming. For smaller school districts who only have a district Aeries support person(s), it will make life easier and be a more efficient way to confirm or reject the military survey records from a district level.

    Similar to Med History, these screens need the "top" add new button to make it work better for nurses.

  16. Daily Enrollment By Teacher Missing Combine/Exclude Feature

    Daily Enrollment by Teacher, One Month option, please add the Enter Programs to combine with "Regular" program, Enter Programs to Exclude like the Daily Enrollment by Month (CSR) report. Also need the sort options by teacher and grade.

  17. Teacher App Widgets - Add functionality for the widgets in the Teacher App on the Home Screen

    The Teacher App has widgets that display demo data and are not currently functional.  Would like to see categories labeled (Demo) be programmed for functionality so that it can be used by the Teacher in a live environment instead of it displaying (Demo) data.

  19. Visual Separation of "Next" Fields

    I would like to see the "Next Fields" at the bottom of the Demographics screen have some form of visual separation from the rest of the Demographics fields so the office staff clearly knows whether they are updating information for the current database or for next year's database.
