Option to display a different teacher name on Report Cards and Progress Reports or Class Rosters
Would like to be able to select an option to choose which name is displayed on certain reports when a Long Term Substitute is assigned to a class in Section Staff. We had a teacher who went on leave the day before the grading period window opened and Admin and LTS would have preferred Primary Teacher names show as she had left grades to be entered.

LOG - Adjust entries coming from Flex Period FTF records
In Flex Scheduling schools, LOG entries contain erroneous data in the SC column and the CO column. When user performs Updates and Deletes to Flex Period records (FTF), LOG entries set the school number equal to the sequence number instead of the logged in school. Also, the description in the CO column contains an extra character after the 'FTF'.
When updates or deletes to FTF occur, the SC column of LOG should always contain the school code of the school where the FTF record exists. Not the SQ number.

Allow districts to set the threshold birthdate for Early-TK qualification
Our district has extended our Early TK to include those with birthdays from 7/1 - 8/31, but the 7/1 date is hardcoded and we're not able to adjust to allow those additional 2 months

MOVE GPA History (GRG) from the Extracurricular Activities Page to it's own page under GRADES. I have the need to calculate cumulative GPA for only T1, T2, T3 of the current year only to determine end of year awards. The cumulative GPA counts either current term or ALL grades in the transcript page. I currently have to query the GPA for the correct terms, then export into excel and calculate the cumulative YEAR GPA. It would be nice to first of all have these term GPA's in an appropriate location like under GRADES, then to have aeries calculate cumulative GPA…

Grade Report Options- Add Citizenship default to mass add default value
Grade Report Options- Add Citizenship default value to mass add when we opening grading for teachers. And allow teachers to overwrite default value as needed. (We do not scan grades and the current option for Citizenship default does not work in our case)

Allow OAuth authentication to be used for SMTP
Microsoft has announced that they will begin deprecating Basic Authentication (Username/Password) methods for sending emails via SMTP through their Exchange services, which will affect our Office 365 customers.

Identify 18YO High School Students
For high school seniors who are 18 years old who do not want parents to have access to their records - a field to identify them. The field could be used to query/KEEP/ or create student groups, but also identify to vendors (Naviance, Canvas, ParentSquare, SportsNet and others) to not share (or limit access) data with parents. Currently, our only option is to change Contacts records, which is inadequate. Also, a notice (similar to what pops up when putting in an assertive discipline record on a special ed student) to remind counselors and staff to include student in all attendance…

Create a secondary option on the Discipline violation as to whether or not the violation resulted in an injury
Many districts are over reporting injuries as a result of a change made to the way that CALPADS discipline codes are interpreted. The 501 code, "Caused, Attempted, or Threatened Physical Injury," is automatically assumed to have resulted in an injury. There is not a way to say that the action simply attempted or threatened injury. We need a way to say whether or not this code actually resulted in an injury. If we had that option, on the CALPADS code translation table, we could decide if it was then reported as a 501 (injury) or 504 (no injury).

The California State Preschool Program (CSPP) contractors are required to identify and report data on children that are dual language learners with the new Family Language Instrument. Consider adding the following Family Language Instrument questions to Aeries:
1) Which language(s) does your child hear at home?
2) Which language(s) does your child hear in their neighborhood and community?
3) Which language(s) does your child understand?

Gradebook Mass change formative assignments to summative
In SBG teachers often forget that Formative assignments don't count toward the overall score. It would be nice to be able to mass change assignments from Formative to Summative.

Have ParentsSquare import permission set from Aeries using security group membership
Bring back the ability we lost during the SignalKit to ParentSquare transition that let us have an Aeries user with specific UID exist within security groups in Aeries to convey group membership between the systems. The CSV upload option is clunky and bad compared to the good old days.

Allow records with inactive ADS.CD codes to be analyzed in the discipline dashboard, and display inactive codes in the "edit codes" window.

Underline last link clicked in Data Validations (in dark mode)
Currently, when you click a link in Data Validation Results, it opens a new tab and adds a line to the last link that was clicked. This works in regular mode now. It would be helpful to have this option in Dark Mode to help keep our place when resolving errors.

Transcripts-Dual Enrollment Credit School-Allow to Pull from CHI vs. LOC table
A programming change occurred within the last two years to only allow the Dual Enrollment credit school to be entered from the LOC table instead of the CHI table. This is causing issues for us because there are times when students are enrolled at an out of district school when the Dual Enrollment course was completed and when they transfer to our district we need to enter the credit school as the out of district school and not a school within our district. TX - Cumulative Class Ranking for Custom GPA
Create new report for Texas that prints cumulative historical class rank, and cumulative rank based on custom district GPA. Decimal points should go out five places. Critical for Texas districts.
