Add the ability to print readmit slips from the Attendance Notes
My school office staff is requesting the ability to print readmit slip from the Attendance Notes area like the Off Campus Pass. This would streamline the process for them.

Class Calendars: reduce permissions needed for Push and Copy (currently only Admins)
On the Class Calendars page, an Admin user can Copy Class Calendars within a school or Push Class Calendars to other schools. Please change these permissions so that Copy and Push can be done by a User who is not an Admin.

Parent/Student Portal Notification Preference wording
When Weekly Progress email is enabled, the Student Portal displays a Parent Notification Preference in account settings menu. Rename to be more generic since the Notification Preferences applies to both Parent and Student Portal.

Improve Visibility on Attendance Page
Help add some accessibility features to increase visibility on Attendance. Please make the attendance page with alternating grey and white rows OR allow the ability for teachers to highlight the row of a student when selected like on Gradebook.

Withdrawal Form
I would like to suggest removing the "Authority for withdrawal" on the header of this form and replacing it with Parent/Guardian Signature. The form already has an Administration line where the admin/registrar can sign at the bottom.

Add a gender dropdown on the Medical History screen.
My nurses would like a dropdown on the medical history screen for gender. There is one for for age and grade but they'd like one for gender as well.

Seperate Int-District Permit from STU
** This may be more approachable as a proposal for the the Next-Gen system design **

One of the side effects of the permit being stored on the STU, is that it gets copied during student transfer. This likely is not what is desired generally.Another challenge with the current Int-District design on the STU table is the use of the IT, ITE (current year) and NIT (next year) fields. These have to maintained every year which can be labor intensive.

Teacher Credentialing update to the STC section for reportable staff with credentials.
Would like to see a field added where we can attach teacher credentials. Some teachers have multiple credentials, so it would be nice to be able to attach all of them here instead of having to bounce between two different programs (like we have here) and then go to the teacher look up site from the CDE.
To help, customer Jason Jones has even mocked up a sample for the programming folks to review and built a customized SharePoint model that his district uses. See attached images.

Allow for multiple types of terms at a given school
It would be helpful to be able to run both trimester AND quarter/semester terms in one school. For example, a school with grades 5-8 where grade 5 is on SBG/Trimester and grades 6-8 are on GRD/quarters. This would allow for using one school in Aeries instead of having to split them out into two schools.

Admin Button or Feature to Reset Emergency Contact Order
Contact orders are all over the place for most of the district. If there was a way to reset all contact order numbers to their current position, that would be great for integrations we are doing.
