Accommodation Detail field dropdown added for this field
Add a dropdown menu to the 504 Accommodation Detail field to provide a standardized list of common accommodations. Include a text box option labeled “Other” so users can enter unique accommodations not listed in the dropdown.
User Impact:
Teachers, 504 coordinators, and administrators entering accommodation details would benefit. The combination of a dropdown and text box would improve efficiency, accuracy, and consistency across the district while allowing for unique student needs to be documented.1 vote -

We would like to request support for a test template for mCLASS Lectura and DIBELS assessments in Aeries. These assessments are widely used for TK–3 early literacy screening, and their adoption continues to expand across districts. A standardized template would greatly streamline data integration, reduce manual setup, and enhance reporting consistency for districts relying on these critical literacy measures.2 votes -
Mobile App: Prevent saving feedback records with blank/whitespace comments
The mobile app currently allows feedback submissions where the Comment field contains only whitespace, as long as a category is selected. Enhance validation to prevent saving feedback records when the comment is empty or whitespace-only.

Update Income Survey with 26-27 Income Rates
I realize this is partly dependent upon the release of federal income guidelines (https://www.fns.usda.gov/schoolmeals/income-eligibility-guidelines), but as soon as those income guidelines are created, having someone from the Aeries team create the alternative would be amazing. Minimizing any time between when guidelines are released and the alternative income survey is completed by Aeries will be super helpful for 26-27 enrollment (as we start enrollment for 26-27 once the alternative income survey is available).

Please add the ability to balance classes to include multiple student fields such as gender, IEP, 504 and language fluency when scheduling so that we can work to avoid inequitable distribution or concentration of any student group in SMS/MST. Currently this must be addressed manually.

Show API Status for CERS Student Group Extract Files
In the CERS Student Group Extract view, please add API status indicators so users can quickly tell whether a file was intended to post to the API and whether that post was successful. In addition to the existing record count, adding columns such as API Enabled and API Success would allow customers to validate scheduled vs. manual processes at a glance, reduce confusion during troubleshooting, and minimize the need to look in SQL for confirmation. Aligns UI visibility with data already stored in the system (FLI)

On the home page under Attendance Summary have option to add and view Days Independent Complete - Days Independent Study Incomplete - Days Suspended - Days In School Suspension

Allow "Is Grading Complete?" Checkbox to be overridden by "Import Assignments From Google" button on the dashboard (not individual assignments). Currently, it will work if you go to each individual assignment and import it that way. Well, with multiple classes, it's a lot of clicking and navigating to do it this way. For educators who would overwrite across all class periods, having it work in the dashboard where the google import button is located would be a huge efficiency boost.

Add UI functionality for Preferred Term and Course Request Packets
Add ability for users to set the PT (Preferred Term) field when configuring Course Request Packets. This would allow users to specify that all courses should go to a specific semester.

Long running process visibility page
Have a nightly processes that checks for possibly "hung" long running processes that have not completed within a reasonable time.
For example:
We just found that an "Update Attendance History" process was started in October (3 months prior), but never completed.
This also prevented the Scheduled process from running, so our AHS values were very out of date!If the system was monitoring for these types of interrupted processes and alerting someone... this could have been found and resolved much earlier!!

Support CSU Direct Admissions (SB 640) – Data Export / Eligibility Classification
California Senate Bill 640 establishes the California State University (CSU) Direct Admissions Program, which will require districts to provide student academic data to support CSU admission determinations. CSU and CCGI have not yet released technical or logistical guidance (e.g., data specifications, eligibility calculations, or submission process) for SIS vendors or districts.

Grade Report Mark Analysis Report GPA does NOT include the Weight Advanced Placement /IB Courses option
Please update the Grade Report Mark Analysis Report so that the GPA calculation honors the Valid Mark (GRC) option “Weight Advanced Placement / IB Courses.”

Add Att-Based Grade Reporting Optimization (TX Only)
Consider optimizing the Attendance-Based Grade Reporting function to allow users to preliminarily set Att-Based Grade Reporting to "Y," "N" or null on the Grades page. Ideally, this function would allow users to set ABG using either the Attendance Based Grade Reporting function or directly on the Grades page. If this feature is built, it would also be beneficial for the update to apply both on the Grades page and within the ABG function. This would be helpful in modifying individual student records as the ABG function is extremely difficult to filter.
If this cannot be done, consider adding/optimizing filtering options…

Upload a bulk copy of State Electronic Test Scores Reports to Student Documents
We would like Aeries to upload a copy of the State Electronic Test Scores Reports to Student Documents for the purpose of historical PDF copies, which are a great visual for teachers and parents.
We have principals who believe that having all the historical State Electronic Test Scores Reports would be beneficial for their teachers in providing proper student support. Currently, if a student is an 11th grader, we are not able to view any State Electronic Test Scores Reports, due to ETS providing only 3 years of records.

Add a Start/Expiration date to all Flags
Please add Start and End dates to All flags so they can expire at a certain time if needed.
