Allow for Preschool Grade Levels Other Than -2. Some districts use grades > 13 to identify Preschool students. In Texas both grades -1 and -2 may include preschool students as defined by CRDC guidelines.

Secondary Standards Based Gradebooks - Adjust to Display only Secondary SBG Marks
Adjust the Secondary Standards Based Gradebooks to be based on standards rather than assignments.
Some feature enhancements would include:
- only allow teachers to enter the standard marks for the assignment grades
- only display standard grades to parents, not overall assignment ore overall gradebook grades
- only display standard mark assignment scores to admin/teachers/parents/students (i.e., no numeric scores)"6 votes -
Students Absent or Tardy Today and Inactive Students
Students Absent or Tardy Today report does not show students who are currently Inactive but were enrolled on the date the report is being run for. Students Absent or Tardy Today report should be enhanced to honor Attendance Enrollment and Course Attendance.

CRDC Extract - Refine 0s and Blanks Fill Logic for Various Elements
Refine logic for CRDC extract with regard to filling fields with either 0's or blanks.
For example, if there are any Preschool student counts, then the fields for Preschool EL counts, Preschool Student in EL Programs, Preschool IDEA, Preschool 504 counts should be filled with 0's rather than blanks when there are no Preschool students in these counts.2 votes -

Allow for an escape button to be used when inputting scores.
Sometimes an accidental click in the gradebook happens. If there was data there,
it is immediately deleted upon the accidental click in the cell.
If we could escape out of that cell and retain the original data, that would be amazing.
Without it, I need to track down the original paper that had the score on it....that's

Allow for an assignment to be designated as "do not drop" for an individual.
Currently we can do this for an entire class, but it would be very helpful per individual.
An example is when a student is caught cheating on a quiz and earns a ZERO. If we allow
for one quiz drop for the semester, I want to make sure THAT quiz is not dropped and the

Attendance Audit Report should consider attendance enrollment to flag student not of age
The audit attendance report in Aeries should flag errors if a student is not of age. This verification should not solely rely on demographic data but should also consider attendance enrollment to detect instances where a student was underage at the beginning of the school year. If the student doesn’t meet the minimum age requirement in a specific grade, it should be reflected on the attendance audit list. This is crucial to our district as it will minimize attendance errors and avoid claiming ADA for a student is not eligible.

supplemental attendance class roster sort by grade
We would like an option to sort the students listed in this report by grade level.
We have a master list with over 100 students listed, but they are only ever listed by last name alphabetically. We would like an option to sort the students listed in the report by grade level. (This could be either a checkbox for all results, or a subset sorting option for certain sorting selections.

The Supplemental attendance class roster allows for a sign in and sign out page. We would like to have a sign in and sign out option for the week.

Add a button to authorize the secure transfer of enrollment records between Aeries schools in different districts
When a student is enrolled in an Aeries school and now wants to matriculate into another Aeries school (for instance, moving from a middle school to a high school in a different district), allow for a parent to authorize the secure transfer of their enrollment records and any other necessary data to the second school.
This would save the family from needing to go through re-enrollment again and having to upload the same set of documents they already provided to the first school.

For example if a parent uploads a 6 page lease, we can select all the docs and downloads them together instead of having to click on by one.

Online Enrollment - Pop-up Window for pre-enrollment
Can a pop-up window be configured to show up when pre-enrollment is open and a parent chooses to enroll or pre-enroll their child? The window would say something along the lines of "You have selected to enroll your student for the current school year. Is this correct?" and "You have selected to enroll your student for next school year. Is this correct?"

Online Enrollment Student Import List - add comments
"On the AIR Student Import List - it would be so helpful if we could add comments for the enrollment record before setting them as Incomplete. We could type what is missing and what needs to be updated and then, Set as Incomplete (with comments) should generate an email to the Registration User to include the comments and instructions on updating what is missing and then to re-submit. If a user logs into their AIR portal they should see the Incomplete Enrollment as well as the comments of what is missing.

Online Enrollment Application Status - change Completed titled to Submitted or Pending
"When an enrollment application is submitted, it is listed as a ""Completed"" enrollment in the Parent's AIR account. This should be titled ""Submitted Enrollments or Pending Enrollments""
Partial Enrollments should be re-titled to ""Incomplete"" enrollments. This way when we set them as Incomplete, they would be labeled as such.Once a record is Imported by the school site, the enrollment disappears from the AIR portal, and then under Completed Enrollments, it reads ""You have no completed enrollments""
Even though we send email confirmations, parents still log into their AIR portal and panic because it says they have No Completed Enrollments.…2 votes -
Standards Based Grades - Allow the use of a checkmark to be given as a grade
We would like to be able to use √, +, - for marks on the report card. Is there anyway to put a "√" as the actual grade in Standard Based Grades. I want the teachers to be able to use a √ in either a free entry box on the report card or make it one of their drop down choices to choose from. In the past, in our other SIS report cards, we had √, +, - as choices instead of a 1,2,3,4.
