Course attendance dates should pre populate when issuing credits
When a student is disenrolled mid semester and they've earned credits, I go to Course Attendance (Crs Attendance page) and click on each class to then click "issue credit". The start and end dates for each class are there but when you click "issue credit" it asks for the start and end dates. You have to remember them for each class as it defaults to the first day of school and today's date for the end date. Also when issuing credits, if you put NC for no credits it should default to 0 (zero) credits. It stays on the default…

Remove Student from Google Classroom Automatically When they Exit
If possible, it would be great if a student’s exit from a course also triggered their removal from the corresponding Google Classroom.

student room listing
After we rolled onto Flex Scheduling, I'm only able to pull the student room listing based on a certain date. Is it possible to pull a report of all student room schedules for every block and period, just like traditional scheduling? This would help with our health office and emergency drills.

Course Searches
- Add search of Course Long Description rather than only Short Title and State Course Code.
- Add function of pressing Enter in search bar to open Course if only one course meets the search criteria. (similar to Student search)

CONP Relation Description
It would be great if we could run CONP.RL1? and have it display the description (mother, father, etc.). This is needed and I have to find and replace in my Excel file because their is no description.

TX: Attendance Enrollment Track Field
When a district has selected to locally define Tracks for the STU.TR field, the Track field on the Attendance Enrollment page should only display locally defined track codes and descriptions and none of the fixed codes used for other reporting purposes.

Class Calendars: overlap report
Add a report to allow customers to select which Class Calendars they want to compare. The result would be "No date overlaps" or "All dates overlap" or a list of the dates (maybe five dates would be sufficient?).
If run for the current year's set of Class Calendars, also assess Custom Bell Schedules.
The point of this report would be to make it less tedious for customers to resolve Class Calendars that conflict.1 vote -

Socio Economically Disadvantaged Query
Be able to run a query for the SED with "DISADVANTAGED" extended field without having access to the FRE table. We have 30 schools that need to run various queries for grants/county/state programs and they do not have access to the FRE table but we would like them to be able to run the SED Y/N because there are several markers that make a student eligible for SED not only FRE table. Then not being able to run a query for SED because they don't have access to FRE.

Service Learning: Add more comment options
Allow a space for positive comments / feedback that students can view through their portal. Currently, service learning approvers are only able to give a comment when an entry is denied.

Add the Scheduling Master Schedule Errors report to the Scheduling Process Dashboard under F. Active Master Schedule
Since the Scheduling Master Schedule Errors report now has an option to print from the MST, by adding this report to the Dashboard, clients will know that it can be run in their active Master Schedule.

Refine New Year Rollover Logic for CCL Records
During the New Year Rollover process, only carry forward CCL records that were originally created for the upcoming school year in the prior year. Do not roll over CCL records that were created for the prior school year. This change will ensure that only relevant and future-facing data is retained, reducing clutter and preventing confusion caused by outdated records being brought into the new year.

Expand Sequence Field Capacity in CCL, FTF, FTT, and CCD Tables
To support scalability and prevent sequence overflow, please update the data type of the sequence fields in the CCL, FTF, FTT, and CCD tables from smallint to int. The current smallint type limits the number of records to 32,767, which is insufficient for long-term use. Changing these fields to int will enable the system to accommodate over 2 billion records, ensuring it can handle future growth without requiring manual intervention or risking failure.

Create option that allows students attending one school to be reported under their school of residence, maintaining accurate data for:
State reporting
GPA
Class rank
Attendance
TranscriptsAlso includes a reason field for tracking why a student is reported under a different campus.

Immunization - All Requirements Met - Dedicated Field
Please consider adding a dedicated field for the Immunization "All Requirements Met" value.
The IMM table has three fields indicating student has met requirements (IMM.RMP, IMM.RMK, IMM.RM7). However these fields can all be left blank because this value is calculated on-demand for students comparing their immunization record to the VAC table and reported on the screen no matter what these fields contain. See screenshot attached.

This information is imperative when developing behavior intervention plans, and assessing useful strategies with students. When conducting file reviews, to do these reports, it is often done using the paper *** file so this creates a huge barrier in access to information.

Increase the length of the user fields on LOC (and elsewhere)
Right now these columns have a length of 3, please up that to a length useable for storing more information, for example I want to stick attendance voicemail mailbox extensions in there, that is 4 characters.
