Request for Dual Enrollment Course Integration to the High School Transcript Reporting in Aeries
Aeries needs a feature that allows for dual enrollment courses to be built in the Master Schedule (MST) board and automatically reported on the high school transcript (HIS table) under the community college. This functionality would streamline the management and reporting of dual enrollment courses on high school transcripts. It would also save time from manually importing individual courses.

Pre Referral Warning after so many
It would be very helpful and useful if a warning box could be added to the Pre-Referral Intervention page that indicates the next Pre-Referral requires a Referral to Interventions. Allow districts to indicate how many pre-referrals are required before the warning is triggered. Notifying the teacher or staff that their pre-referrals now require a Referral to Interventions.

CALPADS Data Audit Error for TK Students
Enhance the CALPADS Data Audit report to exclude TK students from this specific error: “STU.LF = TBD Could not determine if a student is enrolled more than 90 days.”

Adult Education - Add Miscellaneous Field for Booking
At Riverside County Office of Education, we also need a miscellaneous field to add incarcerated student's booking numbers. We had this on our original custom form.

Pull ENR from another database
When Combine Student Records process is used and the IDN record is delete tagged. Pull ENR from another database is removing that delete tag to Pull ENR from another database.
Workaround: Delete tag IDN record in SQL.

Add the print option to the Exiting Student Records Request (like the New Student Records Requests) that can go in the physical file.

Allow No Show Permissions to be Separate in Security
We are having issues with schools no-showing students that have been in attendance and deleting all of their data.
I would like a way to lock out certain security groups from using the No-Show tag while still allowing other departments to use it. We have year round enrollment additions (including newcomers) that need to be no-showed. However, we also end up with year round no-shows that were wrong. I need a way to allow the right people to use No-Shows while denying permissions to others.

Go Back to Del Tagging Records When Student is No-Showed
In the past, Aeries would del tag records when students were no-showed. There was a change made so that now the records are hard deleted from the database.
My request is that the ATT records specifically go back to being del-tagged.
We are having to go through our backups to try and recover records, but it is not always cut and dry. Plus, we usually end up going through the LOG to try and parse out changes to be re-entered into the student records. It has been made extremely cumbersome by the change to hard delete the records.1 vote -
CALPADS CTE Course Section Provider Code (MST.TEP)
Per CALPADS Flash #287, field 9.27 - CTE Course Section Provider Code on the Course Section (CRSC) file is no longer being used and has become a “filler” field. Update the logic to exclude data from extracting when field MST.TEP is populated. Remove the green state reporting highlight.

Enrollment Audit Listing Report to honor STU.SP
Enrollment Audit Listing Report should honor STU.SP. We are a large district with Hundreds of concurrent enrollment and my Enrollment Audit Listing Report is not a true reflection of overlapping enrollment. It would also be useful to have a School Group option similar to the Student Data Audit.

Substitute Teachers - Access to Primary Teachers' Attendance Records to Avoid Recreating Rosters
Can you give access to the primary teachers Attendance by photo and attendance by photo old for substitutes? Currently a substitute teacher needs to create their own Attendance By Photo - old roster. Makes it hard for a sub to recreate 6 periods for students they do not even know.

Parent/guardian preferred method of contact
Under each contact, they should have a preferred method of contact as a priority list ie 1) Text 2) Phone 3) Email. This would save so much time and headache!

learning Genie
Integrate the attendance tables between Learning Genie and Aeries. Currently, student demographics and primary teachers are integrated via SFTP nightly sync. Without the attendance integration, teachers report attendance twice a day—once in Aeries and again in Learning Genie. Learning Genie reports that they are open to exploring an attendance integration option.

Add a new field to display the initial (original) date to display on every record.

Excuse Assignments imported from Google Classroom
As of 12/23, teachers are able to excuse students from Assignments in Google Classroom, however when the scores are imported to Aeries, those assignments aren't marked as NA.
Please convert excused assignments in Google Classroom to NA in Aeries Gradebook so that teachers don't have to do this manually.

Home Reporting School to be honored when using District Attendance Letters
We have a Jr High and HS as one school. What distinguishes them is student data 2 - Reporting Home School. When sending out attendance letters at district level, the Home reporting school is not honored which creates duplicate attendance letters.

Dark Mode highlighting and searching
When doing sibiling lookup in standard mode, the data that matches the current selected student in highlighted in green. This is not offered in Dark Mode.
Also, when doing a reverse lookup in Dark Mode, the text colors of the reverse lookup bubble are too light and you can not read it. Can the text inside the bubble be dark so that we can read the bubble?
