Add-On Graduation Requirements: allow same Course to count up to Max Credit
Add-On Graduation Requirements currently only allow a Course to count towards the requirement once. In Calfornia, allow a Course's credit to count towards the add-on grad requirement up to the Max Credit for the Course.

School Based Attendance Letters: create option so "Print All Parts for this ID" is chosen
From Spring AeriesCon 2024: provide an option to make "Print All Parts for this ID" be the only choice when printing school-based attendance letters. (Instead of allowing the users to choose all or part 1, 2, 3 from the dropdown.) The choice is confusing to their school staff, who are choosing 1, then 2, then 3.

Transcript Update
Transcript to show A-G graduation track option next to graduation summary as an option on the transcript. We would prefer on the left side instead of the picture.

Attendance code "blocking"
Is there a way to prevent Independent Study codes from being entered on other programs and regular program codes from being entered on Independent study program? Many times the attendance clerks forget to dis-enroll from regular program and enroll in IS and place the IS codes on regular program. If the system wouldn't allow IS codes to be used outside of the IS program it would prevent errors.

Feature to Disable Long Running Process Notification Emails
Some of the emails that users receive tend to clutter their inbox. It would be great to have a feature where you can disable or customize those emails for some of our long running processes.

Student Tardy Slip
It would be nice if there were a button for tardy slips much like the Readmit Slip. It could print the student name, date and time and print 2 copies; one for the office and one for the student.

Allow at the Site levels to exclude specific student from SARB/Attendance Letter Log similar to District Attendance.

504 Plan Meeting - Enhance to allow multiple meeting dates rather than adding a new plan
Also, in the 504 table, there should be a way to add a new "meeting" date to the existing 504 plan. The plan is the same plan and should be kept open until it is closed for a new plan. For annual meetings, there should be a tab to keep track of the annual meetings on the same plan, instead of adding a new plan every year.

Standards Based Grade Progress Dashboard Display
Add an option or separate security permission for Districts to enable/disable the display of the Standards Based Progress Dashboard to Portal Groups. Currently it displays to anyone with permission to the GBS table.

Add a 'Create a Copy' action to top of 504 page
The 'Create a Copy' action needs to be more obvious on the 504 page and not hidden under 'More actions' in the lower right corner. Staff would be more likely to copy a current 504 plan rather than overwriting existing plan dates.

Allow for an assignment due date to be different for an individual student
Allow for an assignment to be designated with a different assignment due date for individual students.

allow teachers SBG entry for inactive students that were enrolled during the term
We have students who leave our district throughout the school year. Sometimes, the students leave a few days before the term ends. We would like to have grades entered so the students can take them to the next school. However, once the student is marked inactive, the student will disappear from the view of teachers. This requires that the grades be filled out by someone with admin/user access.
We would like the teachers to be able to see students who were enrolled in their class during the marking period term dates. (Maybe an asterisk to indicate the student is currently…
