    We have school office staff who we'd like to be able to query the LOG table, but only ADMIN users can access it. Please move LOG to a separate security access level.

  4. Adjust the Student Counts Reports for new SocioEcon Disadvantaged Status based on Contacts page Parent Ed Level (CON.ELV)

    Adjust the Student Counts (Census Day) Reports to align with the new CALPADS guidelines for calculating Socioeconomically Disadvantaged Status. This calculation should now be based on the Parent Education Level (CON.ELV) from the Contacts page, instead of using the Parent Education Level (STU.PED) from the Student Demographics.

  7. Red Flag Eligibility Screen

    When we put a student on Academic Probation it makes them ineligible for any extracurricular activities, including sports. It would be really beneficial to know a student is on academic probation and ineligible with a reg flag instead of having to know which students are on probation by running a query.

    Gain and Loss Report Duplicates - Currently some students may display duplicates on this report due to sections being counted on dates before they are active and causing double entries on dates when only one section should be active.

    We have planned solution to address this. However, due to other pressing priorities, we are unable to provide an ETA at this time. As soon as we are able to get it scheduled, we will update the status so that everyone knows that development has started. Thank you for your understanding.

  9. Immunization Dates

    When a user attempts to change dates on the immunization form that are out of order, the dates are rearranged chronologically upon saving for IMM records where changes were not made. The data should be saved exactly as entered by the customer.

    When the school type is Flex-Daily & Primary Class Tracking is enabled. Not all student names appear on the report, but the gain/loss totals are accurate.
    Workaround: Remove future dates and from section staff members.

    I have received many requests from teachers to auto populate interventions entered in discipline to auto populate into pre-referral intervention. Currently our teachers are doing double documentation entering in discipline and also pre-referral.

  14. Parent Portal > Data Confirmation > Homeless Liaison

    Having the ability to add multiple contacts is great, since each school has their own liaison. However, separating the names, phone numbers, emails with a comma presents a confusing view (see attached).

    Suggestions:
    Multiple fields for multiple liaisons
    Liaison not a root level field (configurable at each school)
    Or at least a text field to configure a comprehensive view

  15. Optimize Page Load Performance on Counseling Page for Students with Many Records

    The Counseling page (Counseling.aspx) experiences performance issues when a student has a large number of counseling records or when the records contain long comments. The page loads slowly when initially accessed, and there are delays when trying to add, save, or delete records.

  16. Need more Analytics levels/categories

    Analytics needs more than 5 levels or categories. For example, when trying to create a dashboard for grade levels I have to group the grades so it's all included but then the data becomes irrelevant because I need it by grade and not grade group.

    Another example is Race/Ethnicity. There are not enough levels to list every race separately. I know there is the Race/Ethnicity dashboard under LCAP but I am trying to make things easier for our staff by having one dashboard (Enrollment and Subgroup) they can navigate to since so many already find analytics not user-friendly.

  17. Dental - Changing Typed Fields to Drop Boxes

    Under Dental (and other areas as well), an option to change the typed field (Follow Up for example) to a dropdown box with certain selections such as "Parent Notified", "Scheduled" or "Received Care". It keeps it clean and helps for state reporting so we can run accurate queries without having to filter through words used.

    We'd like to be able to define required fields on the Visitation table to make sure we're capturing necessary data. Really, this should be available for all tables.

    Recalculate the value in ARP.TD (Attendance Reporting Periods - Total Days) when changes are made to the calendar that change the number of instructional days.
