Change Log Tab
Instead of having to query the log table, have a Change Log tab for every single student record. All changes will be automatically logged in this tab. Users can easily see for themselves what changes have been made to student's records.

It would be very helpful if it were possible to add fields in every form that lists who entered the data and on what date.
