Add Version Control / Release Wave Selection
Add a versioning option for customers to control when they move to the latest release, either as an explicit version selection or as a release cycle preference (eg, Stable - Updates infrequently/semi-annually and always to a well-tested version, Latest - the most current version as of current date, Preview - beta/test version that is soon to be released, available for sandbox to test upcoming features).

Limit gpa calculation and rank to one configuration on transcript
We recently adopted a new gpa calculaton for our students who started their freshman year in 2024-2025. Transcipts for those students are showing the new and old gpa calculation on the transcipt page, but the rank that prints on the transcript is the rank from the previous gpa configuration and not the new one.

Delete/Drop Multiple ATA records
Allow for multiple students to be selected and dropped from ATA instead of individually having to use the edit button to manually delete a student from ATA. Especially for the ELOP program, students may not need to be moved to new session, they just need to be dropped completely, and the current options don't allow for deletion.
Once they are selected for delete/drop, a warning pop up could appear, also noting that students with ATD can't be dropped.

Print Barcode for Student IDs on Transcripts
As part of our Senior check out process, we supply a transcript to them. They then have to visit multiple locations to turn in books or pay for fees. Most of the Seniors will lose or forget their student ID so the option to print a bardcode for their student ID on the transcript would help this process.

Allow for Transcript Term GPA to be printed without recomputing the GPA for the student
We would like the system to honor the district-level setting that prevents GPA recalculation, ensuring that transcript reports accurately reflect the stored weighted term GPA without triggering a recalculation of the student’s GPA. Maintaining the integrity of the originally calculated GPA is critical for accurate academic reporting, as these values are often used for official transcripts, class rankings, eligibility determinations, and communication with staff, students, and parents.

Scheduling Reverse Verification Listing report: add a grade level dropdown
Add a grade level dropdown to report options so the report can be printed for specific grade levels (or next year's grade levels if scheduling for next year).

Allow Registrar Signature on Transcripts
Add an option to select which signature should appear on the official Transcript would be a beneficial bonus. Currently only the principal's signature is available but the registrar is typically who signs all transcripts. This was brought up at AERIES CON and quite a few people were in agreement

Add Students with Incomplete Class Schedules (Flex) report to D.9. on the Scheduling Process Dashboard in Flex schools
On the Scheduling Process Dashboard, D.9. makes it look like the report doesn't work in Flex schools, but the report is available on the Reports tab.

Gate Identifying District
The Identifying District field on the GATE page doesn't display the district/school name when the school/district is selected. It only shows the CDS code.
Please update so the Identifying District displays the school or district name.

Make "None" the First Choice on the Insurance Carrier Dropdown Menu
When choosing to Require Insurance Info during PDC, parents have the option to choose "None" if they do not have insurance. Currently, the "None" option is listed alphabetically, halfway down the list. Can we have the "None" option populate as the first option on the Insurance Carrier Dropdown menu? This will remove the need to instruct parents to search for "None" alphabetically. It is not intuitive to search for "None" in the middle of the listed Insurance Carriers.

TX Senior Preliminary Class Rank Listing Report– Show Full GPA When Value is 100 or Above
When printing the Senior Preliminary Class Rank Listing report, any student with a GPA of 100 or greater has their decimal digits cut off — for example, a GPA of 100.1234 prints as simply "100." This makes the report inaccurate for schools using weighted or alternative GPA scales where values can reach or exceed 100. Please display the full decimal values on this report.

CA Ed-Fi: Include Student Cumulative GPA Data in the StudentAcademicRecord Sync
The Cumulative GPA data element is not currently included in the StudentAcademicRecord Ed-Fi entity. Please add this element to the entity so we can use this for reporting and creating dashboards.

Improve Error Messaging for Data Entry Issues
The current error page does not provide enough detail to help end users resolve common data entry mistakes (e.g., missing required fields in custom tables). As a result, users cannot easily identify or fix the issue.
Request:
Short term: Display the actual error message on the error page to guide users in correcting the issue.

Mark Contacts Confidential From Other Contacts
We need the ability to mark specific contacts as confidential and hide their contact information (name, phone, email, address) from other Parent Portal users, including biological parents who retain educational rights. This is critical for students in foster care, where a parent may legally access grades and attendance but is not permitted to know the foster placement details. Currently, entering foster parent contact information exposes it to the educational rights holder, preventing us from creating appropriate portal access for foster parents and ParentSquare. Skip blank report cards (SBG)
When printing SBG Report Cards, we'd like to have a check box or something so that any student that has no marks on their SBG report card, doesn't get printed. We send these out via ParentSquare but always have to go through the PDF and remove any student with a blank report card (maybe they're new, etc.) before sending.

Assertive Discipline Referrer
On the Assertive Discipline form, have the Referrer field auto-populate with the current user's Staff ID like the Discipline form does. Our staff expect this behavior to be consistent between the two pages.

Support New 2024–2025 AP Course Pathways in CCI Student Summary
For the 2024–2025 California School Dashboard, CDE introduced new AP pathways for the College/Career Indicator (CCI), including AP course‑based and combined course/exam options. The CCI Student Summary currently evaluates AP readiness using AP exam results only. This request is to support the updated AP pathways so student CCI status is accurately reflected.

Ability to move Navigation Menu to Right side of screen
As the title says, a small, but nice update would be to able to choose to have the Menu on the Right side or Left side of the screen.
