Enhanced Report Writing Tool
AeriesCon feedback - An enhanced report writing tool is needed so more robust custom reports can be added to Aeries.
A report feature is needed that allows reports to be built in the same style of the current Aeries reports. Existing reports fall short at times of what users really need. Query isn't smart enough and it isn't pretty, and Analytics comes at an additional cost.

Archive accounts for inactive students
Due to licensing issues surrounding the Archive vs Suspend options in Google Workspace, we need an option to archive accounts for inactive students similar to the existing "Suspend accounts for inactive students" under the Google Apps Integration section

Aeries AI
If there could be a search bar where you enter the report that you need and Aeries runs the report instead of trying to guess what codes to enter in the query section.

Provide a demo database or queries to establish one so that staff can create training materials
As Aeries has removed the demo instance with randomized data, districts require a method to create bespoke training materials on their own, such as covering specific processes and methods of using and interacting with Aeries within the district. Such training materials must not include FERPA protected information, thus the requirement for a "demo" or "training" sandbox with non-student data, eg the Screaming Eagle schools in the now removed demo instance of Aeries.
How this relates directly to Aeries as a product: District personnel must be trained in the effective use of Aeries, available documentation does not and cannot cover all…

CALPADS CRSE: Dual College Credit Course Extraction Logic for Fall 2 Reporting
Enhance CALPADS CRSE reporting logic for Fall 2 submissions to correctly handle Dual College Credit courses:
- For courses where Course Level = 24, if the -
College State Course Code (CRS.CC3) field is populated with a valid college state course code, extract from CRS.CC3 field and extract the course as a Dual Credit course in the CRSE file.
- For courses where Course Level = 24, if CRS.CC3 is null or not populated with a valid college state course code, use the State Course Code (CRS.C3) and extract the course as a Dual Credit Course in the CRSE file.14 votes -
Ed-Fi Include Staff State ID STF.SID as StaffUniqueID
Please include the teachers SEID (State ID) in the Staff entity as the StaffUniqueID. The Aeries Staff ID is exported as the main staff ID for Ed-fi. This ID doesn't match up with the staff ID in any of our other systems, such as our HR system, but the SEID is consistent across all systems. It would also be helpful for county implementations to be able to track staff movement across all the districts.

Include Students with Family Key = 0 in Sibling Lookup Tool
The Sibling Lookup Tool currently excludes students whose Family Key (STU.FK) is set to 0. As a result, users may miss potential sibling matches simply because these students are not returned in the search results.
Including all students, even those with a Family Key of zero, would allow users to:
- Identify missing or incorrect Family Keys and correct them, and
- Match students to their appropriate siblings at the same time. This idea would improve data accuracy and reduce the need for separate cleanup processes.

Print Scheduling Results Letter Report Options
We would love to use the scheduling reports letter to send to our parents and students using the secure documents option in Parent Square. However, STU.ID needs to be added to the form letter so the function can be utilized. It would be great to have the option to add the id number to the form so Parent Square can scan and distribute the PDF en mass.

CALPADS SENR - Allow Short Term enrollment records to extract with completion status codes
The SENR extract fails to include the Completion Status Code even though it is populated in Aeries. This causes an error in CALPADS: SENR0029 – Missing Completion Status. Adjust the CALPADS SENR logic to include completion status codes from STU.HSG, Graduation Exemption Indicator STU.GEX and Date Graduated STU.DG when the student's enrollment status is 30-Short Term and the fields are populated.

Online Enrollment - TX Home Language Survey - Allow multiple language selections per question
Based on the June 2025 version of the TEA Home Language Survey, please update the first 3 language fields so that the parent can select multiple languages per question. On the import side, allow the staff members to narrow down the multiple languages submitted by the parent to a single language to be imported. Additionally, update the Language Information preview to display all of the questions, and ensure that the Home Language Survey report in Aeries is updated to reflect June 2025.

CAPSDAC Staff Extract: Adjust ClassroomAssignments field for Classroom Aides to use the primary teacher's Classroom Assignment number.
When aides are included on the Master Schedule, the CAPSDAC Staff Extract assigns them to unique classroom codes that do not exist in the Classroom Extract. This causes validation errors during CAPSDAC submissions. Aides should inherit the same classroom assignment as their associated teacher from the Master Schedule to ensure consistency across extracts and prevent manual corrections.

Define Grade Student Grade Level override option
When multiple Aeries schools share a CDS code, (for example a K-8 school split to have grades K-5 and 6-8 separated into different Aeries schools) I want to have an override option on the Define Grade Student Grade Level screen that enables an admin to edit which "Allow Grade" checkboxes are selected. To avoid upload errors to Ed-Fi, the Hi/Lo grades need to be the same for all "Aeries schools" that share a CDS code. This then makes it easier for schools to incorrectly enroll a 6-8th grade student into the elementary portion of a K-8 school. So, I would…

Student Indicator Details - Retitle Qualifying Value to Indicator Value
The indicator details just shows the qualifying values for things like attendance percentages. The qualifying value is confusing to many. They want to see what the student's current value is. Even if they are in the same range, it will show if progress is getting better or worse.
NOTE from Aeries: The Qualifying Value is already the students indicator value at the time Analytics was run. We are planning on updating the title on the page along with updating our documentation to provide more clarity.

Uploaded Documents by Parents
Many time the parents are uploading documents that aren't labeled. Is it possible for Aeries to assign a title to the document provided based on the field it is uploading it to? This would save so much time.

Requesting Date Fields in HIS for Hand Entered Courses on the Transcript
For state reporting, districts are required to report all high school credit courses completed during the current school year in the PEIMS Summer submission. When students complete high school credit courses outside of the regular school day schedule or virtually/online, the completed course information is manually entered to the transcript - there is no course section in the master schedule associated to the completed course. This in turn causes an issue for state reporting as there is no means to indicate the Begin Date indicating when the student began the course, only a Date Completed is available to indicate when…

Option to Configure Immunization Logic for Students 18+
Provide a District Settings option that allows districts to determine how immunization compliance is applied for students aged 18 and older. This would give districts flexibility to align with local policies and practices without requiring additional exemptions or manual workarounds.
