A built in report in Aeries that scans the SIS for possible fatals per submission. Or similar reports to match TSDS reports like the Disaggregation report, CTE Reports, Leavers, ETC...

Parent Portal - Change Language While Logged In
Allow students/parents to switch languages after they logged in. Currenly language changes are limited to the login page before they log in, but the option to change languages is not available in account settings while student or parent is active in session with their account.

Standards Based Grades Report Card Title to print "Report to Parents/Guardians" to be more inclusive
Under the School District Name, please change the report title to: REPORT TO PARENTS/GUARDIANS - SECOND GRADE. Currently, it only includes REPORT TO PARENTS - SECOND GRADE for example.

Missing Mark Listing report: unless "Ignore Records Marked as Complete" is checked, missing (and Required) Cit, W/H, Comments don't print
On Portal Options' Grades tab, I selected Require Comments, Work Habits, and Citizenship.
On the Missing Mark Listing report, missing Comments, Work Habits, and Citizenship don't print unless I have "Ignore Records Marked As Complete" selected.

Don't Duplicate Marks When Plus and Minus Marks are Defined in Standards Based Mark Values
The Gradebook Final Marks, and Standards Based Grades Load Grades from Gradebook (step 3 or 4) display duplicate + and - marks when:
+ and - marks are specifically defined in the Standards Based Mark Values, and
the Standards Based Options to "Allow plus-minus for mark type ..." are not selected.4 votes -

For Online Enrollment when using the option Has your student attended school in CA before they would like to see what option the parent/guardian selected on the Confirmation Page. Currently, the answer they selected does not show on the Confirmation page, unless they select No and then only the Lagunage information they select shows not if they select Yes or No.

Create an all-inclusive report for withdrawing students
Add a report that combines multiple report data so that it can be placed in cum for students leaving a district. This report would include: Demographic Data, Medical Profile, Scheduling, Attendance and Programs.

CDE requires we break down the seals earned by our students by language qualified in. It would be really helpful if column 3(demonstrating proficiency) of the SSB report would indicate the language courses/test to qualify the student.9 votes -

Allow itinerant teachers to be primary on their sections
For Flex Scheduling schools, we report itinerant teachers by creating a class for them, tagging it as itinerant, and making sure that the teacher is NOT set as primary on the class. This causes various issues with syncing to third-party systems, pulling data in Query, and means that the class shows up as unassigned in reports and the Flex MST board. I can't think of a good reason why they can't be set as primary (maybe it's a carryover from the pre-flex world?) so please remove this restriction.

CON.NP COD Descriptions
Contacts page - Display the CON.NP = 0 Code Description from the COD table. A previous modification added the ability to display the hard-coded CON.NP = 0 description of "Do Not Contact" but the COD description should also be able to be displayed for districts changing the default wording.

Participation Option on PFT Dropdown Status
This is the third year that the CDE is requiring Participation Only. I spoke on the phone with a CDE PFT representative and she said to reach out to our SiS vendors to ask that a drop-down option be added that is "Participated" or "Not Participated. Currently in all our status is Undetermined or Not Tested because the PFT since 2021 administration year is no longer a Pass-Not Pass test. It would be great to add the two additional options under Test Status and each of the five required components.

Student Groups: Add Student(s) using Search by Class at elem w/MST
When manually adding students to a Student Group at an elementary with an MST (sc 996 Eagle Flight in demo), the Search by Class radio button is not available. Can this be added for every school that has an MST?
