Force students to change password on Google Apps
We would like to have the ability to force students to change their password for Google apps by grade and at any time, not just on their first login.

Remove Configure Lunch Balance Notifications Page
Requesting removal of LunchBalanceNotification.aspx page from the Aeries Navigation Tree and the associated Scheduled Process (LunchBalanceNotification) which were configured for Signal Kit and are no longer used.

Online Enrollment - Be able to choose from two schools
we would like parents to be able to choose either of those two schools when doing online registration, when they fall between those two school's address boundary. Is that even possible? I noticed when setting up the Street table, you only have a place for one school.

Add User ID + User Name to CPE & CPO Tables
The Career Pathway Experience (CPE) and Career Pathway Outcomes (CPO) tables are essential to work based learning reporting. The addition of user ID and user name to both CPE & CPO tables would help better track which teachers are imputing WBL data.
These fields already exist in the Internship (ISP) table (ISP.IUI & ISP.IUN) and are extremally helpful for WBL data analytics.

"Print Avery 5160 Labels" report - Add sort by grade option
I would like an option to sort by Grade Level on the "Print Avery 5160 Labels" report.
Our schools are currently querying to limit by a grade level and then running the report for each grade level with a student name sort. It would be much easier if they could choose to sort by grade level and have them all print out alphabetically within their respective grades.

Inconsistent rounding for Positive Attendance
Inconsistent rounding between the Hourly Attendance Report and the Continuation Monthly/Summary Report. Creating mathematical inconsistency in both Reports.

Supplemental Attendance Report (CCLC/ASES and ASSETs) report - convert data to hours
As the state now requires CCLC/Assets data to be reported in hours, we would like to request that the Supplemental Attendance Report (CCLC/ASES and ASSETs) report calculate data in hours. Currently this report calculates by day.

Display Past Primary Teacher in GRD - Flex Scheduling
In flex scheduling when adding a new primary teacher in section staff, in GRD the past primary teacher no longer displays as the teacher who issued the grades in GRD. Past primary teachers should display for the grading marks the teacher entered.

Gradebook Assignment Number
Gradebook - If an assignment number is 32768 or greater the assignment is unable to be deleted.

Once a student is exited from Aeries, the students and the parent portal accounts will automatically be disabled.

Secondary Stu Data - Update Descriptions for SSD.SUS
Please update code table descriptions for SSD.SUS (US Schl < 3 yrs). Ideally they would be changed to something similar to below.
Y = Attended US school Less than 3 years
N= Attended US school More than 3 years
Otherwise please update the field label to be more easily understood. We have a lot of staff that have difficulty understanding the < character.4 votes -

Transcript Definition TTP - Add CER table
We believe that displaying College Entrance Requirements on transcripts will help raise student awareness of their progress toward eligibility for UC/CSU schools, which will help them stay on track.

Attendance - Add Print "Date Range Ability" on Student Attendance Page
It would be really helpful to be able to print the "attendance days for a specific date range" from the Student Attendance Page - Quick Print instead of getting all of the days. That way, it is easier to communicate the days you want to focus on rather than have the extra pages.

College Entrance Req's - Extend the "Course Completer Override" field to allow overriding UC/CSU a-g status to "N"
The College Entrance Req's page has a "Course Completer Override" dropdown that allows us to override Aeries if it calculates that a student isn't UC/CSU a-g eligible but we know they are. That field has the values "Y" (override and make the student eligible) and blank (use the Aeries calculation).
Extend the field to allow the value "N", for cases where Aeries thinks the student is UC/CSU a-g eligible but we determine that they are not.

SDEM is pulling staff where TG = 'I' AND who have leave dates prior to CBEDS Day.

Test Scores - Grade level on test score entry has a decimal and does not represent the grade level correctly
When importing or manually entering the grade level for a test score the grade is shown with a decimal. e.g. 10 is entered for 10th grade and once saved the number changes to 1.0
