At Rollover, add an option to set ENR end date and set E155 for all open enrollments in ENR
Our users are constantly confused by the open ENR leave dates and exit codes for prior years. Give an option at Rollover to set the LD and Exit Reason to "track" end date and E155 for all open enrollments.

Course History institutions (CHI) - Add a method to "move" CHI referenced records to new CHI number
Course History institutions (CHI) is a "mess" in our installation, as historically users entered data with misspellings or not checking to see if it was already there. It's tedious and "dangerous" to consolidate and realign these CHI records and the referenced records. Please provide a way to combine and/or move referenced records to a new CHI number?

School of Choice Requests - Current Grade Level
Student's current grade level does not show on the School of Choice Request page. Please enhance School of Choice requests to include a student's current grade level.

Currently, there is not a way to delete a School of Choice request. Please enhance Aeries to include a delete button.

We would like for the Comments field on the School of Choice request form to show on the School of Choice Management page for ease of access.

School of Choice Management Details
School of Choice Management, when clicking on Details, if you're not logged into the School the student is currently enrolled in you get a redirect error This is an issue because Current School is not populated until a decision email is sent. Provide a better navigation for user.

Graduation Status - Graduation Track is not green highlighted for state reporting in Texas
Graduation Track (STU.GRT) is not state reporting green highlighted on the Graduation Status page, but is green highlighted on the Transcripts page. I think they should both be green, for FHSP-PARTICIPANT-CODE.

School of Choice - Residence School (SCR.HS)
Currently the Residence School (SCR.HS) field codes pull from the School of Choice #1 (SCR.SC1) field codes. Districts need to be able to list all residence schools as choices, but have them not all be available as schools of choice. With the current code design for SCR.HS to pull from SCR.SC1, this is not possible. Please consider making SCR.HS pull from its own code value.

Endorsements/Add-On Grad Req widget: if student is Not on Track, display the Details popup anyways
On the Profile and Grad Status pages, the Endorsements page contains widget elements for each Endorsement. If a student is On Track, the widget displays their credits vs. credits needed for the endorsements. When the credits radio is clicked, a popup displays helpful course credit details. When the student is Not on Track, even if they have some credits toward the Endorsements, they don't see the credits radio or the popup. Without the popup showing the details, customers often click Override, instead of investigating why the student is Not on Track.

Personal Graduation Plan: add as report for Texas districts
Add a Personal Graduation Plan report for Texas students. Potentially the content would come from a filled-in four year Academic Plan that fulfills the student's graduation requirements, but state requirements should be evaluated to make sure it is as complete as is possible. An example is attached, but I did not evaluate it against the requirements.

Academic Plan - Option to remove Summer
When students are entering into their academic plan, it would be nice to disable the summer column. Only a specific set of courses are offered in the summer and we only allow make up of credit deficient work, so we do not want students to add summer as a plan on their own. It is great as an option for counselors to fill in on the back end and to see what courses were taken in the summer.

Class Summary Gradebook format change when zoomed in 200%
Small thing, when teachers with poor eye sight zoom in on their browser (tested with chrome) 200% (yes they zoomed this much) the formatting adds a teacher field that says "Null". Can this be removed or add the teacher name?

Medical - The ability to add pictures to the medical section
Be able to upload photos under the Medical section. The reasoning behind the need would be for the Safety aand Securtiy of the Health Technicians and students; Potential and future litigations.

Allow data overwriting in Import Data to Aeries
On the Import Data to Aeries page, allow attendance data to be overwritten by the imported attendance data in flex scheduling. Currently, if we mass upload tardy data into Aeries, it creates a duplicate section instead of overwriting the attendance code already entered.

Requesting removal of LunchBalanceNotification.aspx page from the Aeries Navigation Tree and the associated Scheduled Process (LunchBalanceNotification) which were configured for Signal Kit and are no longer used.

Online Enrollment - Be able to choose from two schools
we would like parents to be able to choose either of those two schools when doing online registration, when they fall between those two school's address boundary. Is that even possible? I noticed when setting up the Street table, you only have a place for one school.

Add User ID + User Name to CPE & CPO Tables
The Career Pathway Experience (CPE) and Career Pathway Outcomes (CPO) tables are essential to work based learning reporting. The addition of user ID and user name to both CPE & CPO tables would help better track which teachers are imputing WBL data.
These fields already exist in the Internship (ISP) table (ISP.IUI & ISP.IUN) and are extremally helpful for WBL data analytics.
