CALPADS Extracts - Skip Special Program Code 135 Migrant in the SPRG extract
CALPADS will no longer accept Special Program code 135 Migrant in the SPRG extract file beginning in 2025-26 school year. Skip this program code when the SPRG is generated beginning academic year 2025-2026.

Hello, this work item has been completed and was released on 8/12/25. Here are the relevant revision notes:
- School Info > Imports and Exports > CALPADS Extracts: To align with changes mandated by the CDE, the SPRG extract has been updated to not extract the Migrant Ed program code (135) starting in the 2025-2026 school year. See CALPADS Cross Reference by Aeries Page. or Cross Reference by Extract.

Could Aeries skip program 135 in the SPRG extract as Migrant Ed and CALPADS will work directly with each other for the 25-26 SY?
If CALPADS creates an ODS extract of 135 or we get a list from Migrant Ed we still want to indicate those students in Aeries but would not want them extracted- will there be an option similar to Direct Cert if we get the a CALPADS extract?
