  1. We would like a report option to print transcripts with the students immunization record on the reverse side of the page.

    We would like the option to print transcripts with the immunization record on the reverse side of the page. This would help with student records retention. The transcript and immunization record are permanent records, required to be kept indefinitely. Many schools are running out of space to store these records. If the two could be combined front to back it would save on storage space.

    Aeries allows for immunizations to be included on the transcript.  This can be set up on the Transcript Definition > Things to Print tab. If you are using the 3-column transcript there are some limitations to how much can be printed in the the Things to Print area, you may want to look into using the Enhanced 1-column transcript.

  2. Physical Fitness Test Analysis Report by Student Participation by Category. There needs to be an options to exclude certain inactive tags.

    Print Physical Fitness Test Analysis Report by Student Participation by Category. When Include Inactive students is selected, the school counts are including pre-enrolled records. There needs to be an options to exclude certain inactive tags.

  3. Scheduling Exclusions: add (optional) "For this specific Course or Courses" to student exclusion

    For Scheduling Exclusions by student, if a student exclusion could be limited to particular Courses, that might actually make scheduling easier. The example provided was for a PE Course. PE would prefer an exclusion, but other courses might not need the exclusion to be honored.

  4. Course Requests Entry on Student/Parent Portal: add options to modify/limit entries

    When Course Requests are collected on paper, instructions are provided to the students/parents. These instructions can be more restrictive and granular than what the Student/Parent Portal currently allows for. For example, it would be nice if an "Entry Options" was provided so that the school could set a max number of Primary Requests per individual Subject Area/Department Code. Or if the Course Requests Entry could allow different restrictions on Course Requests based on different Grade Levels and/or other student characteristics. And if specific Subject Areas/Course Requests or all could be available/not available for the Portal Groups to edit (some Course…

  7. Enrollment History Displaying Teacher Name with Flex Scheduling

    Now that we are using Flex scheduling district-wide, teachers names are not appearing in Enrollment History. The office staff and teachers find that information in Enrollment History extremely useful. I understand you can see who the teacher is in Course Attendance but it's only for the current year. The sites need historical data including teacher names from past years.
    Please find a way to add the teacher's name back to Enrollment History when working with Flex Scheduling. Thank you.

  8. Transcript Report for all students

    Please allow an option for the report to be run for all student grade levels sorted alphabetically by grade level by counselor.
    If a counselor has multiple grade levels, the report currently prints alphabetically by student and grade levels need to be hand sorted. It would be nice if the report could be run 1 time instead of individual grade levels sorted by counselor.

  9. Red Flag Date incorrect

    On occasion when reenrolling a student the Red Flags will show the date of enrollment with the User name - appearing like a new note.
    This can be confusing because the original user may no longer work at the site. A best practice is to review all Red Flags at enrollment.

    Allow teachers the ability to add a student's wellbeing status
    The students' Wellbeing Status can be viewed on the Teacher Attendance page, but they cannot enter information. It would be great if teachers could enter this information as part of the attendance process so parents and staff could visually monitor their student's progress throughout the day.

  13. SPED Students Class Percentage Report

    This is coming from the need to report master schedule sections that have 100% students with an Instructional Strategy of 700 for CALPADS(Fall 2) reporting. The report could run similarly to the existing report titled "English Learner Class Percentage Report" only reporting percentage of SPED students in each section instead of EL students.

  17. Online Enrollment - Make a radio button for Current Year and Pre-Enroll Next Year

    The drop down seems to confuse many parents and they select the wrong year. Many parents report they do not see the drop down. We have red bold instructions for them to select the correct year. A radio button would be great and if we could customize wording under each radio button so that parents can easily identify which year to select.

  19. Default Online Enrollment Surveys to "NO" for Military Survey, Residency Survey, and Foster Survey

    Allow a default answer of "No" for Military Survey, Residency Survey and Homeless survey so parents who do qualify would need to actively change the answer. Hopefully this will eliminate parents who click "Yes" erroneously.

    Defaulting to "No" could also result in erroneous records.  The current process of forcing the parents to select a "Yes" or a "No" is the best way to ensure the parent is providing the information.
