Independent Study Agreements - Upload Work Product
We would like to request the ability to upload work products in the Independent Studies Agreement table, which can be linked back to the Student Documents table, similar to how documents can be added to the 504 and Intervention tables.

Force Red Flags as Pop-Up Message
Add option to force a pop-up that shows custom red flag information that is applied to a student demographics page or student contacts page or student's medical page. Pop-up should function similarly to session expiration message, pausing all page functions until pop-up is acknowledged or closed. Pop-up should display red flag information data, such as parent/contact restraining orders, medical or food allergy warnings, or other critical messages that could otherwise be ignored. Mass Copy Gradebooks without existing assignments
A gradebook shouldn't have to have an assignment in order for it to be copied in the Mass Copy Gradebooks feature.

Copy From Summer School
HI Team,
Please create a LOG entry when someone runs "Copy From Summer School". There's no way for me to track who ran this process when creating duplicates in HIS table.
Any ADD to Transcripts should also be captured in LOG.

Select ID type on Mass Add Data Student Search box
On the Mass Update Student Related Data page, there is an option to paste a list of student numbers or student ID numbers into the Student Search, but returns matches to either of those fields. This can cause more students than intended to be loaded because some of the students ID numbers match other students' "Student Numbers." Please add an option to select which field should be searched, either ID OR SN

Make STU.GC not available in Update Code table since it does not work.
Request to have Aeries put in a warning message maybe in the Update Code Table screen for GC or to make it so that we cannot add GC to the Update Code Table (not having it as an option), since adding GC codes in the Update Code table does not make the STU.GC a drop down.

The ability to create a counselor subgroup in Aeries Analytics
We are moving to using Aeries Analytics dashboards for our entire school district to be able to identify how to best aim our resources. Our counselors, by necessity have access to the entire school they work at, but they also have a caseload of students specific to them. We need them to be able to run analytics based on their caseload, but currently we cannot find a way to use the counseling field to create a dynamic group that would do this. Ability to set "Before" and "After" times for Secondary ADA in order to create a window for attendance taking
We need the ability to set a window for our afternoon Elementary school teachers to take attendance just like the morning teachers do. In Portal Options, there is a setting to enter how many minutes "before" and how many minutes "after" the Primary ADA time to limit attendance taking but there is no way to do the same for the Secondary ADA time.

Staff names with the same characters
Staff names with the same characters have 2nd letter of the first name added to the staff/user ie; Marco Heart and Melissa Heart would be mheart, but when the second mheart becomes a staff member the second letter of their first name is added ie; meheart this is extremely helpful when counselors/ teachers and staff are trying to reach the appropriate mheart.

Subject AB 1266 Transgender rights
With AB 1266 and transgender student privacy, we are running into issues with confidentiality in Aeries. For example, a female transgender student wants to go by their preferred name and not share with a legal parent/guardian. However, when the preferred name is entered in Aeries as well as the legal name, the preferred name is showing up on all parent communication and parent portal.
Can we find a way to have the preferred name listed on all?

View All Students in School - Allow the permission to be set in Groups, and function without user needing at least one section
The Special Permission of "View All Students in Current School" should work when added as a permission in "Group", not just "Portal Groups" and "User". It only works if the Teacher record has at least one student/section attached to their Teacher record.

address change and related field updates
When address change is done and it is not in our streets table, the grid code, residence school, next school and next residence school need to blank out. We pre-enroll students who are matriculating to middle schools from grade 5 to 6. Pre-enrolled records are created in February. The cascading data change should also happen on the pre-enroll record.

Save Option for SSID Match Operations
Could a save option be added to the SSID Match Operations? When working with hundreds of New SSIDs it's nearly impossible to finish the process in one seating. There are times when I accidentally click on another page and when I go back to SSID Match Operations I have to start over. There are also the issues of not having enough time to complete the process or timing out and having to start over rather than where you left off.

Upload Scanned Parent ID Picture in the student contact info
Staff is requesting that the image from the Parent's Driver's license or ID is scanned and extracted into Aeries so it is visible next to their name.

Transcripts - Courses are sorted by the MARK and not by the Course Name
Students taking Summer Classes like Spanis 3 A / 3 B and they recived a Mark of [A-] in 3 A and [A] in 3 B will have the Courses sorted based on the Mark and not the Course Name which looks very odd on the transcript.
