Parent Data Confirmation for the Residence Survey for CDE 2021 Guidelines translate for Spanish for Unaccompanied Youth section and Your Child or Children's rights. When you log in using the Lanuguae Spanish it still displays in English. The questions are shown in Spanish but the rest are still in English

Tracking Athletic Physicals (date & exp. date) and Participation in Sports & Activities
We need a place to track Athletic Physicals by date/ expiration date. Additionally, it would be nice to track participation in sports, clubs, etc. at the middle school level.

SBG Progress report
Now that we have the option to do SBG progress reports, we would like separate standards based options. Our report card is two pages but the progress report is only one. We could have options to print report cards portrait and progress reports landscape. We don't necessarily want the language option on the progress report but we do on the report card. If we had separate options we can set them for each and not have to go back and forth for each reporting period. We would also like the ability to removed the 2nd page on progress reports as…

Unaccompanied Youth Section Should Not Display when Parent Selects Living in a Single Home
The additional section, Unaccompanied Youth, should not display when the parent selects the “Living in a single-home residence that is permanent” because this selection does not equate to Homelessness.

Online Enrollment - Allow Customers to Translate Grade Levels and Race
The Grade Levels and Race choices are hard-coded in Online Enrollment. There is no translation available and we don't have the ability to provide translation for these choices.
The Grade Levels are written out instead of using numbers. For example, First Grade, rather than 1st Grade or Grade 1. We would like the ability to translate these ourselves1 vote -
CALPADS SPRG ODS orphaned records -All other eligibility orphaned Program records not being deleted that no longer exist
Compare CALPADS SPRG ODS records against Aeries and delete all other program records that exist in the ODS file but no longer exist in Aeries. These are records that become orphaned after being added to Aeries, uploaded to CALPADS, then deleted from Aeries and no longer exist. Previously, participation records, FRE and Homeless records were handled separately. This idea will capture all other Eligibility Programs not already being deleted when they no longer exist.

Please honor the student status tag on the Student Data Audit report. Bogus errors are coming up on the report. We're wasting valuable time researching errors that are not valid.

We are receiving requests from students who want their names updated without the parent's authorization. We would like to have it where we update their name with the preferred name field but not have that show on the parent portal. How do we do that?

Automatically Assign Students to Loss of Privilege Based on Student Data Factors
Hello,
Our high school would like to see if development could occur on an automated way that would review various metrics of attendance, student data etc to flag students that would be on a loss of privilege status. This status is used to accurate know if students can participate in extracurricular activities. Right now they have to run a report on students and review their metrics manually then apply this status to students.

Query ADA by Subgroups
Be able to query ADA by subgroups such as foster/homeless, socio-economic, Hispanic, EL, etc. Currently, the information on the ADA report are calculations occurring to add up the total ADA values, and is not something we can query. The information from the Monthly Attendance Summary is not queryable, as it is calculations performed only for the report, and is not stored in any table

Emergency Card Report at District level - The report currently prints by school number order first and then by the sort option selected. Add an option to skip the initial school number sort that occurs.

Intervention Dashboard: Add additional options to select from in the Intervention Codes dropdown
Adding "Intervention by Provider" is critical as the person who makes the referral is usually not the provider. We would like to use the provider dropdown to view case loads. Currently we are using the INV.CD as the provider just to be able to use the dashboard but the district would prefer to INV.CD as it's true meaning.

Fee Letter - Remove from Navigation Tree at the District Level or allow the report to be printed at the District Level
At this time, Fee Letters can only be printed at the school level. When attempting to run them at the District level, the report returns an error. Please remove the Fee Letter from the Navigation Tree at the District level or allow the report to complete successfully when run at the District level

Field Level access restriction for District Assets
Add field-level permissions or allow certain users to access only one or part of the data in the District Assets Table. This would allow us to give access to add instruments for our music department and we would then be able to make sure they can not get access to Technology department. Without Field-level permissions, anyone with access has the keys to the kingdom.

** Vital Field - Instructional Status is missing from Adult Ed Form
Hello!
We are interested in converting from using a Custom form we developed in-house for Riverside County Office of Education Adult Education programs to the Adult Eduction form which was implemented in AERIES.
However, it appears that a vital field is missing from the form called Instructional Status. We really need to store this information to provide teachers with information such as EST and literacy levels of the student for instruction.
