  1. Generate Report Card History all at once in addition to by grade level at each school

    Currently, we have to go to each school and click on Generate Report Card History and change grade levels and click again. I hope there is a way to do this for all grade levels by each site, if not at the district level.

  6. Add Legal Name option for Printing Student Withdrawal Form

    Currently there is no option to print legal name on the student withdrawal form. This is forwarded to the new district and they are unable to find the student with the preferred name only.

  11. TX - Cumulative Class Ranking for Custom GPA

    Create new report for Texas that prints cumulative historical class rank, and cumulative rank based on custom district GPA. Decimal points should go out five places. Critical for Texas districts.

  12. Ability to Print CAASPP Parent Reports by Teacher/Grade

    It would be super helpful to be able to print the parent score reports for the CAASPP by teacher and grade level. There is no option for this past 2019 currently in Aeries. Printing these reports from TOMS is not as efficiently organized.

  16. Summons call slip Alias Name

    Summons call slip does not show the Alias name for the student. Some students only respond to their alias. Please add an option to use the alias when printing out the Summons call slip report.

  17. Year-Round Scheduling Exclusions

    Make scheduling exclusions available year-round, not just when the scheduling tables are active. It would be very helpful to be able to put in the exclusion during the year whenever issues arise so that we don't have to remember all of them/keep track of them somewhere else once we start scheduling.

  19. Provide default sort change from Date to Start Time and Date in Medical Log

    There needs to be an ability to permanently set the default sort to STart time/ date on the Medical Log. All medical personnel has to change the sort to STart Time when there are mulitple occurences in a day. This has to be refreshed each time by anyone looking at it.
