Online Enrollment allow admin to manage certain fields and Authorizations by school site
Allow site based fields and Authorizations to be shown or hidden. For example: Student Mobile Phone we only want to collect at the high school level. Most of our Elementary students' parents enter their own cell phone since the student doesn't have one and then registrars have to delete it. Same for Authorizations...all parents registering have to answer questions that only apply to the high school.

Data Confirmation Medical History Treated Like Address Changes
We would like the Medical History module in Data Confirmation to be treated like an address change. The newly reported chronic illness should be put in quarantine before being accepted into the MHS table. The nurses want to be able to validate the illness to remove false/improper reporting.
One idea was to treat the Status field (MHS.TG) much like (STU.TG). Statuses like Active, Pending, Inactive(No-Show) could be used to update the stage in the vetting process. Reports could be run with options for active and pending or only active.
Part of this is exacerbated because of the new MHS record…

Can you please add a "Archive" section for Portal Documents that are from prior years and not being used for current year data confirmation?
The documents list is very impacted and we got confirmation from Aeries ticket that we cannot delete older documents that are hidden from parents views.
If there was an Archive section, then all the documents pertaining to years past can be "archived" and out of the current document view so the list is more manageable.

Standards Based Grade Progress Dashboard Display
Add an option or separate security permission for Districts to enable/disable the display of the Standards Based Progress Dashboard to Portal Groups. Currently it displays to anyone with permission to the GBS table.

Assertive Discipline Emails
Currently emails only go out when a teacher inputs something to assertive discipline. We would like an email to go out whenever anyone adds to assertive discipline especially if causes suspension or expulsion.

Please put the course form back to how it functioned prior to the latest version update. If you must keep this design then give us an option to select the page view that we prefer. Again, this design is too time-consuming for the work that we have to do with courses.

Auto email teacher to notify of missing attendance until attendance is posted.
Auto email teachers to notify of missing attendance until attendance posted. Times could be based on period, ADA time or the portal setting. For example, if a teacher has until 5PM to take attendance for classes other than ADA, the teacher would get an auto email at 3:00, 4:00, 4:30, etc to remind the teacher to enter attendance.

Scheduling Master Schedule/Master Schedule: mass move students to Wait List
If Wait Lists are being used, it would be helpful to be able to mass move students to a Wait List for a section. One case scenario: two sections of a Course exist but one is being dropped. The 12th graders will get priority for the remaining section; the lower grade level students get mass added to the Wait List.

Language Assessment Report - Allow Teachers to Access Report from View All Reports
My admin would like teachers to have access to the Language Assessment report so that they can see the information on their English Learners- how they scores on the ELPAC, how long they have been EL, etc. She feels it will provide valuable info for them to assist them in class.

Assign Multiple Family Keys to Student
Allow students to have multiple Family Keys. Situation:
student A is a sibling to students B and C but...students B and C are not siblings.
Student A would have two family keys one associated to student B and another associated to student C. Students B and C would only have one family key.2 votes -
Allow for an assignment to be designated as "do not drop" for an individual
Allow for an assignment to be designated as "do not drop" for an individual.
Currently we can do this for an entire class, but it would be very helpful per individual.
An example is when a student is caught cheating on a quiz and earns a ZERO. If we allow
for one quiz drop for the semester, I want to make sure THAT quiz is not dropped and the

Next teacher field should be Next Counselor. This should come from the STF table instead of teacher table also.

View All Reports "Students with Absences" should be available at the district level
Students with Absences can only be run at the school level. Make the report available at the district level.
- Aeries > School > Reports > View All Reports > Filter for Students with Absences > Run the report
Make this report available to the district level.

Ability to select multiple codes in Medical Log
When a child arrives with nausea however we note that hey are coughing and experiencing asthma symptoms, I would like to be able to select both an option for both reasons for the visit.

State Seal of Biliteracy (SSB) - ID qualifying language
CDE requires we break down the seals earned by our students by language qualified in. It would be really helpful if column 3(demonstrating proficiency) of the SSB report would indicate the language courses/test to qualify the student.9 votes -
Medical Care Plan Page
I would like to request a Care Plan Page for Medical that Teachers can see (similiar to a 504 plan screen) so that care plans can be entered and viewed by all even if the student has a schedule change or the teachers misplace the hard copy care plan given to them at the beginning of the year.

Allow Mass Delivery Type for pending District Attendance Letters
Allow Mass Delivery Type for pending District Attendance Letters
The district person GENERATES the letters and defaults the delivery for DIGITAL.
The school site attendance secretaries REVIEW the pending letters and modifies the delivery type. If the school site has a sizeable population, it would be great to have a MASS change to whatever the delivery method the school site selects and then changes certain students to a different delivery method.
This would be the similar concept for Mass Add values for attendance and report card grades/comments.
Can we have this feature within District Attendance Letters that are PENDING status…
