Scheduling - Add "Keep Together" Process
We can currently enter "exclusions" into the scheduling module. Until now we've had few enough students to "keep together" that we just hand-scheduled those. Now, though, if we move to a restricted cohort model onsite in the fall, we would LOVE to have a way to keep siblings and ride sharers in the same cohorts if possible without having to hand check each set. Thank you!

Parent Document Upload Requests - Save the requests as a packet to allow for multiple and reusable requests
We will be requesting parents upload proof of residency documents each year. It would be great if we could save the request and document types as a packet or group so we don't have to recreate the request each year, just adjust the opening and closing dates. Also that would allow for the uploading of other documents during the year like field trip permissions.

Seating Chart and Attendance by Photo - allow specifying a default seating chart
Stop the possibility of having 2 default seating charts for one period and add the ability to select which chart is to be the default. Currently the teacher must select a seating chart prior to taking attendance, and there is no option to specify a default. This default seating chart will be the one used to take attendance.

Teacher Portal - Option to Limit Available Schools without using the STJ record
Would like an option to not use STJ records when determining available schools for teacher logins. Create a way to limit available schools to TCH records, or Primary School, or SSM for Flex. Early on, STJ records may not have been updated for the new year and often reflect prior-year's school, giving teachers a school choice that they should not have in the current year.

Copy grades to history should overwrite instead of creating a duplicate
At the middle school, after grades are completed, our office staff would click on copy grades to history to update transcript.
Oftentimes, they would click on the button again and the transcripts end up with duplicate grades with the header that says "work in progress."
When this happens, we would reach out to support for a SQL query that we can run to clear the history.
Is it possible for this function to be disabled after it's run the first time? Or if it's run the second time, could it overwrite instead of create a duplicate one?3 votes -
"Copy Students into Summer School" process should also copy the Calendar (DAY) and Terms (TRM) from the summer school.
Calendar (DAY) and Terms (TRM) in the Summer Schools in the existing live database do not copy to the new database as part of the "Copy Students into Summer School" process.

Medications - Add Inventory Information
We would like to add a system for documenting medication inventory at the schools.
At a minimum it should add the following fields to the medication screen: Doses Provided, Remaining Doses and Expiration Date.8 votes -
Aeries API - make Student SMS field available (STU.MPH)
The SMS field for Students (STU.MPH) is available through the OneRoster extract that you create for me, but it isn't mapped in the OneRoster files through the API. It would be great if this could also be mapped in the API One Roster files.

District-Level Printing of Instructional Minutes Certification Log
District with many schools would like the option to print the Missing Instructional Minutes Certification Log at the district level, and select multiple schools to print. It would also be nice to be able to select schools by type: Elem, Secondary, etc.

CSF Eligibility Report should honor report tags/query tags
In the Client version of Aeries, the CSF Eligibility report honored Query Tags. Please add this same functionality to Aeries Web as Report Tags.

Student Documents Enhancements
Add a warning to the Student Documents when overwriting a document.

Gradebook Summary - Add Vertical lines to separate the columns.
While every other row is grey on reports, there is no separation of columns. This makes it difficult to pinpoint certain data points. Please add vertical lines to separate columns.

Change the title of the "Language Information" page on Online Enrollment to be titled "Home Language Survey."
