Online Enrollment - Summary Screen Options
Allow the user to:
1) Rename each section
2) Change the order of the enrollment pages. For example, Authorizations can appear right after Supplemental15 votes -
Online Enrollment - Upload Confirmation Upon Completion
We would like the parents to be able to upload their signed Data Confirmation form, but if they click "finish and submit" there is no option for them to go back and upload. If they log back in they are only able to view the final Data Confirmation form. Is there any way to keep the review tabs at the top available and then add a "log out" button at the end next to "finish and submit"? It could then make it possible for parents to go back and upload before logging out. Thanks!

Contacts - Have Fields Line Up With Each Other
Right now, CON LW (Lives with), ERH (Ed rights holder), and CD (code) display either directly under the contact name IF there's no address, or under the relationship IF there is an address. For consistency, it would be really nice to be able to scan down a page of contacts for information without having to read each line horizontally as well as vertically.

Send Emails - Does not send duplicate email for siblings with the same contact email.
The Send Emails form does not allow sending emails to the same email address for siblings. When both students are selected, only 1 email is sent.

More Customization for Define Custom Tables
I would love the ability to add extra detail to custom table pages.
Being able to insert informational text boxes or fields from other tables (either forced read-only or with an option to) would be very useful.9 votes -

It would be helpful if the Grade Report Mark Analysis had additional options to sort by ethnicity, EL status, SPED, or gender rather than just course or teacher.

Add the PRI table to Analytics
This request comes from Analytics training. Customers using PreReferral to Interventions and Interventions in Aeries for monitoring student success, need the PRI table in Analytics so that they can use Analytics to provide intervention courses. Hanford is using our program and trying to move away from another vendor but needs this table added.

Define required fields for DIS and CNF table
Can DIS and CNF be added as a table to Define Required fields? We would like to be able to require the CD field. We have entries with no code values, just comments which make it dificult to query.

We need a report to track the number of students actively participating in Distance Learning each day versus those not participating.

Class Rosters - Enable Option to Run By Room Number
With teachers sharing classrooms, it would be helpful to be able to run teacher rosters and sort by classroom and period. We keep hardcopy lists in the event of an emergency so teachers & subs can 'grab and go' but it takes time to manipulate the data and print in room number order to put into the classrooms.
