Online Enrollment - School based questions
Have a field where parents can select different programs at that school.
ie. School 1 has GATE Program, have the selection for School, then underneath we can put what programs are available for parent to select:

Query - Ability for Descriptions on STU.RS and STU.ITD Fields
The RS and ITD do not garner a description when running a query. Would like the ability to do so. So that we may be able to see the school's name as opposed to the numerical information the query gives out.

Language Assessment - Add Change Button for Language Fields (STU)
The Language Assessment Page allows a user to change the student's Reporting Language and Language Fluency by simply choosing an option from the list. This makes it too easy to make accidental changes of Student's Reporting Language and Language Fluency.
In most other screens a user must enter change mode by pressing the Change button, and then commit the changes by clicking Update. The user is not prompted or warned that this will change the value.

Mass add Attendance Code for Range of Dates
For an All Day Attendance School, the ability to Mass Add an Attendance Code for a range of dates for students that don't already have an attendance code would be helpful. For instance, we have a school that needs to add a "Q" for all their kids from the beginning of the school year. We have to go in day by day and mass add the code for the students. It would be great to be able to mass add for a range of dates.

Add Assignment Description to Weekly Engagement Report
Currently the Weekly Engagement Report includes the Gradebook assignment title but it would be very helpful if the Description was included as well. If the description can't be added, maybe the category.

SELA Import Process
When a correction is made to a student in CALPADS and then we re-import from CALPADS using the SELA Import Process please allow what is already in Aeries to be over written with the New CALPADS information. For the ELAS field in the Language Screen.

SMS Board - Grade and Student Sort Options Do Not Save
On the SMS Board, the Grade and Student sort options on the Scheduling Options tab do not save after exiting the board. Please save the last selected sort options when exiting and entering the SMS board.

Allow customers to map OE - Online Enrollment Student email to STU.SPE
Be able to have a Student Email from OE be stored in STU.SPE so we can have a personal email and a District email.

Integrate with Google SIS grade export
Google Classroom has the ability to allow teachers to "push" grades from Google to Aeries. This is separate from our existing integration where teachers can Import grades from Google. This is accomplished with a new feature of Google Classroom called SIS Grade Export and would utilize the OneRoster standard for data transfer.
If you are interested in seeing Aeries work with Google to incorporate this feature, please share your feedback or vote on this Idea.

Demographics and Contacts - Phone Number Labels
Phone numbers: Remove all references to "home", "mobile", or "cellular" phone number. These words are not needed anymore.

Add ability to delete multiple Gradebook assignments at once
Instead of deleting Gradebook assignments one at a time, the customer would like the capability of deleting multiple assignments at the same time.

Classroom Attendance - Allow sorting of Name column
Due to the COVID-19 epidemic, we've had to separate our students into A and B groups for when they return to campus. Now, when we (in the office) go into Classroom Attendance they are grouped as A and B. It would be nice to be able to sort the class by name but it is not available.

Aeries Forums-Selecting Next or Previous
For the Aeries Forums pages, allow for selecting Next or Previous page for the next updated revision/changes so we can review them in sequence and not go back to the main page and find the next date which in turn means we have to remember the date so we can check the next one posted. It would just make for an easier viewing of all revisions/changes. Thank you!

Email List - Add a Select/Unselect All Option
The Email list page should have a select all or none option so we have the option to check all or uncheck all email recipients . I usually need to email only the parent and student.

Allow selection of grade levels above 12 to print from the Report Page of Student Transcripts.
