Restrict the capacity of E-mail text EML.TXT
Teachers are sending emails with large images in the message and they are taking up too much space in our database. We would like to reduce the capacity of the field or restrict the ability to add images.

Add more filter options to the Attendance Dashboard
For the Attendance dashboard and Discipline dashboards (the ones not found in Aeries Analytics), we would like to be able to add more filter options to these dashboards. Maybe include schools, grade level, and enrollment by student program (SP and/or AttPrg1,AttPrg2).

CALPADS - Extract Only School-Level Staff for SDEM/SASS for Charter Schools
Our charter schools are part of our primary Aeries database for various operational reasons, and our district is responsible for reporting their data to CALPADS. However, they have to be reported separately to CALPADS for special education reasons, so we have to run separate extracts for them.
Currently, when a user extracts SDEM and SASS files for any set of schools, district office records are included, under the assumption that the district-level records will be relevant. However, when uploading for a charter school, the district-level records aren't relevant, and the files are rejected by CALPADS. As a workaround, every time…

Have a SQL Repository for common used SQL queries
Have a repository or forum for commonly used sql queries by context.
Including, but not limited to..Demographics
Contacts
Enrollment
Schedules
Grades\Transcripts
Health
Behavior
Etc..This would be a useful resource as a base for extracting data for current and new DBA's to the aeries system.

We would like to provide school-site contracted vendors access to Aeries via:

Teacher Attendance - Please Include Section Number
We have created AM/PM/DL sections to fit into our Blended Distance Learning model. Each teacher has an AM section (only AM kids) PM section (Only PM kids) DL section (all kids) and we have used specific numbers to indicate which one is which. Great idea except the Section number doesn't show on the Teacher's Attendance page.

Emergency card print options
Emergency card print options - we need the option to include comments from the contact records. If a parent is red flagged the comments do not print when the red flag option is selected.
For staff that has to rely on a printed copy because Aeries is unavailable, there is no way of knowing why the contact was red flagged.

Move TTP to Top of Transcript
At the request of our Board Members to show the PUSD Pathway a student is graduating from on the Transcript, we are using the Transcript Definition, TTP, Demographics, STU.U7, to identify the PUSD Pathway a student is participating in. Because it shows up at the very bottom of the TTP box, and often gets lost in the long list of Test scores, we are requesting the ability to show some TTP options at the TOP of the Transcript, near the Comment area. Thank you for your consideration.

Analytics - Add Resources/Assets tables (DRT, DRI, and DRA)
it would be phenomenal to be able to have dashboards of staff/students who have checked out assets like chromebooks, hotspots, laptops, etc. Also be able to have the opposite; for example dashboards of students that don't have assets checked out. The dashboard options would be by site, school, teacher, and class.

Teacher Portal Grades - Option to Show Students by Section of Alphabetically
Grade Reporting > Grades: Is there a way to visually differentiate it using section headings?

Since our students were split into AM/PM/DL sections, the "Grades" tool in Aeries no longer lists the students in alphabetical order. They appear to be sorted by section but the page isn't split up in any way (screenshot below). This is challenging for entering grades manually because the student listings no longer line up in ECHO/Aeries and we have to carefully search for each student in order to enter their grade. Allow Hiding of Class Ranking by Grade Level
The trend in education is to no longer report class rank on the transcript. Our district would like to slowly remove this option from the transcript starting with the current 9th graders. Currently Aeries does not offer a grade level option in the ranking system. We would like to see Aeries add this grade level to the ranking option. This would allow us to slowly eliminate over the next four years.

Pre-Rollover Audit Report - Add Sort Options
The pre-rollover audit report would be more user friendly if you had the option to sort by Error, School, or Grade Level. (Right now it just sorts by student name).

Student Programs Report - Allow Teachers to Print by Class/Period
It would be very useful for our teachers to print the Student Programs report by class or period. We keep all our accommodations in Special Programs and the teachers need to drill down to each student's Special Programs page to see the accommodations. One report for each class would be much more useful.

Please add the graphic/widget from the profile page that states whether a student has passed or not passed the California Physical Fitness Test (PFT) requirement to the bottom of the academic plan.
