Data Confirmation - Add Birth Place and USS Enrollment
Due to CALPADS Flash 151, we are no longer supposed to collect this data during online enrollment, however it would be great to have this data collected during Data Confirmation since we still need the information for state reporting.

The STU fields (BCY, BST, BCU) can be added to Data Confirmation through Portal Groups.

I would rather have the Birth Place rather than the USS Enrollment.
