    Let students submit work permit requests online so that the work permits can be generated, approved and sent back electronically.

    Allow the Student Attendance Report to be printed for all or multiple students. Currently this can only be printed for a single student from the Student Attendance page.

  4. Add the PRI table to Analytics

    This request comes from Analytics training. Customers using PreReferral to Interventions and Interventions in Aeries for monitoring student success, need the PRI table in Analytics so that they can use Analytics to provide intervention courses. Hanford is using our program and trying to move away from another vendor but needs this table added.

    Can DIS and CNF be added as a table to Define Required fields? We would like to be able to require the CD field. We have entries with no code values, just comments which make it dificult to query.

  7. Class Rosters - Enable Option to Run By Room Number

    With teachers sharing classrooms, it would be helpful to be able to run teacher rosters and sort by classroom and period. We keep hardcopy lists in the event of an emergency so teachers & subs can 'grab and go' but it takes time to manipulate the data and print in room number order to put into the classrooms.

  8. Course Requests Entry for students and parents

    We would like the ability to limit students ability to add the same course multiple times during the course requests entry process. I checked the box to not allow an Alternate Course Request that has already been selected as a primary or alternate request but this does not work the way I thought it would. We have some students that will pick Art 6 times and we would like to prevent that from happening.

  9. Contacts - ParentSquare Issue

    Our District and Parents are struggling with ParentSquare.

    The biggest pain-point is ParentSquare contact syncing from Aeries Contacts.

    Background
    ParentSquare’s ‘hidden’ logic will deny updates/changes if their is a matching phone or email for multiple contacts. Parents ( and our offices ) call confused since the data is in Aeries Contacts for a single student and looks correct. They have limited ability to self-solve this problem, since they are trying to jump through pages comparing each student record in a family.

  10. Allow Standards Based Report Card Report to Sort by Student Name and By Teacher

    Allow users to generate this report by student name. At the moment the report only sorts by teacher name and then student name so we cannot print an entire grade level sorted by student name.

    Additionally add a "By Teacher" option so all teachers can print at once.

    I would love the ability to add extra detail to custom table pages.
    Being able to insert informational text boxes or fields from other tables (either forced read-only or with an option to) would be very useful.

  18. CALPADS - Extract Only School-Level Staff for SDEM/SASS for Charter Schools

    Our charter schools are part of our primary Aeries database for various operational reasons, and our district is responsible for reporting their data to CALPADS. However, they have to be reported separately to CALPADS for special education reasons, so we have to run separate extracts for them.

    Currently, when a user extracts SDEM and SASS files for any set of schools, district office records are included, under the assumption that the district-level records will be relevant. However, when uploading for a charter school, the district-level records aren't relevant, and the files are rejected by CALPADS. As a workaround, every time…

  19. Have a SQL Repository for common used SQL queries

    Have a repository or forum for commonly used sql queries by context.
    Including, but not limited to..

    Demographics
    Contacts
    Enrollment
    Schedules
    Grades\Transcripts
    Health
    Behavior
    Etc..

    This would be a useful resource as a base for extracting data for current and new DBA's to the aeries system.
    This could also be a repository for DBA's to share their own SQL Queries as well.

  20. Contacts - Have Fields Line Up With Each Other

    Right now, CON LW (Lives with), ERH (Ed rights holder), and CD (code) display either directly under the contact name IF there's no address, or under the relationship IF there is an address. For consistency, it would be really nice to be able to scan down a page of contacts for information without having to read each line horizontally as well as vertically.
