Print or Export data from Portal Usage Log
Provide a means for printing or exporting data returned when using the Portal Usage Log page.

When navigating in Item Definitions, the dropdown menu should default to the item that you are viewing
When editing item definitions and searching for like indicators to update, the dropdown menu should default to the indicator that you are viewing so that you can navigate elsewhere. This will save lots of scrolling when trying to get back to the section of indicators that you are editing.

Online Enrollment - Require Document by School/Grade
Allow documents, in the document upload section of Aeries Online Enrollment, to be required based on site and grade selections. E.g., Allow a document to be 'required' only if the student being enrolled is in grades K - 3 or at specific sites. (Similar to the options available for the display of documents to parents during the enrollment/Parent Data Confirmation features).

Classes / Course Requests - Add Students with Disabilities/504/IEP Indicator
My District would love to see an indicator, similar to what is seen on Assertive Discipline, for SWD/504/IEP on the Scheduling, Classes and Course Request pages. It might be beneficial for other pages as well.

Courses - College Articulations - Ability to Extend Active Years
We would like the ability to extend the active years for college credits in articulations. When do articulation agreements for a year a time. Rather than having to reenter all of the information new every year that we have an articulation agreement for a particular course it would be a huge time saver to be able to just change the ending year.

Send Emails - Adding the option to filter mass emails to students and parents by letter grade, IEP...
I recently was given the option on Aeries (maybe by my admin/tech people) to mass email students and their guardians by class section, but to also be able to filter this by their grade (to email just the students/guardians with Fs, Ds...), by who has IEPs (to discuss support options, etc...), and other options would be nice.

Data Confirmation - Add Birth Place and USS Enrollment
Due to CALPADS Flash 151, we are no longer supposed to collect this data during online enrollment, however it would be great to have this data collected during Data Confirmation since we still need the information for state reporting.

Set "Mass Apply Attendance" Default Filters
Now that teachers can set filters for mass applying attendance codes and notes, they would like to set their own default filters that way they don't have to reapply the filter every morning.

Supplemental Attendance Report - Show a dash instead of 0
Show a dash instead of 0. Since 0 means they attempted to serve, showing a dash would be more appropriate.

Fee Letters - add an option to not send letters if the student already received one
Fee Letters - add an option to not send letters if the student already received one based on LTL and FEE.LT records. This will prevent letters generating for students who have already received one but the fee is still outstanding.

Grade Mark Verification Listing - Add page break on Teacher
Printing a signature line adds a page break by teacher to the report. Not selecting to add a signature line will print the teacher on the same page without a break. Please add a page break on teacher regardless of adding a signature line to the report.

Add MST.SG (Scheduling Group) to MST Classes tab on Courses page
The MST Classes tab on the Courses page lists sections of the course being viewed, and includes a line of data for each section. Please add MST.SG (Scheduling Group) to the section data.

Google Classroom - Add Option for Parents to be Auto-Added as Google Classroom Guardians
It is possible with the Google Classroom API to assign a guardian invite linking a parent email to a student email.
We would like the ability to Always create this linking ( district level ) to link from PWA.Em email accounts and CON.EM
API is used in Google Gam with the command: gam create guardianinvite student@email.com parent@gmail.com

Weight assignments that are categorized as rubric
Teachers at my site would like to be able to weight different assignments in Aeries- so an assignment that students worked on for three days could be worth more than a ten minute homework assignment, or a test could be worth more than a quiz. This is currently not possible with rubric assignment, Aeries can only calculate a straight average of all rubric assignments.

New Attendance Summary Report for P1 and P2
Need a new report, similar to the Monthly Attendance Summary, that allows the ability to enter a date-range, so that days on the calendar after the P1 and P2 cutoff dates are not included.

Discipline - Prompt to Complete the BER
When students are involved in a suspendable offense, it frequently involved staff intervention. It would be great if there could be a prompt asking if there was a physical restraint or timeout needed once the incident is entered so that the incident and any behavior report are connected.
