Online Enrollment Import - Implement Auto-Scroll To Top of Page for "Find Matches" Button
When clicking on the "Find Matches" button on a very long list of "Pending Import" records, the "Find Matches" window that appears in the foreground always appears at the top of the page, with the pending import records grayed out in the background, HOWEVER, the window remains at the bottom of the page where the record is listed.
This has been confusing for our users who do not realize they have to scroll back up to the top of the page to see the "Find Matches" window with some users thinking the application is broken since they do not immediately…

Mobile App - Show student's SSID on the Demographics/Profile page
Would be handy for state testing to have quick access to SSID in the app rather than having to go to the Full Portal to view it.

Medications - Ability to assign "Required Alerts" for specific meds
Please add a feature allowing for an "alert" message to appear for specified medications.
For example:
Medication Required alertsfor "Diastat"............................"Notify School Nurse"
for "Chemotherapy"................"Drug Name"
for "Tube Feeding Formula"..."Formula name/brand"
for "Other"..............................a mandatory box appears that is required to be filled out! (and when it lists on the active med page, it displays "other - xxxxxxxxxx" description)5 votes -

This is a request that when we inactivate staff to also have the ability to inactivate the "Next Year Status" on the Teacher record.

CALPADS - School Selection by User instead of District-Wide
When you have an Aeries district with multiple CDS codes, there are multiple people running the CALPADS extracts. The "Save" button changes the default selection for everyone! Every time an extract is run it changes the default schools for everyone else, and our CALPADS administrator has to deal with errors when they accidently leave a school checked that isn't theirs in the first place.

Alternative Ed. Scheduling Report and Query
Alternative Ed. Scheduling - Need a report or Query that will print the placeholder course name (MST.CN) as the title but also list the course information that was updated on the student's schedule (SEC.CN).

Create Substitute Teacher Accounts: add option to hide the Staff ID
On the Create Substitute Teacher Accounts page, when the Info Sheet is printed, it includes the Staff ID for the teacher who needs a substitute. The Info Sheet is handed to the person who is the substitute. The Staff ID is considered confidential by some schools, who would like an option to not print the Staff ID.

ParentSquare now has a Health Screening API:
Please add the ability to 'sync' data in to Aeries so it can be viewed by our staff ( probably will require a permission for health clerks/ attendance clerks ).
The goal would be our staff does not need to look at static reports / another portal to get student information.

Custom registration grade range for AIR Online Enrollment
We would like to request an option to set a custom registration grade range for AIR Online Enrollment. One of our Tk-8 Schools (Telesis) is a permit only school for grades TK-6. Parents are enrolling online with school Telesis and having to be informed that they cannot attend this school without getting a permit etc. Being able to set the grade range to 7-8 for this school without changing the school options would be helpful.

Increase size of user fields (STU.U1-STU.U8) to two characters
Currently, Demographics fields STU.U1 - STU.U8 only allow one character input, while STU.U9 - STU.U13 allow for two characters. Please increase the size of the STU.U1 - STU.U8 fields.

Missing Distance Learning Attendance Information Report takes too long to process
When running the Print Missing Distance Learning Attendance Information report for multiple or all teachers for more than 1-2 weeks, it is taking an extremely long tine to process and locks up the workstation. The Missing Distance Learning Attendance Information Report should be changed to a Long-Running Process, especially when trying to process for multiple weeks & multiple teachers.

Data Confirmation - Allow Parents to Add Med History Without Update Existing
We don't want them to change prior med history entries but they cannot add new ones unless they have update. Is there anyway to only allow Read and Insert so they cannot update past med history. The Med History sections disappears from PDC when you only have Read, Insert.
