  2. Gradebook Summary Report - Add Ability to run from Admin Portal under View All Reports

    Currently you can only run the Gradebook Summary by Student report from the admin portal with a teacher selection option. It would be extremely helpful to administrators if they could run the Gradebook Summary Report that is available in the Teacher Portal to review the current status of a teacher's entire class/gradebook.

  3. quickly add staff to multiple sections

    It would be really really great if there was some way to quickly add a staff member to multiple sections at a time, or to add multiple teachers in the SMS Builder.

    Maybe on the staff page the MST section could function similar to how the classes page works for students?

    Use case 1: our special ed department team teaches, so all of those teachers need to be listed on all of those sections.

  4. Improve Functionality of Teacher Attendance Mass Apply

    Here are three changes that would improve the usability of the new Mass Apply feature for attendance:

    1) Having the menu hidden by default is a nuisance for a teacher who has to use it 7 times a day. There should be an option to have the filter open by default. Perhaps a checkbox?
    2) The filter should remember the last setting used. For example if a teacher is filtering for a specific cohort that corresponds with a day the week, they would only have to set the filter up once at the start of the day instead of 7…

    It would be beneficial if the Add New Record button was moved to the top of the page. Scrolling up and down every entry is a lot.

  6. Need a "Credits Earned for the Semester" report

    We would like to see a report showing the credits the student earned for the semester. One total for the student (John Smith 17 credits) - not a number of credits for each subject. This will allow us to group the students that may be in jeopardy of graduating.

  9. Data Validation - US School K-12 Date Validation

    Give error upon entering a K-12 date that does not fall within the student's K-12 Grade level based upon DOB. Correcting these dates is exceedingly time consuming and the first time its entered should trigger warnings. This should be managed on the Student Demographics page.

  10. Mass Change ATT Codes/Mass Change All Day Codes

    Now that there's an option to auto-populate the all-day code based on period codes, the mass change programs need an option to not skip ATT records for which an all-day code already exists. This is critical when the all-day code is auto-populated to A, then can't be changed to U after the period absences have all been to U.

  11. Manage Parent/Student Portal Page - Add More Options

    Need options to sort by columns, download data to excel, limit by more fields (ex. date, no student association), mass deactivate/delete unused or old accounts.

    Also would be really helpful to see the status of the associated student - active, inactive, graduated.

  12. Language Assessment - State Test Tab

    ELPAC scores are sorted by part on the Test Scores page, but by test date on the State Test tab of the Language Assessment screen. Please sort the same way across all screens.

  13. CAASPP Information - Make Student Login or Report Available for Parent Portal

    Our Assessment department held a meeting with the IT department to brainstorm on how we will get the CAASPP login information to students who are doing online/virtual schooling this year due to COVID. Testing begins in early March.

    Is it possible for you to create a simple login tab or report, maybe called ‘State Test Login’? This would live on the parent portal.

    The state ID is located under the permanent ID, and our assessment department feels that a lot of parents will write the wrong one down if we don’t simplify it / create a separate page they can…

    Add a Sort Report by Student Address field and Add the Students mailing address so we can mail home schedules.

  15. When navigating in Item Definitions, the dropdown menu should default to the item that you are viewing

    When editing item definitions and searching for like indicators to update, the dropdown menu should default to the indicator that you are viewing so that you can navigate elsewhere. This will save lots of scrolling when trying to get back to the section of indicators that you are editing.

  16. Medications - Ability to assign "Required Alerts" for specific meds

    Please add a feature allowing for an "alert" message to appear for specified medications.

    For example:

       Medication                         Required alerts

    for "Diastat"............................"Notify School Nurse"
    for "Chemotherapy"................"Drug Name"
    for "Tube Feeding Formula"..."Formula name/brand"
    for "Other"..............................a mandatory box appears that is required to be filled out! (and when it lists on the active med page, it displays "other - xxxxxxxxxx" description)

    Would like Gradebook Rounding options available for teachers:
    --the actual percentage to the thousandths place
    --a rounded percentage to the tenths place
    --a whole number grade that resulted from either rounding or not

  18. New Report for Special Ed Information and Teacher Credentials-CALPADS

    Using Special Education information and credential information, create class lists with Primary and secondary disabilities for courses where instructional strategy = 700 (special education). This would be helpful for CALPADS assignment monitoring requirements.

    I would like the ability to select which Letter ID affects the Letter Count instead of it being the "Absent" / "Tardy" letter by default.
