Display Attendance Totals for Teachers
My teachers are asking if it is possible to include totals at the bottom of their attendance screens for each column (absent, tardy, late truant) for the given period they are teaching for the day. Right now they have to scroll up and down the class list and tally the numbers of students absent or tardy or ill.

Online Enrollment - Language page dropdown values
In Online Enrollment on the Language Language pages the question field drop downs default to English. Is it possible to get this to be blank or default to a To Be Determined?

Make Health Problems Field (Medical pages) Longer
The Health Problems field is displayed on Medical History, Medical Notes, Medical Log, etc. The field only displays 30 characters, but can also be printed on some reports. The customer would like the field to be longer. If the field were displayed on reports with less space available, the displayed contents would possibly have to be truncated.

Add visual indicator for month on Attendance calendar
We have had several requests to add some sort of visual indication of the attendance month when looking at the Attendance Calendar area of Demographics. The predominant request is to add a colored line in between the rows when an attendance month changes.

Lunch Count report - Add by Grade option
Need the option to print the lunch count by grade or add the teachers low and high grade range to the report. With four different lunch times it would be extremely helpful for the cafeteria staff to know the count by grade instead of the school as a whole as lunch times are set by grade level.

Do not populate blank STU.SEM when option to Replace SEM is disabled in Google Sync
When the Google Sync Option 'Replace Existing Student Emails (STU.SEM) with Pattern' is disabled, any BLANK STU.SEM will be still be populated because there is no existing Student email value. No action should be taken on SEM when this option is disabled.

Don't include absences made up with an ADA Make Up code in reports
Elementary sites give student, class, and grade awards for attendance. Absence Reports don't take ADA Make Up codes into account. We'd like a checkbox on all Absence Reports, namely Students with Absences, to not count records with an ADA make up code.

Special Programs Grade Field (PGM.EG)
Fix the Special Programs page to default the PGM.EG grade to the student's grade when adding a new record. Also fix Program History section to display EG = 0 as 0 instead of K.

Missing Lunch Count Report (and other reports): No Data to Print Message Needed
When running reports such as Missing Attendance Report, or Missing Lunch Count report where you want the results of that report to still be zero...please display the report anyway, or provide a more descriptive message. The message being displayed to the user implies that something went wrong while running the report, not necessarily that the report was intentionally blank. Irvine, uses the Missing ATT Report blank page for auditing purposes, so they still want to see and print the blank report showing "No Data to Print".

Parent Portal Security - Hide Graduation Status menu for 6-8 schools
Graduation Status menu option in the portal can only be hidden by removing HIS from the portal group security. This should be connected to HSG rather than HIS.

Print work permits in mass
Ability to print all work permits at one school site, instead of having to print one by one. Or at least a report with all active work permits per site. Department of Labor requires a report of all active work permits.

Allow us to generate overall percentages for entire classes.
Allows instructors to see very clearly what total points for each class are, and what the average percentage of all students is.

Capture Pull-Out/Push-In Teacher (CALPADS field 9.38) for elementary schools and include it in the CRSE/C extract
For AY 2026-27 CALPADS added the Pull-Out/Push-In Teacher indicator (field 9.38) to the Course Section Enrollment and Completion records, but Aeries currently only captures it on the Master Schedule (MST). Pure elementary schools do not maintain a Master Schedule, so their teachers have no place to record whether they provide pull-out or push-in instruction, and field 9.38 comes out blank on the CRSE and CRSC extracts for those schools. Please add a Pull-Out/Push-In Teacher Yes/No field on the Teacher record for elementary schools, matching how the existing Itinerant Teacher indicator is already captured there, and include that value in the…

Update TREx to meet 2026-27 Data Standards
Update Aeries to track completion or authorized opt-out of Texas’s new Direct Admissions graduation requirement for students enrolled in 2026–2027 and include the applicable information in the AAR/TREx process. TREx exports should comply with TEA’s 2027.1.0 XSD, including required data elements, codes, validation, and XML structure, so districts can generate compliant records without manual changes.

Allow insert Test Scores via the API
As it stands, API permissions only allow for read/update in the test scores table. Without "insert", we'll always have issues with bringing in compatible data from 3rd party vendors (like Renaissance for instance).
Please add this feature, as it will save a lot of admins a fair bit of hassle/extra steps in making this data available to staff & parents.

Attendance Recovery Bank - Include Independent Study Incomplete
On the Attendance Recovery Bank page, Independent Study Incomplete records need to be added to the Total Verified Absences column. These students are allowed to recover ADA records and need to be incorporated into this page.
