  1. Make the Attendance History Summary page printable

    We have the ability to view the attendance history page but not to print unless we right click the page and select print, which is very rarely successful. It would be very helpful if this page can be printed out, as many times parents request attendance history for their students. This would be a much quicker way to access prior years attendance without having to go into each year and print out attendance.

  2. Notify portal-enabled contacts when a new fee is added to Financials

    When adding a new fee to a student in Aeries Financials, it would be helpful if there was a mechanism to send an email and/or push notification to the linked portal accounts. As it is now there is no notification, and the fee is not obvious to a parent when visiting the portal in either the browser or mobile app, so it is very easy for the parent to not even realize that a fine was assessed until much much later.     Please add support for 5 digit section numbers. Currently the max is 9999 and some districts have a need to add sections past this number.

    A report to list all students with SED records would be helpful. Since the SED table is copied from year-to-year, and copied from a feeder school, SED records may need to be changed or deleted.

  8. Scheduling Page Setup Processes

    On the Scheduling Setup page, the new option in the initializing of the SMS table confuses the order to use these options:
    Do Nothing with the SMS Table, but Copy Flex Periods (FTF)
    Blank out the SMS Table
    Copy current master schedule (MST) table to the new SMS table.

    Blanking out the SMS table does not copy the FTF table, but it does warn that the FTF table for next year will be deleted. Should blanking out the SMS table have an option to NOT delete the FTF table? Or, should the training be done to blank out the SMS…

    Query Results - When running a query on the Graduation Status (HSG) table, the TOTAL shows before the Z Subject Area Code.  Could the sort be fixed so that TOTAL comes after Z or the last Subject Area Code?

  12. Gradebook - Allow teachers to choose whether options are remembered when adding assignments

    Aeries recently amended the Add Assignment table in teachers gradebooks where Aeries remembers the last assignment added by the teacher, as far as category, number correct possible and points possible. Teachers are requesting the ability to opt out of this feature where the number correct possible and points possible defaults back to 0 and the category defaults back to the top instead of remembering their last entry when adding assignments into their gradebook.

  15. "Student with Consecutive Absences" and "Class List by Section" report is truncating long students names

    "Students with Consecutive Absences" and the "Class List by Section" report - add an option to print Landscape or allow the full name to be printed by word-wrapping long student names. Currently, long student names are truncating.

  17. Gradebook Summary Report - Add Ability to run from Admin Portal under View All Reports

    Currently you can only run the Gradebook Summary by Student report from the admin portal with a teacher selection option. It would be extremely helpful to administrators if they could run the Gradebook Summary Report that is available in the Teacher Portal to review the current status of a teacher's entire class/gradebook.

  18. quickly add staff to multiple sections

    It would be really really great if there was some way to quickly add a staff member to multiple sections at a time, or to add multiple teachers in the SMS Builder.

    Maybe on the staff page the MST section could function similar to how the classes page works for students?

    Use case 1: our special ed department team teaches, so all of those teachers need to be listed on all of those sections.

  19. Improve Functionality of Teacher Attendance Mass Apply

    Here are three changes that would improve the usability of the new Mass Apply feature for attendance:

    1) Having the menu hidden by default is a nuisance for a teacher who has to use it 7 times a day. There should be an option to have the filter open by default. Perhaps a checkbox?
    2) The filter should remember the last setting used. For example if a teacher is filtering for a specific cohort that corresponds with a day the week, they would only have to set the filter up once at the start of the day instead of 7…

  20. Counseling Page - Move Add New Record button to top

    It would be beneficial if the Add New Record button was moved to the top of the page. Scrolling up and down every entry is a lot.
